Love the car, dont love that less than a month after buying it, it left me on the side of the road in Tennessee with a leaking radiator. $3200 dollars to replace the entire cooling system including pump and radiator due to the leaking radiator and wrong coolant put in it by Kanes after they repaired a coolant leak. Did they help with the repair bill at all? Nope. I cant speak for anyone else, but Ill ever do business with them again, nor can I in good conscience recommend them to anyone else.

This is my 2nd vehicle from Kanes. They treated me real good, very friendly, explained and answered all my questions on first car and the one I just purchased. They rock and so doesnt my New Used SUV. Love my ride!! And for the Service Dept... What a bunch of awesome people! I had something not working correctly on SUV, they looked at it, fixed it . But noise came back. Second time I brought SUV back, its all corrected thanks to Eddy and the mechanics there. Eddy is awesome!! My first day experience was really great at Kane’s. The second day was mostly conversations on the phone trying to figure out what was going on. There seemed to have been multiple miscommunications over the week before I was finally able to get the car I really wanted. Overall it was frustrating at times but Kane’s did what they could to get me my new car as quick as possible while making sure everything was done properly.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences dealing with Kane’s. First off, when I got my car a year ago from them, I was originally told I’d be paying around $250 a month. Next thing I know it’s $378. Then there’s been so many issues with the car since I got it. And lastly, they’ve had my car fixing it for two weeks now claiming that they can’t get ahold of the warranty company when I’ve had no issues talking to them every time I’ve called or texted. 0/10 would not recommend.

I recently bought a 2017 Chevy Bolt from Kanes. They offered me a great deal, took care of all the paper work and didnt try to upsell me or push. Would 100% buy from them again. What really gives them 5 stars for me is the sales associate I was working with on day 1 (when I was testing the car, banks were closed), wasnt going to be in for most of day 2 (when I was actually buying the car) so a different associate jumped in and helped me get information to my bank so I could complete the sale. Them working as a team let me drive home that day! Also they are down to earth especially for a place with a bunch of beautiful luxury cars on the lot.

Well the cars were good quality but the salesmen I talked to said hed look for financing and get back to us.Which by the way Nate (I believe it was) Had no interest in helping us after the car I asked about was too expensive but after that he just vanished and was more interested in getting his lunch. Then we never heard from him again. Even when we called him backed and asked if I should go to another dealership. If you get him good luck. And I hate to give a negative post since one of them chris, called us but was very professional when I told him we were talking to someone already

I had a great opportunity to purchase a truck as my secondary vehicle for my weekend activities: Dogs, dirt bikes, and the dump. I shopped around for a few weeks and eventually saw the 09 Sierra the Kane’s had online. I went in the next day and met with Shaun, drove the truck around, did my look-over, and we were able to settle on a price right then and there and I picked the truck up a few days later. Entire staff was very easy-going, no pressure, no bs. Couldn’t have asked for a more straightforward and easy team to work with. They understood what I wanted and what I needed it for. They didn’t try to up sell me to something newer which I very much appreciated, because a truck that’s gonna be for bringing dogs to the park, dirt bikes to the trails, and trash to the dump, doesn’t need to be pretty with all the bells and whistles. Very happy with my purchase and the entire team that assisted me along the way. Thanks guys!!

So I was in a major bind and needed a car the same day I stopped in. With a limited budget I picked up an as is car. These guys are awesome. Seth hooked me up with what I was hoping for towards my trade knowing my situation and had me back on the road within mabey an hour or so. Super helpful, friendly and I got better service there than I have gotten from brand name bigger dealerships.

Very disappointed in the sales! My husband & daughter drove 2 hrs. to take look at a jeep they saw on this website. Weve been searching all over to find one for our daughter that is in our price range & safe for her to drive. My husband spoke with Shaun & was told that the jeep needed to have somethings done to it, this was on Thursday. My husband told him we were very interested & to call us when he could come back. Monday my husband called & was told that the jeep had been sold over the weekend. Knowing that our daughter was going to be devastated, he was very upset set (to say the least). Shaun told him he should have put something down, he was never told that at the time & just took the guys word.Now we know ment nothing! They sold it to someone that had done business there before.... never mind any new business!!Very poor sales practice especially in what we are living in today!

