I usually come in for a brow lamination with Alana, she is fantastic and my brows always look amazing! She is a wizard at shaping the brows and treating the brow hairs properly. She takes her time to shape them and makes them look perfect! I also came in for a facial with Alana and I absolutely loved it. She’s extremely knowledgeable about skin and skin conditions. I had a reaction to a facial elsewhere and she knew exactly what to do to bring back my skin and make it even better. I had concerns about dermaplaning and she explained to me how it’s beneficial and that it would not affect natural hair growth. Absolutely recommend coming to this salon. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating!

This place was super relaxing and a very nicely decorated venue. You can have food or drinks served from the hotel’s restaurant to you, they have professional massage therapists that even volunteered to work on their day off so my fiance and I could have a couple’s massage together. I had this awesome lady do my pedicure. She had short hair, super cute, and super upbeat & friendly. It’s definitely a high end treat for yourself and a loved one to enjoy!

Prepare to be pampered n spoiled. Mani Pedis w wine and the best nail technicians I have ever experienced. Prices are extremely reasonable. Everything a Spa Day should be. Ask for Anne or Rachel. Treat yourself - everyone deserves this.

I was a part of a wedding group that way staying in the DoubleTree Hotel and had nail appointments with the Spa. I have never been surround by a more supportive, wonderfully kind, caring and talented staff at any spa. The staff is top notch and each of them deserve a raise in pay as they are the reason the Spa will have return customers. My nails were done perfectly, I enjoyed the conversation, and they made me feel like royalty. I would 100% recommend this Spa to anyone looking for great service and and warm welcoming staff.

Spa Within has a great atmosphere and great service. But acrylic nail services seem to be lacking. Two days after getting a fill my acrylic nail on my pointer finger started to lift. I went back and it was glued, instead of replaced which now I see the whole nail should have been replaced. I would have been willing to pay for the replacement or a whole new set but was never offered the chance too. Now my pointer finger is almost completely off and would tear my real nail off if it snapped, and three other fingers are lifting as well. I am going Sunday to get a full new set at a different salon. As someone with a very full schedule, coming in every 2-3 days because something is wrong is just a pain to keep doing. So I wont be back for acrylics. When I called to explain the issue too see about it being fixed, they didnt seem very accommodating and werent very willing to work with me on scheduling, considering the nail could break my real nail close to the cuticle causing more issues and pain. I had called two days after coming in the second time for a repair on the same nail.Their pedicures are great and would definitely speak well on those! I cannot speak on their other nail services, but for longer acrylic nails, this is likely not the best place.

Alana is the best and a perfectionist. My nails always look fabulous and I really like that she picks out the colors for me. I highly recommend the spa for manicures, pedicures and massages.

The spa is always a great experience. The staff is always awesome and in a great mood, the spa has lots of plants all over to breathe fresh air, and the atrium has a great view of the city. If you need a haircut, your nails done, a massage, a facial or more, (you can even order a cocktail and room service from the hotel) you should definitely book a visit to the spa as soon as possible.
