Awesome place to live. If anything needs repaired Maintenance is on top of it in a timely manner. Ive never had to call twice even during pandemic.

Overall it isn’t horrible. It’s a place to rest your head at night. But I don’t feel safe & I wish I didn’t hear everything my neighbors are doing at all times of the day.

Here it is. Where is security? Not to be found. The garbage dumpsters are emptied on a regular basis but I cant get my head wrapped around other residents throw their garbage bags at the base outside the dumpsters then whine about rats non residents dump there also. Security needs to be 24/7 or put in electric gates. Shared responsibility

So far its a decent place to stay. They threatened to tow my car from my personal spot that I paid $40 for, because my tabs were a week expired. You cant back into your space, or allow anyone else to park in your space or they will be towed. Its hard to get a hold of the office, especially now during covid. Ive called and left multiple messages over the last 3 months and have received no response back.

Had a viewing yesterday and dear lord... It explains why there are so many homeless people out there.Overpricing dumpsters is what has become of America.I found these apartments overpriced. Dingy. Dirty. Old. And very outdated and almost unsafe. The area, too, looks a bit dreary and depressing, I wouldnt pay 500 a month to live there. It was like crawling inside the stomach of a cockroach.

I stayed in Tamaron Ranch for 5yrs, below is an honest review:Pros:- parking is always available to residents and guest- close to freeway and most shopping centersCons:- Sr management are very arrogant and condescending. Simple questions always turn into unnecessary defense on their end.- Kitchen and bathrooms needs some serious upgrade ( frankly I don`t think ownership cares)- Last 2 years there has been some annually parking lot upgrade for 2 or 3 days, this is so inconvenient since there is limited street parking- I recently notice some residents with huge mufflers on their cars ( good luck if you have newborn or young ones trying to sleep during day or night )- Expect lot maintenance team in your apartment since most stuffs are old which I found very intrusive and inconvenient ( I mean can`t you just upgrade everything before you rent it out ?)Advice to Management:- Treat everyone with respect, you are there to serve and answer questions not to fight with your own residents.

This place has a lot of black mold and maintenance is not good.

Really is a great community. Management is great. Mainetenance is great. Parking can be tough with multiple cars, but it has improved from the past and guests always have a spot.

We lived here for 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. Miranda and Heather are phenomenal. Anything we needed was done in a timely and professional way. They will go above and beyond to help you and keep you happy. The reviews I have read that are negative need to be understood that these tenants are more than likely the ones who the property had an issue with. The only thing that was harder was the parking at the location. This did get updated but we have had to have numerous vehicle get towed. The security service they use are great however and are quick to help with a situation. We loved our first apartment together and felt like we were part of a community that cared. We lived there from 2015-2019

Been here since July, haven’t had anything negative happen in the time being here. The apartments themselves aren’t exactly the most updated, but the appliances were updated upon move in which was great. The staff has been kind, and it’s not as loud as I guess some people have experienced. The neighbors haven’t been rude either, and I don’t ever see anything “sketchy” happening. Parking isn’t awful, I always find a secondary spot for my other car nearby.

This place is a joke. I live here currently. I hate the way things are crookedly run. They give you parking spots that arent even the same width as each other. Aka my spot is so small it barely fits my 91 chevy 1500. I literally just got told if Im over the line at all or on it my truck will automatically be towed from my own parking spot. The garbage is always overflowing and people throwing away furniture etc even though its not supposed to be. They do not let you put an added lock up on the door even if you ask or put in a maintenance request when it is for child safety (my son likes to try and elope, we now have a magnetic alarm on door that sticks to wall with adhesive strip) they are basically of no help if you contact the office at all. Worst of all my cat got out for a couple hours before we found him and he was shot with a stupid BB gun. The squirrels are as bad as rat with the garbage. Most of the neighbors Ive met are pretty decent, like anywhere youd live I guess you have the good and the bad. Rent and water are combined but you get a break down of it each month..... Steadily ours has gone up every month since we moved in in march.

As I moved in for 6 month, this place was just a joke. As you guys see the score of the Tamaron Ranch Apartments, this apartment was not worth to live. Poor sound insulation, the washing machine dryer is very broken, very dirty environment. Moreover, you are their cash now. They will think of any situation to let you pay the money for them. As my comment, never ever live in Tamaron Ranch

Heather in the office was super personable on the walkthrough and has continued to be amazing with any issues that I may have had. Putting in work orders is super easy, and they are taken care of really fast. I never have issues with parking due to having assigned parking (which I love.) My apartment suites my needs, and thats all I can really ask for.

