Didn’t listen to what I expressed 7 or 8 times on how i wanted my toes done, not massage my legs oh and to charge 7 bucks to fill the water level to the soles of my feet while my hubby has his feet submerged to his shins…. Didn’t care.. looks sloppy as all get out and then just didn’t give a darn if I was satisfied or not. I’ll support LOCAL but not here… they can kiss it!

First time here and loved it. The staff are very polite and everything was very clean. I love my nails and will be coming back.

I absolutely love Joseph! He does an awesome job on my nails! I see him once a month & I absolutely love my nails every single time. I’ve never once had any nails lift or break. He is by far the best nail tech I ever been to. Cannot say enough good things about him.

I love this place. I was new to the area and was hoping to find somewhere I enjoyed going.They are clean, efficient, and have good customer service.Ive come now for 2 months regularly and I hope they keep doing such great work!

Ive gotten my nails done here since they opened, and before that I went to the one next to HEB since they first opened. I love everyone there, Ive never been anything but happy when I left there.

Loved my experience @ tic tac spa . I came from out of town due to evacuating from the hurricane in Louisiana . I came to have a nice relaxing spa day & they did not disappoint . I was stressed because I did have to bring my baby with me & of course she started having a fit . My nail tech (I think her name was van) helped me with my baby to calm her & she really took her time with me on my mani & pedi ! Very great experience! Thank you so much ms van !

I’ve went here before and they did my nails good BUT the last time I went which was like 3 days ago the lady that had done my nails did a very poor job. She carelessly filed my nails and didn’t even check to see if they were all the same length and shape. I had to go home and file my nails myself. The nails were obviously slanted very bad and my thumb nails were completely two different lengths. Also I paid $40 for the nails when they were most definitely not worth that much.

So nice and they listened to what she wanted and she ❤️ her nails

The last time I went in there they were trimming my cuticles and cut a huge chunk of my skin off from my thumb. Every time I have gotten a set done here they always break easily or chip. Then they go and fix it, and then they just break again. My friends have had the same experience as well. They will say that they will help and then at the very end try to charge you full price. Do not recommend at all. Was going to have a huge group of women get massages manicures and pedicures but we will definitely go somewhere else. Not a friendly or fair establishment.

The lady took her time but it looks like 7 year painted my nails.... don’t go here. A waste of money one and money..

Amazing place, great friendly staff, and amazing Nail work, hand and foot

I went and got a full set of dipped nails. Day 1, one broke. Went in and she repaired it. Day 2, a second one broke (Saturday night after close.) Monday she fixed it and added another coat of dip. I flew to AZ on day 4. Day 5 the 3rd one broke and day 6 the 4th one broke. I paid good money to have nice nails for my vacation and they were broken the whole time.I went back today after flying home late last night and told them this. I asked instead of repairing can I get them redone because it must have been a bad batch or something, he said yes and they proceeded to get me a new set.She charged me full price on my ticket. I asked for the manager and explained what had happened and asked him if we could compromise, since I understand I got a new set but I was getting them redone much earlier than I normally would have gotten them filled because they were not done correctly.he said no, I had to pay full price. I was under the impression in the beginning that they were going to make the problem right.I tried to compromise with him, he said that of I didnt like the policy I was free to go somewhere else. I am not trying to get things for free, I was happy to tip and even pay partial but I am not impressed at all with how they run business. I will NOT be back.also, got home and the paint on my nail is already chipped!!!!!!!!! infuriating.

I got a pedicure today. I was extremely dissapointed! Truly a lackluster experience. I wont be back. They even left dirt under my toenail that was obviously visible from when I was standing up later that day. They were not thorough and rushed everything - the clipping, cuticle removal, callus removal. I wanted gelly, and told them at the desk, but when I asked again for it, I was told it was too late.Everyone was nice, its beautiful inside. But the service was not thorough.

My nail polish hasn’t chipped and it’s been 2 weeks, which is amazing to me! The lady I had did a great job!

Some nail tech are amazing while others seems as if they havent had one day of training. Be careful!!! I would find someone you like and stick with them. Not just walk in as needed.

People super friendly. Gentlemen did a fantastic job on my daughters nails. We even got there ten minutes til closing and they took her right in and got to work. Did them just as she asked. Definitely will go back.. Thank Yall again for the great service!!!!

