The service was poor to fair. They promise a delivery time of 10 business days but the reality is 15 days. The local representative in the country of delivery (Ecuador) never called the recipient of the package. He had to call them each time to check on the status. For the most recent package, it was mailed on October 15, 2012. The recipient was told the package would not be available for pick up until the week of November 5, 2012. This was after two calls made by the recipient to Serviexpress in Guayaquil. This is more than the 10 business days the company quotes.

Super expensive, I do not recommend them at all, for 30 pounds they charge almost 250 dollars to send. They want to get rich off our ribs. FOR NOTHING RECOMMENDED. AHHH and it takes up to 2 weeks to arrive, it is better to send it by regular mail. I paid $ 67 and it came in a week.

When I called they told me that the pound was at 1.50 and when I arrived and after having packed the box and filling out the invoice I realized that they had put at 2.50 a pound. Besides this, the ladys attitude is not the best, she is always angry.

Excellent service, all super friendly, I have never had problems with my shipments, everything has arrived on time and in perfect condition.

It is the first time that I am sending for this company I hope it is good and responsible because I send very constantly throughout the year and all the family and friends that we are in Virginia to not have to go to New York I will tell you very soon because supposedly my Caja came out on Thursday, September 3, 2015. I had to qualify like this because if I dont get the notice published but until now I have nothing bad to say.

It is the worst conpañia for shipments I do not recommend them at all I lost 1500 in products only the box arrived but nothing that I put in the box very bad 👎👎👎👎
