Cody and Marlon did our installation. They were very polite and did a great job explaining everything and running the wires very professionally. We even got a partial refund since they didnt have to do a tree install. We wouldnt of even know that we would get a partial refund if they didnt have to put the device in a tree. But they were honest and let us know right away. So far so good on the service its only been a few days but so far Im really happy with it.

If you are in need of broadband internet and fiber is not an option you can give them a try. The service goes down often and I did have one of the engineers/ owners put my billing information out publicly once, so there’s that. When it’s up and running it will let you steam with buffering . If it goes out on the weekend you are out back until Monday . They are better than some others but if I could get fiber I wouldn’t be using them if you do use them get the app called Speedtest and screenshot every fine your speeds are low or non existent so you will have your proof .

Seems to constantly go out anymore. For one whole week we had internet, but couldnt access certain websites that we used frequently for work, Bills ect. They fixed it but ever since then its out for at least 2 days a week, and out almost every morning now, comes back for a bit and then out again in the evening. Used to be great, but this has gotten ridiculous.

Isaac and his team came out to install internet service yesterday. They were fantastic. Stayed until they made sure everything was working perfectly. Excellent customer service! They have a VERY tough job (I watched them). Could not recommend them more highly. Thank you!Also, the internet is amazing!

When the service is working, it is pretty good. We havent been with them a full year and we are on our 3rd or 4th router. Living in the county (country) has its drawbacks and I guess being this far from the service center puts you at the end of maintenance calls. I wonder are installs ahead of service calls?

Anthony and Blake installed our system. They spent the time necessary to make sure everything was done just right and at optimal performance. I have never had any service person come into my home that impressed me this much. We could not be happier with the service and are delighted to be able to cut the cord on Satellite TV and start live streaming with our high speed Internet. I havent had the service long but I can vouch for their customer service. We were one of the ones who had to have the install done in phases, they had to run extra cable from the tree to the house. Enrique and Chance performed the installation. They were running late for our appointment and called to let us know. They stayed until midnight to get us up and running! Ryan and Nathan came out after our service had been down for 11 days. Other technicians had come out during that time, tried but were unsuccessful in fixing our service. Today we are back up and running! They replaced devices, installed new cable and grounded our system to help with any future issues. Friendly, super knowledgeable, helpful and always easy to work with.

We are very pleased with getting set up, and the installation. The sales rep was great, including rescheduling my install at the last minute due to a scheduling conflict on my end. The gentlemen who installed the service Isaac and Milton were awesome!!! The installation was neat, quick and they were very professional as well as polite. We are more than pleased.

First of all I rarely will do negative reviews because we can all have a bad day. My neighbors and I have had this for about a month and a half. When it works it is great. Technical support is HORRIBLE!!!! I called in last week and as of Wednsay afternoon no one has called to help. The system experiences random outages so if you are working from home you get dropped form Zoom. Support actually told us it goes down during high usage times. Really!? Sales team doesnt communicate with the install teams. We have a cottage and barn and the install team had no idea about our configuration and didnt have equipment for our set up. The same happened to my neighbor. The only shout out I can give is to the install guys. They worked hard and were great to work with...everyone else not some much.

Anthony came out to finish a job where cable needed to be buried from house to tree. He noticed a few things that would help improve my service. He made a few changes to improve things. Had to check radio in tree and got my signal in the green. Thank you for hiring a guy that believes the customer is important and a job should be done right to provide the best service possible. I have been a customer for some years now and was the first to get this service in my rural location. The service has been getting better and better. We had some recent electrical storms and had some issues with the equipment. Anthony and Blake came out for a service call this past Saturday and took the time to fix and replace several issues and made sure we were up and running and happy before they left. Excellent job, highly recommend!

Anthony and Blake came to do our initial install and blew it out of the park. We are a close bit family and we’re interested in the install process. Anthony and Blake talked to our kids about safety when climbing trees and our son even went under the house with them and my husband to learn how the installation took place. Anthony and Blake were not only polite but super fun to be around. They made sure we had the best possible placement for our line of site to ensure we had great service. These guys are top of the line. They deserve raises for sure. They cleaned up after themselves and you would never have known they were here except for the phenomenal WiFi.