I moved into these apartments back in March, Heather was AMAZING & has continued to be an amazing assisting manager for Tamaron Ranch shes very caring & just a super easy going person if it wasnt for her i dont know how much I would actually like this place, she takes care of any work orders right away! Weve recently gotten our parking & the spots redone, the team made sure that anyone who was in a spot away from their building now had a spot in front of it rather than anywhere else. The maintenance team is right on any work orders or when someone moves out they are in there right away to fix it up. The only reason I have it as 4 stars is being we dont have covered parking which is a killer during the summer when your windows arent tinted . Other than that its affordable, & isnt in the affordable & ugly category either . Affordable & decent . No complaints here !

Ive been here for almost 2 years and the only complaint I would have is their parking issue. Management has been good with any questions and concerns that Ive had since moving in. Yes, they might look intimidating but Ive gotten a couple smiles from them. Maintance has responded to just a small handful of repairs issues Ive needed in a timely manner. Its a little pricey for the square footage that you get but I understand you have to keep up with the Seattle market. If it wasnt for how bad parking gets here I would give this place 5 stars. Some people have multiple cars and a lot of them dont have the parking permit so if there was better enforcement of that Im sure a lot of people would be grateful.

Don’t get an apartment here if you work at evening shift or night shift because you can’t have rest at the day time continuously. Here are the reason why 1. 4am to 6am the birds on trees starts fighting each other very very loudly, it’s way annoying. 2. Around 7am or 8am for two days you can hear the garbage truck very very loudly, it’s way annoying. 2. It has green grass around the apartments, they do trimming once or twice in a week, the worst grass cutting machine I ever heard the sound, it’s like a continuous construction zone and you can never have rest, it’s my last around one years experience. Rest staff are nice, helpful.

THEY DO NOT CLEAN MOLD!!!!!! Moved in and stayed only 6 months not only did I get sick but now they want to try and play it off as its not that bad. Not only did I get the clean up papers shower that it was not taken care of or tested but they want to go after me. Here you go people please go some where else for your health and safety. The managers do t care and when I was told I would get a call from the property manager it never happened. Dont rent from here Id give it no stars if I could. Was also promised new cabinets and other things which was never for field as well

No mold. Great customer service. The office folks are awesome.It isnt loud in my apartment. I do get the occasional stompers up stairs. Its an apartment.

Management is very rude and disrespectful no kind of compassion or anything. I simply called about the parking violations and the email that was sent by some lady named Miranda and who ever answered the phone was very and not understanding. I would not recommend this place to any friend or family members at all.

Great location, however policies vary and don’t seem to have much thought for the tenants and flexibility. To implement a new parking pass requirement that has a specific day in the middle of the holidays to come in on, or pay $40 per vehicle fee, is pretty dissatisfying. After a notice on the first of December there was a no reminder, but then promptly a notice asking for a $40 fee per vehicle to be able to continue to park ($120 in my households case). I went in the day of the fee notice and was met with a pay or else. I understand policies, but with a holiday retail schedule putting me at work before and after office hours, three kids under my roof and less than a week before Christmas, this felt like a money grab by Tamaron Ranch and a great way to show your tenants how much you don’t appreciate them. Hence, this review, which lowered my rating from a solid 4 to a 2 because I’m taking into account the other positives, but completely dissatified with this horrible new parking pass roll out. I encourage anyone else affected by this to voice their own perspective as well. Thanks.

I am a driver who has to service people there several times a day, sometimes, and apartments are badly marked and hard to locate. The only other thing I know is my customers complain about them being overpriced for what they are and like most other rental properties in the area the greedy owners are raising prices constantly in unreasonable amounts. I could quit servicing the location, but that would leave people trying to make a living even worse circumstances.

I find this place to be beautiful, the grounds are well kept and when the Rodadrendrons bloom its exceptionally beautiful especially the ones outside my door. I dontdohave mold that many comlaints are about but Ill keep my eyes open. Ive only experienced this place to be very peaceful and quiet and love it. The staff have been nothing but nice, friendly and helpful from day one with me. Personally I couldnt ask more. The rent is expensive but I thithik it is worth it exceptvtheepool I think is a bit small for this amount of apartments.

I live close to this community and all I can say is, their residents are the trashiest people ever. All I hear are people yelling at each other. People yelling about dope and money. Slamming car doors all the time. You hear tow trucks there EVERY single night. People yelling at each other in drug rage at 2 and 3 in the morning. This would be a great neighborhood without this community. Everyone knows that community as a drug filled slum.I find it sad that we don’t even live in that complex and it still has a great impact on all of us in the surrounding complexes.Update: 11/26/17There was a stabbing a few days ago between residents. Just another nugget of greatness. You are writing your death wish if you live there.Update: 2/10/2018There is a constant groaning and yelling drunk man outside walking around their property line. Its busy with drug addicts.