Now Im going to be 100% honest when I say what Im about to say, Im going to have a child in the next 6 months and I was looking all over Manchester trying to find a vehicle that was both cheap and affordable and also safe for a new born, now I went through 6 dealerships with all these dealers tryna sell me cars that were awful and finally I stumbled across Kanes auto sales, when I got there I wasnt greeted with the usual set up that most dealers give you, I walked in and wasnt pressured or uncomfortable about being there, it was a salesman Nate whos last name I didnt catch who greeted me first and let me say Ive never been so delighted to meet a dealer in my life, he was very kind and understanding and polite and professional, to the extent that when I told him my situation how I dont have much money and that Im in desperate need to have a baby safe vehicle he showed me the best offers they could do for me, at the beginning we looked at a vehicle they just got in that was in my price range, however that vehicle wasnt safe enough for my expected child, and PJ stepped in a day or two later when Nate wasnt in and personally helped me find the perfect vehicle for my child, PJ was extremely polite and respectful as well as relatable, he understood and felt for my situation and I personally felt that he was really trying to help me the best he could and I promise I dont put that lightly, PJ is a man who I respect and appreciate absolutely, he has no obligation as a dealer to help me and my family, and yet he gladly without question was willing to help me find a good car, he got me into a 2008 taurus which drives safe and smooth I cant feel bumps when I drive, everything works and the vehicle is clean, and for the money Im spending Id have to be honest Im saying Im not disappointed in the purchase at all, its stylish, safe, and very affordable, I would have to recommend that if youre a family person or just need a good car thatll last and be stylish as well as affordable that you get your car from Kanes, theyre great people that really care about you and your family, they are responsible and respectable, if you want the best of both worlds buy from Kanes they wont set you up theyll be 100% real with you and theyre well worth it. Great friendly team from front to back. Excellent follow up, but not in a bug you kind of way. Very easy to work with & the service dept offers a very reasonable hourly rate for loyal customers. I bought an 2011 Range Roverover a month ago & the salesman, Eddie, called me up because he found a key that was missing for the trailer hitch. Little things like that go a long way.

Financed my 1st car through Kanes. They did absolutely everything possible to find me the best loan for me and a great car. I cant forget to mention how personal and friendly the staff is. Still have my 1st car from here and will go here 1st before going else where for my next car.

I bought an extended warranty and went in to get electric window/locks (nothing on the passenger door electrics are working) fixed that was covered and they charged me $85 and told me it was just a fuse so we didnt have to go through the warranty. I drove away and the window rolled down but then would not roll back up. They told me that I had to bring it back in and if insurance wouldnt cover the cost to repair it that I would have to pay additional diagnostic fees even though they diagosised it wrong in the first place and the whole thing should have been covered by waranty. The front desk lady has a bad attidue and is rude. All the work needs to be preapproved by warranty company before being fixed and I asked them to go through the warranty and to let me know before they do anything if insurance is going to pay for it. She called me after they changed the fuse and told me it was fixed. They never sent anything to the warranty company and now want to charge me more.

Bought a car from them and had to put $2000 worth of work into it in less than a year. Every time I have taken into their mechanics shop for repairs I get it back with more problems. Their customer Service is rude and not helpful and they add charges without informing you before hand.

The salesman Nate did an awesome job and was very honest and helpful. Him and the finance manager Chris did their best to get me and my sister a Mercedes benz each. Good prices and honest hard working people. Def recommend them !

Don’t buy from them! Bought a BMW and it is nothing but problems! They don’t care once you drove away! The type of place that closes and reopens! The shop doesn’t have experienced mechanics for the cars they sell!

I have a used 2012 that I owed money on that would have been negative equity. I was told that they would take that negative equity and put it in my new loan to trade in the car. I packed up my grandma (my cosigner with good credit), my boyfriend and my 5 and 6 year old daughter and traveled 30 minutes to the dealership. When I got there they told me that they would not take my trade in and that I would have to get it voluntarily repossessed. After settling down from that news they then told me that my payments would be $655 for a 2014 with 90K miles on it and $3K downpayment. I dont know what kind of math they were doing but I did my own math and the payments should have been $461/month. I left so angry that they wasted my time.. and lied to me. So disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

Not recommended. You will regret.I bought a car that they knew it would not pass the INSPECTION, but even knowing it. They sold the car and after selling it, did not want to be made responsible to fix it. Any DEALER in the world, knows that a car without CAT will fail any inspection! This place is awesome. The staff is friendly and as many may think young looking ;) they are quite knowledgeable and committed to making you a valued customer without the added pressure. I had a particular car in mind but my two attempts to test drive it were not successful. Joey who sadly isnt listed on the meet our staff was great, he kept in contact with us along the way as he solved the issue and invited us back to take the car overnight. He made sure it had a full tank of gas and told us to use it as if it was ours, and we did. I felt awful driving it around  but what a great experience overall, from the complimentary overnight stay to the customer service which led all the way up to when I dropped it off. Joey didnt call me once during my time with the vehicle, he just let me be. I have another car to compare it to and when I took it back he didnt pressure me, he just reassured me that he is there for me in the end. Despite me buying the car or not, I could not pass up on leaving a great review. I will end my review as I  started it. this place is awesome.