In rural areas with few options this is the way to go. Customer services does a pretty good job of helping work through your issues. Speed is good with exception of prime time, seems to slow down a bit.. but all in all I would recommend it..

Blake and Tramir came to hook us up to the internet service today. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They were very neat about running the cable in basement etc for hooking up the router/modem. Will request them IF we need a tech come out. We worked with Jenna from the start am that was a pleasure also. She explained everything well and was very nice. We havent tried streaming yet but computer is quick etc. Satisfied so far for sure.

They set everything up, looking for existing entries into the house in order to cause the least disruption to the structures. they approached the different potential problems with patience and aplomb. I am coming up on a year of having service with Seiontec. In the beginning there were some issues with service. The tower that I receive signal from needed an upgrade. Customer service has always been great. My issues have been resolved over the phone and if they couldnt be service techs would be scheduled to come out. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful.

Blake and JJ are absolutely AMAZING. They made sure to explain everything to me completely and make sure I liked all the things they did. Very detailed and informative. I would definitely recommend them and this company to ANYONE! This is the kind of customer service every company needs!

The installer Josh and Todd were great guys friendly and took there time to complete the job and was pleasant to chant with about all questions. I would most recommend them to install anyone equipment. I am very satisfied and give Josh and Todd a 10 rating.

My experience with Seiontec has been terrific. The sales people walked me through the entire process, which went exactly as they explained. Blake installed my internet. He was friendly, professional and utterly competent. From the moment he arrived he busily made everything happen in short order including climbing trees and digging the trench for the wire to my home. He then patiently and courteously explained everything to me. I could not be more impressed by his work and am completely sold on Seiontecs commitment to customer service.

I have been very happy with Seiontecs service and their responsiveness when an issue pops up. A simple phone call to friendly, efficient representatives usually resolves it quickly. They even expended significant time and effort to determine why I could not connect to a particular banks website. Even though it was determined to be the banks problem, they interacted with the bank and followed up with me to make sure the problem was resolved. I appreciate the personal touch that Seiontec provides. Recently, I was provided faster speed and a discount for being a longtime loyal customer. You cant beat that!

I initially contacted Seiontec and asked about service to my location in Keeling VA. Barbara Knight ran my address through a topography map and said I should be able to get a good signal. I asked several more questions back and for because I work in IT and wanted to configure their connection to my personal preferences. She passed me through to a technician that answered every question I asked to my satisfaction. They called the day before to confirm my installation appointment as well. The installers Isaac and Milton showed up on time and ran the cable exactly as I requested them too. They got the connection working as advertised and were very polite. When I called the office to upgrade my speed to the next level Easten made a change which took affect in less than thirty minutes. All in all my experience with Seiontec Systems was everything I hoped it would be. Ill be sure to recommend them to my coworkers who also live in the country like myself.

Sadly, I do not get consistently good connectivity. Recently, Todd and Chepe ran new cable to a new tree install. They did a great job and I am pleased with their work. In fact, I have very good things to say about the technicians that have come to my house aside from the original installer who is no longer with the company, apparently. Really, my issues have been the result of poor equipment (their towers) combined with not-quite-line-of-site to the tower. Customer support has been helpful as well. I have had many conversations with Jennica and she has been good about getting me answers and attempting potential solutions, but they have been band-aids instead of cures. To date, I have not had a solid signal with low latency and adequate bandwidth. I believe that they need to update the towers in a serious way to accommodate the needs of their customers (Proactive, not reactive). Until then, they will have many legitimate complaints from many customers, especially considering the price of their service.

Our internet was experiencing several issues. I requested Anthony and Blake (at the advice of a family member) to be our service techs. They did an outstanding job and did not leave my house until all issues were resolved. Anthony and Blake were polite, knowledgeable, and explained what they were doing to correct the problem. I would like to add that they were at my house on a Sat. - Easter week-end. Seiontec has always been a pleasure to work with and I feel there is always an effort made to correct any issues we may have. However - this time Anthony and Blake hit it out of the park and I could not be more pleased.

