I was recommended this place at work. So I went in with high hopes. I showed Morris what I wanted and he said he could do it. This picture is less than 24 hours after I got them done. I was charged $60 for acrylic tips, excessive cuts and a horrible design. He used paint instead of nail polish. The designs faded away yesterday once I took a shower. This morning they are almost all gone. The execution was very sloppy and I am beyond upset I spent money on these nails. I was not able to go claim a refund but will never use this salon again. Just go some where else.

Cindy was so nice! I showed her what I wanted and she gave me exactly that. Everyone was very friendly. I will be going there from now on.

My pedicurist was great. She dida really good job. I like to get art drawn on 2 toes, thats the only thing I missed.She received a wonderful, bonus tip inspite of me not getting the usual, change is good

The style is what I asked for but...the tech started my nails then went to someone else. Another tech did one part then they switched again. Annoying! Once done, the guy sat me under the dryer and left for lunch. Nobody checked to see if my nails were dry for an hour. They were polite but slow. I didnt expect this result for such a basic style. There is a new owner as well.

I got a basic pedicure with gel polish, it was way too expensive. $55 for a simple pedicure and gel polish? They weren’t that nice, my toes turned out okay, but for the price, not worth it.

Mondays they seem to be closed also not just Tuesdays.They have their schedule posted up on their door saying mondays are open when they arent. Besides that they are very nice, polite people that do very good work! These are new owners that started a few yrs ago but kept the name of the business the same as when it was first established. So look past the negative comments that came from a few yrs ago. Back when it first opened yes the old owners where pretty slack and didnt do very good work.I get my eyelashes done there and they have the cheapest set price for any style you want for $30. Other places will tell you the cheapest style just to get you in their door and up their price if you want a certain set. When she fixes them or puts a set on you they last so much longer and look like you had eyelash extensions done 😍

Sat 2 hrs waiting to get pedicure with my mother. They never gave us a update on how much longer it would take. Took 2 woman ahead of us.. and we arrived at 9:15. They missed out on 75 dollars.

Before covid I was only being charged $65 for my feet and nails... Since covid 19 every time I go they are charging me more and more and Im a regular customer!!! They are price gouging and when I tried to talk to the manager over it he was rude and very unprofessional! And he knows exactly what he is doing and doesnt care... I use to love this place but after realizing what they are doing to people I will not be returning 😔

This was my first time at that this salon and the first time getting my nails done. Three of my co-workers recommended 910. The wait time and entire visit was around 30 minutes. I dont know if the $40 price was reasonable because I dont have anything to compare it to (I got the dip powder). The staff were very kind and professional.

I just left from here. I had a man and women do my nails and the women do my eyebrows. They are sooo nice and professional. I will definitely be going back to get my lashes done.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SALON AGAIN!I went today and I was there when they opened. I chose the $25 pedicure! I noticed the technician was not using the foot ramp on my feet that gets the dead skin off so I asked her wasnt she going to use it after all its a standard tool used in a pedicure!! She told me since I was getting the $25 pedicure and not the $28 pedicure they will only use the sponge!! Thats right! I paid $25 for a pedicure that consisted of dipping my feet in water, a sponge rubbed on the bottom and the towels they place on your legs were cold not the warm towels that are used and she told me they were cold as she walked toward me! I have never had a pedicure at a nail salon where they did not even use the foot rasp! If I did not consider jail I would have gotten up and left in the middle of the pedicure but I knew that they would call the police on me for leaving the shop!! Folks please do NOT go to this salon because you will NOT even get the very basic tool that is standard in a pedicure! My feet look the same as they did before going except I have fresh polish! Not only am I going to post here but I am also going to post in the local newspaper!

My wife got her nails done, french tips and you could see old paint under the nails that wasnt cleaned off . Looked tacky as a whole, and the prices is ridiculous for such bad quality work

I requested the $45.00 Pedicure, mood polish w/ Manicure $35.00, and $3.00 eyebrow waxing clean up it was very well worth the money that I paid!!!!!!! It was very relaxing, and soothing!!! Jimmy was very professional, attentative towards me, and my needs and so was his Staff!!!! I demand that you at least give them a chance to service you!!!!!! Jimmy, was awesome please go see him!!!!! He treated me like I was his only Customer for the day (even though I clearly wasnt his only Customer)!!!! Store owners went on vacation and didnt give a return date. I understand being on vacation and not wanting to be bothered, but you are still a business owner and should always be courteous to your customers. Tried to contact via Facebook messenger and got blocked.

I had hoped theyd get me in because it was so early and almost every chair was all! They do amazing work and the salon is o clean which I respect and love, being in medical professional. I had a manicure by Gaspar and pedicure by Jennifer. Both were so friendly and so careful. You can tell they want their customers to be happy. I then had waxing done by Bringing which was awesome. She very thoughtful! Ill definitely be back when Im in the area again! Im from out of town and I wish they worked near where I live. Highly recommended!

Used to love this salon until they started closing way before what was listed on there door. I think that’s really unprofessional just my opinion.

Horrible experience! Sat down with an older gentleman for a full set he put the nails on and moved me to a younger lady. At that point I realized she had others in front of me waiting with just the base nail on. I asked how long it would be and he said a long time at that point I asked him to remove the nail and I would just leave. Worst service ever why not just say it will be a moment instead of putting a base nail on and having someone wait 2 hours that is an option you give before starting.

I have been going here for a few yearsIve had nails, pedicures, eyelashes and waxing. Not one time have I had a bad experience. They are professional and friendly. Ive been to plenty of salons and its worth the half hour drive for their services.

They are good, but if you ask for gel nails, they do not have the gel. They will do pink acrylic powder and in the end, will paint a layer of gel poish over your nails, and call it gel nails. Never again

Went to get a pedicure. The salon opened ten minutes later than their posted sign. When I was having my feet scrubbed, the young woman was using pumice and scrub sponges that had been used on others, which would not have bothered me but this time, she scrubbed too much and cut skin, which meant that there was blood on the scrubbie. I did not observe any type of cleaning or sterilization after, she just dipped the bloody scrubbie in the water. Considering that I got injured, and still (two days later) have difficulty walking on that foot, and the prices which are high, I will refrain from going back there a second time.

910 Nails does a good job with pedicures & manicures. Sometimes theres a long wait, but its still my favorite manicure shop in Lumberton.

My experience was horrible...they never speak in English and the lady that did my nails never looked down at what she was doing. She was constantly looking at the door and every where else in the nail shop. When she finished, my nails were uneven. The constant speaking in a different languge to each other was so annoying. And she treated my hands like they couldnt feel anything. Today i am at the nail shop in the mall, and the way they are booked tells me that they focus on the customer. There is no technician laughing all crazy speaking in a different language. They are quiet and focused on getting the job done.

This place is terrible! I went there 3 times, and wasnt satisfied. The lady that works there does terrible work. Everybody says see Nick, but Nick is too busy to see everybody there. I will NEVER go back there. I wanted to get my nails painted not my cuticles.

They may know how to speak another language but they speak english very well. They have always understood how I want my nails and eyebrows and I have always come out satisfied.
