The guy lies and thinks he knows a lot about cars. He sucks and I bet half of these reviews are from family members. Stay away from this guy. He up sold a friend of mine pads when her brakes were perfectly fine. Hes just another hack.

Been a customer after being referred by a friend, and my old boss, a few years back. Always reasonably priced. Always complete the work in a timely manner. I can tell you, first hand, the work is quality here. They are trust worthy and have my business for as long as I have a car.

Was told by Bob that the brake job I wanted could be done. Showed up after driving there with bad brakes from Nashua (at my risk, yes, but was planning on having it fixed for the ride home) and he told me something completely different. Also told me my car needed front and rear pads and rotors when I knew they didnt. I even went to another mechanic right after and they verified that my pads and rotors were fine. Ive been using him for years with no issues before. But now he seems to have changed. Hes very short while discussing the job, then after he changed what he said, wasnt even man enough to speak to me face to face and sent his receptionist out to tell me. She is excellent by the way. Friendly and courteous and only doing what she was told. But I was flat out lied to about what my car needed and am very disappointed in the service I received. You dont tell someone one thing then change it when they get there. I can understand if the job and car wasnt what I told him, but it was. And what I thought my car needed was verified by another mechanic right after I left Titan. I dont know why, but Bob, the owner, and head mechanic, has changed. He straight up told me I needed parts and work that my car didnt need. Very bad business.. Not happy.

UPDATE AS OF 1/20/2018- ive been here multiple times now to have all different types of work done. My brother comes here now, and my girlfriend too. The quotes on the work are always accurate, and i always drive away pleased. Im happy to have a trustworthy shop to deal with!---(First post, 2017)--Had a leveling kit put on my Tacoma, and a state inspection. Price was fair, and work was swift. I dropped it off one day, picked it up the next. Will be returning for any future work.