Worst service and customer service ever. I cannot say enough negative things about this company. Internet goes down for days at a time and their tech support tells us to turn it off and turn it back on. Rude and disrespectful on the phone on multiple occasions and take days to get back to you. Literally paid to get rid of their service. Stay far, far away!!

We were very pleased with the service we received today from Anthony and Blake. Our cable was damaged (our fault) and they extended their day to come and fix our cable. Very nice and knew exactly how to fix the problem in a timely manner. We have had Seiontec for two years and have been pleased with their service and the quality of the internet.

This is the first time we have had good internet speeds at our home. We can now stream with no buffering anywhere in our house. The service has been pretty good for the most part. It is fast and worked pretty well in the ice storm we had a few weeks ago. It was having difficulty a bit when the wind was blowing pretty bad so I called and they had a couple guys come out and did some adjustments within the next couple of days. I appreciated that and so far so good.

We live in the middle of nowhere and Gavin and Ryan went above and beyond to get us real, working internet. They even came out to do the install on a Saturday to give us service as soon as possible. Never once did they complain about the hard work or about my dogs getting in their way! I want them to know how much we appreciated their work and the great internet.

Sale tech very nice helpful. Customer Service helpful. Manager Sara very disrespectful, hast, unprofessional, in fact rude with speaking over top of me cutting me off...etc. However, the incident with the manager Sara happened on a Monday so maybe she was just having a bad day. I am willing to give her the benefit of the doubt with 2 stars. I will continue to blog and post on Seiontec Systems services friends and neighbors stay tune!

My signal was getting weak. I called the office & they sent Brandon and Cody out the next day. They changed the direction of my dish and now my signal is a lot stronger than it was before. They were very couteous & wore masks. I am very pleased pleased with the service

I had a wonderful experience with them. The two techs, Gary and Chepe, went above and beyond with making sure I had the best location for my radio. Mine was a little comically with the setup on top of a mountain, but with the techs spending time, I am getting speeds in excess of 70 Mbps over a wireless router. I am ecstatic! The techs even worked around my big dogs and demonstrated professionalism the entire time.

I finally found a company that promises great internet service and actually delivers. I emailed Executive Sales Director Barbara Knight a couple weeks ago and she responded quickly with a phone call. She described their service and was able to answer all my questions. She set me up a time for installation and the installers arrived exactly when they promised. I needed a tree top instillation because I am hidden behind a mountain. Even though the weather was terrible, they climbed a large oak tree to mount the antenna. They were very courteous and professional. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and the internet service is fantastic. I have already recommended them to a couple neighbors.

The two young men did an excellent and efficient job during installation. Anytime I call, their customer service is outstanding. The internet is amazing. We previously had Comcast and when we moved, Comcast was not offered here. We are able to have multiple devices, Netflix, phones, all at the same time and no interruption. I would recommend to anyone!Update 9/23The internet goes out randomly during the day. I work from home so random outages don’t work for me. When I call in (I have to call at least once a week) I get the same answer “network outage but it’s fixed now”. I don’t understand that. Today I have not had internet all day. Again I work from home and this is not useful. I called in three times today with no real answer as to what is happening or when it will be fixed. Unacceptable.

Our internet at our church was down late on a rainy Saturday. We needed it back up Sunday morning to be able to live stream our service during COVID. Anthony and Blake came out in the rain, diagnosed the problem and got us back on line. They were courteous and provided great customer service. When i had a modem problem, Gavin and Blake came out and and diagnosed the problem and installed a new modem right there on the spot. A couple of days later the speed was not where it was supposed to be and Brandon helped troubleshoot the problem and fixed it right away. Seiontec Systems broadband internet is very fast and the customer service is on point! I would recommend this company for people in rural areas that can not get high speed internet.

We called and set up installation for a week out. The next day we recurved a call saying they would be right over. Anthony and Chepe (technicians) arrived and went right to work.