Terrible place to rent. Expensive for crappy place. They do not work with you at all. All the women in the office are rude!!! They simply do not care about anything aside your rent. When I moved in I was told the carpet was new, hard to believe when there were 4 stains in the carpet already. I was told the crack in the door thats creating a draft would be fixed.... my lease is almost up and Im still waiting. The paint job I was told would happen in the bathroom above the door, you guessed it! Still waiting. As you notice on the website under amenities it says there is a barbecue pit... Well dont come here looking for one. False advertisement! The gym is a joke! There are about four machines and last time I checked one wasnt working! Oh yeah! If theres a complaint that doesnt get handled with the on-site desk workers, dont even bother calling any of the corporate offices or numbers. Reached out to multiple personnel. One of which being, Matt Anderson, the point of contact through Allied Residential. He never returned my calls or voicemails. And another woman, Michelle, hung up on me when I asked for the first initial of her last name. The worst place Ive ever lived. Thank goodness my lease is up soon. Hopefully I can find somewhere cheaper or at least find a place worth the 1400 Im paying for a rinky dink two bedroom one bathroom apartment.Dont plan on having guests either. Theres NO PARKING outside of your ONE numbered spot.So update as of July 12, 2017, after I posted this review next day I get home and surprisingly the maintenance issues I said were unresolved have magically been fixed!! Since they did not ask permission to enter, which of course is breaking my lease terms and privacy!!! I called the apartment complex Miranda answers, places me on hold to gather information comes back and says they have no record of the work being done or that they entered. It wont be the first time they forgot to leave a maintenance slip or gave notification about entering my apartment. But now Im weary, because when asked about the work and maybe if had been done previously, Miranda said yes, it may have been previously done. My question is how and when could it have been previously done when Ive been in the unit for almost a year and when I moved in the draft and painting were needed??? I guess Im either not the brightest light bulb in the pack or there was some blatant deception.Whos to say they havent been entering my apartment while I wasnt home on a daily basis, or whenever they feel since theyre so forgetful or absentminded.AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AND THERE EMPLOYEES!

Could be better but could also be a lot worse. I feel like it has become a safer little community for my kids within the last few years. For me, thats number one. I dont see a bunch of drug addicts anymore and no loud partying. I just wish that theyd stop substantially raising rent every time its time to renew my lease. Location is very convenient and the fact that it falls within the Mukilteo school district are the main reasons Ive stayed so long. This place isnt the Taj Mahal by any means but if youre looking for a safe place for kids, Id say this is a good place. Just hope you get a big raise from work every year to keep up with the price of rent.

I lived there for two weeks and had to move. I paid I full my lease buy out... $3500 for 2 weeks!! they kept almost all of my security deposit and when I asked about it, she screamed and taunted me saying she had a company lawyer and told me to see her in court.

The management here is horrible. Available parking is horrible, if you are trying to have a family get together or anything that involves comoany, might as well take an Uber over. The ONLY thing I could say is that it could be located in a worse neighborhood.

The leasing staff here is extremely unprofessional and lazy, especially the manager Miranda Manning she lies a lot. The dryer, fridge, bathroom fan, and garbage disposal were all broken within two months of living there. They have birds and squirrels living in the awnings, and there is bird poo everywhere on the third floor that nobody cleans. The constant trash overflow causes rats to come from the greenspace🤮.

Mold. mold. mold. we had to emergancy move the week after Christmas. we found a very bad mold problem. we called the office to report it immediately. they said they would send someone out to clean it. well they came down and painted over it. i got very sick from them bagging around without sealing off the area and puting mold particles into our whole apartment. when i brought this to the office attention...they really didnt see an issue and didnt want to do any further work to fix it. when we said we would bring in a 3rd party inspector...they offered to move us to another apartment...when we said we would have the inspector come out for the new one as well...they asked if we just wanted to break our lease. we said we just wanted a mold free apartment. about 20 min after leaving the office we got a call saying they could mutually terminate our lease with no penalties. and seeing the other comments here i feel this is a common problem.

I have lived at Tameron Ranch Apartments for 3 years, during the 3 years I have had exceptional service with all of my apartment rental needs. The staff exceeds any expectations and get things done timely while maintaining respect and professionalism. Lenor who has been here since I first moved in, always goes above and beyond to ensure my needs and repairs are done timely. I have an excellent repore with management staff and maintence staff. I am known as the Happy Rent Day lady. I have not missed a beat in expressing my gratitude for how well they have taken care of me and my daughter. If you are considering moving in to Tameron Ranch I would have to give them a two thumbs up.

This is the worst place out of all the places I ever lived. Mold problems, too much noise and very cocky and disrespectful front office. When I did my move out paperwork, I put mold down as my main problem. They waited till I left and scratched it off. I will not recommend for my enemy to stay there. So avoid them! I stayed at this place for 3yrs and when I moved out, I got a huge bill for carpet cleaning they claimed. Horrible apartment. Avoid if you hate mold.

I lived in these apartments, the person in charge is a local person who charges a lot of money from the Ispana people, and according to her she stole money for some carpet that I never change just for stealing 1000 dollars from me and the owners know what shes doing and they dont take anything for that. people left the apartments thats why they have many rooms alone
