My first time here over the weekend. Luckily it wasnt that busy when I came since my car took a bit more time than others. I asked Angie for recommendations and mentioned my main concerns were the inside. She was friendly and very helpful and recommended I get the #2 carwash option, as well as power washing my mats, and vacuuming the interior.The biggest challenge was the pet hair in the backseat and Angie was honest and let me know they werent able to remove 100% unless I wanted a different package with detailed cleaning. I understood and accepted they would do whatever they could.I wish I took before and after pictures. It was such a pleasant surprise that they were able to remove a majority of the pet hair! Other than that everything was looking clean and new. The back cup holders were missed but not a big deal. Very great value all in all and efficient customer service. Ill be back for sure!

I always come here to get the interior detailed they do an amazing Job! I have two kids under 10 and we are always snacking in the back - after detailing my car looks brand new. Staff is amazing! Highly recommend

Customer service lady at front was very nice over the phone I usually don’t go to places with low star ratings but I grew up with my father owning his own business so I like to give back to family owned businesses but unfortunately I was let down though the customer service lady was very nice the workers were very lazy and the quality of their job was by far The worst I’ve ever had I asked for an interior cleaning with vacuuming and all the cupholders and doorsWe’re still left with all the crumbs I specifically brought the car in to get cleaned for whatever it is they use to wipe down my red leather seats looks like they just added water and a rag I feel bad for the business owner and that’s why I’m writing this review to let him know his workers need to be checked unless he wants his business to be let down

Very efficient and good job.

I brought my car in (it was trashed after letting a family member borrow for a few months and a squirrel had crawled through the window and died in the backseat...ugghh) and was immediately greeted/assisted. They (the owner personally handled the cleaning) probably spent over an hour on nursing my car back to a very respectful and clean condition. I was in tears after they finished. My car now looks great and this place went way above and way beyond what they needed to do to help. Ill never go anywhere else after this. Customer for life.

I have used this service in the past and it was very good, I took my daughters car there this morning for the works plus service, I have to say the quality of the work done was very, very poor. I dont usually give reviews but I have to let the public know they are not getting what you pay for.

Overpriced for the quality of service... paid for a supreme wash with interior cleaning and the entire trunk was missed, water spots on the mirrors, center console was still dirty.. dont come here expecting a thorough clean.

I was in this place this evening arou d 3:00 pm on 10/25/19. No soap on my vehicle as it went through the tube. Nothing. No soap, wash or wax. They still charged me. I even asked did it wash mt vehicle? All I saw was warer. I was charged Full Price and my vehicle is still Dirty. Never again. This place SUCKS!

Not the best car wash in town. Rush job, when it is time for the Crew to dry the cars. Never do door jams. Best to dry your own car.

It is one of the best car cleaning places! The prices are wonderfully low, and the customer service is wonderful! Such friendly faces every time I come in here! If you are in the area, I suggest that you go to THIS carwash.

Today was my first time there and I will never came back ! I ask for the basic and to me pick up the door trash and vacuum the middle console and clean the dust at the door is pretty basic ! I gave a tip of $10 and I truly regret it, mind that the basic service was $9. I had myself to pick up my trash and I was told that the middle console vacuum is extra. I dont have a Mini van, my car is really small and it should be included. Do not waste your time, Seriously !

Sill car wash in Manassas just lost 2 valued customers. My wife and I took our cars there this morning and had a terrible experience with them. We paid $33.00 in total for both cars and they didnt vacuum them nor did they wipe down the interior even though thats exactly what we paid for. So when I got home, it took me about 1 1/2 hours to finish what they didnt do as they were paid to do. So in essence, I paid Sills Car wash $33.00 dollars for me to clean my car. Good riddance Sills, we will never come back to your car wash again and Im going to tell my neighbors never to patronize your car wash.

This was my go-to carwash when I lived in the area. The people were always so polite and friendly (if not a little quiet). They want you to be happy. The prices are reasonable, too. If youre just looking for a regular, full service tunnel car wash, I would definitely recommend this place.They have several trash cans for you to toss any junk thats accumulated before you get in line. Its the typical tunnel-type carwash, so you pull up and tell them what you want, then they vacuum and send it through the tunnel while you watch through the windows and pay. When it comes out, a few people dry it and clean the window interiors in the parking lot and youre ready to go.They offer detailing, too, but Ive never tried it.

The quality of service here has declined over the last few years. I took my business somewhere else, but decided to give this place another chance. Did a lousy job on the pre-wash vacuum (even though I ordered a premium service), and somehow, they managed to bump one of the rear windows down an inch during the process, so my car went through and all of that soap, wax and sealer we want on the outside of the car, was running down the inside of the car, and on to the passenger seat. Took my an hour to wet-vac the carpet, and clean the seats afterwards.

I love this place. Idk what the other people are speaking of. Everyone keeps complaining about door jams, people : check the package youre purchasing. Not every package includes door jams. In fact, only one or two do. I do not care for embassy bc they use the brush on the back of the vehicle that leaves fine scratches in the paint.I feel sills does a great job for the money.Only other place that gives them a run for it is Flagship in Gainesville. However, they do not carry the cheaper packages as Sills. Which I love the option to use a cheaper package when desired.

Really bad service, been going for quite sometime, service is worst now. Bought $25 package and not even wiped clean. When asked, the person says buy another service. Excuse me, for wiping clean you need to buy another service ? Save your money and go somewhere else

Attendant didnt center vehicle between the guide rails. Ended up with gouges on all four custom wheels. Ill never be back.
