It was my first time going there and I got a pedicure there and they did a rlly bad job because later on that night I was rubbing my feet to see if they was smooth and they was still patchy in spots not smooth like how they normal are and the guy ( I’m diabetic so I like to keep my feet done if ur diabetic u know what I’m talking about) who did my pedicure did a bad job on painting them it was streaky in spots and the line wasn’t straight. It look like I painted them myself. I had to ask someone multiple times if they can fix it and it still wasn’t all that good but I just gave up wanted to go home at that point........I would never go there again

I was a little nervous going here for a nail fill because of the mixed reviews. Majority of reviews are bad. However, I’m very satisfied. The younger lady I had did a wonderful job on my nails. My niece had the older gentlemen and he did a great job on her full set as well. I gave a 4 start review because price lists a fill at $20. They charged me the same price for a fill as they did the full set for my niece. I did not get gel either, only up charge was coffin shape. Just a basic acrylic fill with regular polish. Had I known the fill would be that price I wouldn’t have got them filled there. $33 for a basic fill with regular polish is very steep.

I paid $100 for my nails/feet just to have them start popping off a day after. I asked them to soak my nails to get the previous ones off and the lady proceeded with it popping them off. She shaped them badly and was unprofessional. Her husband Tony did my designs (he was nice and professional). I don’t know who the guy was that did my toes but he did a great job. Overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to the wife bcuz she just did what she wanted with my nails and I’m very unsatisfied.

I just got a Pedi and if they werent soo slow, I would have gotten a manicure. The guy DIDNT speak English which wasnt a problem. But he didnt take the dead skin off like the others do!! I wish Pro nails werent soo busy. That was the only reason we went to Regal Nails.

Great service but takes too long

The owners are very nice and aim to please. I gave 5 stars because I got exactly what I ask for. I read the reviews after my experience there, glad I didnt read before. Seen a comment complaining about prices, prices were cheaper here compared to others in this area.

Jonathan helped my dad with a deluxe pedicure and basic manicure for my elderly father - he was so gentle with him and very knowledgeable about mail and skin care. I was how nice and accommodating everyone was. We will definitely come here regularly.

I just went there yesterday to get a fill in the shaping is horrible and one of my nails broke already I will NOT be going back Tony is good but his wife is not

Best salon to go in lumberton to get your nails done... Tony does a spectacular job every time I can always count on him when I’m indecisive.. I’ve tried other salons but I never get the the satisfaction as I do when I visit Tina and Tony.

Hands down the worst manicure Ive ever had. I had the SNS done and he just pulled off the top part of the powder which also pulled off/ broke a couple of my nails. When he dipped them again he didnt get all of my nail, left translucent areas, and got some on my skin. He then tried to shape them.. he left a couple of my nails jagged and sharpe even after I asked him a couple times to please fix them. I guess ya get what ya pay for.Never ever again!! 👎

My kids took me there for Mothers Day! The staff was super friendly, definitely going again soon. Prices are reasonable.

Waited 2hours for my nails only two elderly nail techs the elderly man did my nails in a rush would not give me what I wanted so I got a fill in and left. Very poor service.

I’ve been going to regal nails for over two years the staff and the owners are absolutely amazing always get it absolutely on point every time they do great quality work wouldn’t go anywhere else always make me very very happy and they are getting ready to redo the whole salon everything is going to be brand new new massage chairs new everything can’t wait to see it I highly recommend them

I go here to get my eyebrows waxed. The oriental lady does an amazing job on my eyebrows. The wait can be ridiculous but my eyebrows stay fly

I had the worst pedicure Ive ever had!!! The woman cut two of my toes and because one of my toes was still bleeding the polish was all messed up! She was way to ROUGH! When she was wiping off my toes she pulled them so hard they popped! I definitely will not return!

I have went to this location for the longest time. Just yesterday I went for a pedicure. They have a new lady in there that did mine. Not only was she way to rough with my feet, the next day my paint started coming off my toes because she put it on too thick. Does no good to go in & tell the owners because they make you pay to have them repainted. $42 wasted!!

Came in to get my lashes don’t and they told me 10 mins and took 20 minutes still didn’t care I was sitting there waiting she talked to her customer like she didn’t care about my money I don’t recommend this shop to nobody they don’t have a care in the world I will never come back to get nothing done if you getting my money unless care about who pays your bills

Worse experience ever! They were rude and messed up my nails! I paid $30 for some nails with to much polish that it wouldnt dry and was lumpy then she didnt want to fix them because she said she had to eat! After having to adjust my attitude she finally fixed them and even then they werent the best but was a little better than the first round!!!I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Terrible place Gel polish peeled off in a few days twice. The young lady in there charged me the second time and said it was my fault it was coming offPlease don’t go there!!!!!