I have been taking my granddaughter there to get her nails done for quite a while. I usually get a pedicure. The girls that work there have always been really nice. The older man is rude rude rude. I dont k how if he is the manager or owner but we have not been back in months an I refuse to go back. I can spend my money somewhere that they appreciate it!!

Ngan provided such great customer service with a warm attitude. She really takes time to ensure you are satisfied.

Seriously DO NOT GO HERE! They are absolutely horrible. Theyve messed up my wifes nail both times . They cut my mothers cuticle really bad and still tried to force her to pay. They act clueless and act like they cant understand you at all. My wife asked for rainbow and they painted them all blue and manager said if she didnt pay he would call the cops.

Everyone was so generous and welcoming when we arrived and we were treated vertually like royalty it felt like with how good the service was ❤ Was the perfect mini-vacation for a sister day and couldnt help but tip the nail tech and the women who did our pedies 20 a piece because👌

I can say I will always go to do my nails in this place people are very nice my nails are always done beautifully and if I need help about nails colors they are always willing to help me.Thank you y’all 👏

The ladies here are always nice and do a good job. Service is fast, but they dont rush you through just to get to the next customer. Reasonable prices.

I got a pedicure today & the lady that did it was very nice but when I got home noticed skin peeling on my foot & it wasnt like that when I got to nail salon!

Will NEVER, NEVER go there again!! I just left there. Their service is terrible. Three times I have made an appointment and had to wait when I got there, each time. The girl who was doing my nails got up and ran off (I assume to get something). I waited and waited. Finally, I handed the guy beside her some money and walked out without my nails finished. Before that, the lady that was doing the nails of the girl beside me, stopped what she was doing to answer her phone and talk on it too long. I will go back to Prus beside HEB where there are true professionals.

I felt like she didnt put enough polish on my toes. It was still transparent when I left. I loved the facilities, just wish I had a better pedicure.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Got a fill, theres bubbles in every fingernail, the polish didnt even come close to my cuticle on the nails like she was scared to paint them. Two of them are super bumpy on the end because she didnt even file the ends after she cut the old nails down. She filed before she cut them...why?! Then told me that sometimes the polish just gets bubbles...like what? Brush it again and the bubble will disappear lady. Never going back.

I have never been treated so poorly. My granddaughter is 6 and she was getting a mani/pedi. The lady doing her nails NEVER even spoke to her. She is 6 for goodness sake. The lady spent the ENTIRE time complaining to the other girls. My thumb nail had bubbles at the end of it. I asked the lady to redo it and she started saying something rude. I asked what she said but she refused to repeat it. Then she asked me to pay her as they did not have a receptionist. I told her I would take it up front. When I did, I was speaking to the manager and she was poking her nose to the window to find out what I was saying. The management needs to handle their employees. I will not be back.

Love the great job they do on my mani and pedi each time. Staff is friendly and business is clean.

Went in for a new set of nails and a pedicure. Gave them a picture of how I wanted my nails and they said yes we can do that. 115.00$ plus 12.00 tip and now I’m sitting here looking at my nails and want to cry. If I could post a picture I would. I will not go back again.

The ladies are sooo sweet here!! they are always friendly to you, ask you how youre doing. the only bad thing is that the manager (older one that always wears sandals) is so rude to the ladies, and they NEVER do anything wrong. i went there one time, and he just started chewing out this one technician, and you could tell that he was saying tacky things, because of the tone of his voice.....but other than shorty mr communist manager, its great.

Poor job on manicure. Sloppy work, the Polish was put on entirely too thick and it was so messed up by the next day I had to remove it.

My wife says there rude but they are cheap.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Nails look crappy, was told my toes were dry and I left and four nails were ruined, went back and she slopped paint on and my whole toe nail isnt even painted. Manager was rude and wouldnt serve me wine when I had to drive all the way back because I wasnt a paying customer even though I just spent $75!!! I do NOT recommend tic tackle to anyone!!!!!

The people were extremely rude. I was there with my mother and we asked them to please not talk in Vietnamese but continued to do so and made fun of us asking them to do so. Then the person doing my nails cut my hand in 4 places. I walked out with my hands bleeding and feeling horrible about myself.
