First time there and it was different than other nail salons I have been to. There was one female who did the nail designs and the rest were men who did the pedicures and nail shaping. I was really impressed with Cindys nail designing and patience. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the exact design from a picture I showed her.

Wonderful nail salon, I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now ! I love Sidney and Hex ! I always enjoy myself and they treat my family like it’s their own ! Sidney always does my daughter nails and toes and also holds her while i get my pedicures ! My daughter even started calling her Aunt Sidney 🤣💘

Ive been here twice. Not sure where the good reviews are coming from but Ive had 2 less than good experiences. Im going to keep looking.

Very unprofessional and poor quality. Tried to laugh it off and say you have to say something. I can take poor customer service and good quality, but awful quality, very unprofessional, and just the bad vibe...last time.

I only went to NC nails faithfully for almost 10 years until I discovered nick. I LOVE the dipping powder. My nails are even & smooth. Not too thick or thin & the shaping is flawless as well. This is the only place me & my bestfriend go to.

They were quick and precise. Very friendly and definitely clean. Would recommend for eyebrows! Havent had any other service done lately to review them on

Could not sit and wait. I had six people ahead of me. Thought I would still check in but leave my cell number. They were gracious enough to call me when they had caught up. Andy did my nails. He was very pleasant and did a great job. Thanks Andy!

Usually I just get regular polish no designs because although Ive been told the lady does the best she does not. Nails were not shaped the right way..Design was not even close to what I wanted..My thumb nail on 1 hand is longer then the 1 on the other hand. I also got a pedicure. My feet left there almost as dry looking as when I went in. Paid $60 for my nails and $30 for a pedicure. They did not even ask me which pedicure I wanted.

Went there Monday to get a full set. The lady that did my nails took her time and did an excellent job! My experience was great!

Had a great pedicure done by Hex. I love that they include the plastic liners in their pedicure spa tub and make sure all tools are new and chair is completely sanitized. They are professional and my pedicure is a beauty

Went for the first time today....NEVER WILL DO THAT AGAIN!!! My toes are in pain, the French tips look like they were done by a 12 year old and not to mention expensive. Any where else I go it’s $35 well I spent 55 on terrible work. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

There is a wait but that only lets you know how good their service is. My daughter loves her nails. We will be back.

It is so good I would go there again and they are so nice to they ask me for some water and if I was okay. I was so happy when I went there and they are really hard workers too. If I was you I would go there and plus I love my nails too!! I rate that place a 10 out of 10

After I got Home my Toes was so sore I couldnt walk... He cut into my Meat.

I called before coming to get a price quote for a gel manicure and pedicure. The guy told me $60... $10 extra for gel polish for nails and toes. When time to pay, I was charged $80. They told me that they charged $20 extra for gel polish for both. I have never been anywhere that charged $20 extra for gel on top of any service. They told me I misunderstood, but I know I didn’t. The guy who did my mani and pedi was awesome, but because of this I will not be back.

Nick’s will be the only nail salon I go to from now on! Such a nice and CLEAN place! Nick did my moms and grandmother’s nails when he worked in the mall and when I visited today he remembered me and did absolutely amazing on my nails! Exactly what I wanted! Thanks so much nick! You have a forever customer!

The best staff in any nail salon Ive ever been to. Every person in there makes you feel comfortable.. They all talk to you and have you laughing the whole time you are there. They go the extra mile with designs here which is a big thing for me. The atmosphere is amazing and even though they are always busy, they get to you in a reasonable time.

I only stop by to pickup gift certificates for family. The shop is immaculate and very busy each and every time I arrive. However, Nick always takes the time to prepare them for me. He and his staff are the best. This is the only place my family members will trust to have their manicures and pedicures done. I just dont know how they handle the wait time. I guess if your getting great service with a friendly staff the wait doesnt matter.

I love the cleanliness and how relaxing the environment was. The massage my tech gave me was amazing- the best one I’ve ever had. He was meticulous and detail oriented, and I loved every second. He didn’t rush through the pedicure, and took his time with every step. This place is my new favorite.

I love nicks nail salon!!!! They are very clean and always take their time on each individual. Their polish will last for what feels like forever on your nails. Also I wanted to give a shoutout to Hex he is awesome with pedicures! Not to mention he has a great personality that will make you laugh and enjoy your time at the salon. 👍🏼🦶🏼💅

Got a nice pedicure here. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly but not pushy. Seemed like a lot of the other customers were regulars. I liked how they use disposable bowl liners for the pedicure chairs.

Loyal to regular customers, but extremely busy. When it gets very busy, sometimes they rush and the end result is not the best. The pricing is comparable to other nail salons in the area, but for Lumberton, some of the services are definitely overpriced. Having a visual pricing board in the shop would put some people at ease instead of having quotes from the staff. I have been going to the salon for 3 years and enjoy the welcome feeling that I receive from going. Like most things, there could always be improvements. And I never receive a service I dont need. Nick will tell me to come back in X weeks because I dont need to spend the money on something now. This gets them great points with me.

Went in at 5 came out at 7 and nail tech didnt give me the color I asked for he just put on what he had. So I have silver/gold nails when I asked for 3d gold. Yeah this place for basic designs.

DO NOT go to this nail salon if you want to get powder dip polish. The man helping me was very rude. The man saw me looking for a color only to tell me afterwards they were for gel not powder. The colors for powder are very difficult to look at on their display. I asked for help finding a basic light pink color. The man was rude and said there are the colors we have. I picked one out and of course he says we dont have it. I felt like he basically just didnt want to do the powder dip for me. I ended up having to get gel polish done. The salon is also DIRTY!!! NEVER again will I go back!
