I just recently moved into Bristol square during the pandemic and during these hard times the property manager Ella is very helpful and truly awesome she was very patient and efficient. The apartments are big and modern. I highly recommended I see myself living here long term!

I would just like to share my experience with Bristol Square. Upon moving in I was told we could move in before signing a lease as the property manager seemed very lenient about paperwork, which should have been my first red flag. Not to mention the carpets were not cleaned, missing blinds, and an abundance of moss all over the railings on the porch.This property manager ends up getting fired due to her incompetence. Then another property manager from another property was covering for her and told me I had to come to the office immediately to sign a lease, which I did. Never once did I do a walk through which on the actually walk through there is no where to sign until the next page.So upon moving out I get an email that all of my security deposit is taken due to the damages which was assumed to be from me, which was not. I asked for a copy of this apparent walk through I did. There is no signature on the actual page and the handwriting is different than mine. The only signature is on a different page which I’m assuming they took out the page upon signing since they were on such a time crunch and didn’t want to deal with it.Even though the knowingly put me into an apartment that wasn’t cleaned, or had any signed legal documents, and resulted in them firing an employee over it the still put the blame on me. Not to mention they can’t even keep one property manager. They had 5 different ones in a 2 year time span.Moral of the story: I am outraged in Bristol Squares lack of responsibility in this issue. I thought upon moving in was just due to a bad employee but boy was I wrong.

The management is awesome. Its hard to find anyone to do their job now these days. But this miss lady goes beyond her job and then some. Super friendly and nice. Plus she loves kids! Cant wait until I fully move in!

Toi is the best thing to have happened to this neighborhood! She actually answers the phone when I call, she makes sure my work orders get done, and she is always happy and ready to help when I come in to the office. She makes you feel welcome and knows her stuff! Would absolutely recommend as long as shes here. Maintenance is helpful and does work in a timely manner. He is always in a good mood and gets the work done!

Management is pleasant and professional. They always responds and calls back and recently we got a nice appreciation package which was very nice of them. The community has nice upkeep and lanscaping.

The management here is fantastic! She is very professional, friendly and efficient. I was impressed with the up keeping of the complexes and grounds. A nice place to move if you like peace and quiet!

Legal violations on several accounts. Its no wonder they have new management periodically.

UPDATE REGARDING YOUR RESPONSE:I have lived here for a year and a half. Since then there has been 5 DIFFERENT PROPERTY MANAGERS. Which blows my mind because the last property manager Toi was probably the best one they had yet and now.... We have a new one.... The apartment themselves are nice which is the only reason why I am rating it a 2. Would have been a 4 when Toi worked here. Every time Ive dealt with the office (since then) it has been a super unpleasant interaction. Every phone call is a rule they randomly decide to get stricter on or implement in the first place since “it’s new management and it’s in your lease” rather than understanding that you are used to a set way of living and never had an issue before. They also are not very understanding to people’s situations. They randomly want me to tow my car because the tabs are expired and are giving me 7 days. Mind you this isn’t even a full 2 days after Christmas and 4 days until New Years (so money is very tight). Over expired tabs... Which is parked in my spot.... not taking up any other parking for anyone else.....UPDATED: I am confused on where you see in my review stating that it isnt written in my lease. You have made it abundantly clear that it is stated in my lease (proving my point). Let me reiterate my frustration with your management. The fact that things that were once never enforced (due to the fact that there is no stability in management) is now suddenly becoming an issue and then to only give me a 7 day notice not even a full 48 hours after Christmas, doesnt sit right with me. As I stated before, money is tight right now due to the holidays and rent is due in 3 days. Your lack of empathy to peoples situations really baffles me. You do realize where you work is low income housing. You would think you would take that into consideration when dealing with your renters.

The new manager Toi is amazing!! We have had several in the past couple years! She is very kind hearted and so welcoming! Since Toi has been working at the complex, there have definately been some much needed changes! Always a pleasure to get to talk to her!

Been here 11years. Great location (close to freeway, shopping, Hwy 99, Costco, and Library. 1 bedroom, 1 bath slightly under 1,000, Garages, small rec room, 96 units completely surrounded by trees. very pleasant manager.

Its nice, its clean. Management is great, repairs get done in a timely manner.

Not so great experience Moving in. I wouldnt recommend this place
