They were recommended to me. The item I took in to be repaired wasnt repairable but the experience was seemless from beginning to end. The people that I know that used them said that they are happy with the repair time, quality, and service. Their only complaints were price. I compaired some prices and I think they are very reasonable. I definitely will be using them again.

The people here are awesome! The manager, Michael I think his name was (sorry if I got it wrong Mr Manager), ordered parts for me relatively quickly and beared/helped me through the whole shebang. They will all help you out as much as they can and are, in general, chill and cheerful lads. 13/10.

Did a great job replacing the screen on my ROG Phone 3... Very satisfied! Hopefully I will not need their services again but if I do I will gladly come back!

Not a fan. The staff were honestly super polite and responsive. Very approachable and knowledgeable. I dropped my computer off for a minor repair and they fixed it with the added issue of none of my number keys working anymore nor the special characters..like an at symbol. Difficult to type my e-mail in, of course, alongside my passwords. Not worth saying much as I couldnt necessarily prove it worked prior to bringing it in. Ill be getting a new computer. Disappointed.

These guys are fantastic. My Xbox one was having serious issues and they got down right to the heart of the issue. They did not hesitate to order the parts necessary to fix it, and they did multiple test to ensure the issue was completely fixed after everything. They are extremely nice people and provide good service. I would absolutely recommend Expertech.

Quick service! Convenient location off Uni & Mac Davis!The repair I needed fixed is kind of a niche one. I own a Galaxy Note 9, that has a stylus pen built into the phone;the pen got stuck inside the metal frame, Expertech removed my pen for $57 within 30 minutes. Great service, employees are friendly including Brett, who assisted me.Will return for future repairs.

I nearly lost all of my irreplaceable text messages when my old screen died before I could transfer to my new phone. Jericho temporarily put a borrowed screen on it so I could screen grab all my old texts. He was incredibly helpful to save me from losing precious memories.

Went in to get an estimate on how much it would be to repair the broken screen of my MacBook Pro. Was told normally itd be around $1000 but they could fix it for $921. Went to Fix In a Zip with the same issue and was told they could do it for under $600. Safe to say Expertech will never get my business.

First let me be perfectly clear. I know NOTHING about tech. My kids gotmeanipad after bypass surgery.Its been perfect for no more thani use it last week went dark after I set it down for an hour to watch a show. I googled and saw Expertech was open7 days and most issues resolved while you waIT!!NOPE I took it in Oma Saturday they said Monday. No call so on Tuesday I called. They said you sure you dropped off here. Couldnt find it. Put me on hold and found it. Said we still havent found problem!!! Should be ready Thursday. NOPE I a led said needs new battery I said ok. Can I pick up Friday? They said yes. NOPE. Lets us charge it overnight and Ill give you a call tomorrow (Saturday) to pick up. NOPE. I called Saturday right before closing. Again told cant find it. Found it says we are fixing to close can you pick up Sunday? I just got it. The fix while you wait was 8-9 days to change a battery!!!!Im CEO of my on business and must say if my service was like that Id be out of business and rightfully so. Im really considering blasting out to all my contacts to warn them of this. Couldnt be more disappointed in the service. Most reviews are good so hopefully I was the one in a hundred that it was terrible I would NOT recommend

This is an excellent shop! Super fast and cheaper than what I was quoted at two other repair shops. They were able to replace my screen in about an hour.

I accidentally spilled water on my laptop and it was dead. I thought it was gone forever. I took it to a different shop and was told it was inoperable- but thanks to expertech, the laptop is up and running- with ALL files and documents intact! Super friendly and helpful and absolutely top shelf work - I am so very grateful for expertech!!

They are surprisingly diligent in their work and are willing to put the equipment under a microscope and have good relationships with parts suppliers. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they are.

I have had a couple of devices repaired by Expertech and they always do a great job! They are quick and super friendly! Im from Midland and we dont have great repair options. If I need a repair, I just drop it by during my next visit and I pick it up before I head home. Theyre open on Sundays too which is awesome! Id highly recommend them over everyone else in Lbk.

Wonderful experience. Came to Expertech to get a broken iPhone screen fixed. When I got it back, the color was off and the screen was not very bright. I took it back to them and they replaced it with another screen that had the same issue. There was an issue with the supplier and that particular batch of screens, so they had a new one rush shipped in to replace it for me. Joshua at the 82nd St. store and especially Jace at the Glenna Goodacre store could not have been more helpful or friendly in getting this issue corrected and making sure that my new screen was right and worked like it should. They did everything they could to make this a positive experience and never once complained or acted like it was my issue. I wouldnt trust anyone else with an iPhone fix but these guys. They are awesome to work with!

Had to pay $100 dollars three separate times to get my phone fixed. I feel like they use broken iphone parts and put it into your phone. They do this to make more money off of you. I needed new casing. But I think they used an old casings antena that was broken. They replaced my iphone exterior with an old one (that was obviously bent and messed up) and my iphone ended up bloating and my battery (that was supposed to be brand new) ruined the software in my phone. Making my internal antena break rendering it useless. Then i took it back again and they charged me $100 more for a fix (when they knew that there was no way to really fix it) The man fixing my phone knew it was going to break after i left but charged me anyway. Its just business but also a judge of the character of expertech. My phone broke right after I swiped $100 15 minutes later and what was I to do then. They told me the phone is useless at that point. I went back and they couldn’t offer a refund. Im not sure if they want to help or not. Im rating 3 stars instead of one now because of the positive customer service. But I wouldnt recommend.

I took my custom built desktop computer in to get a new system. they worked quickly and do the job right. When I went to pick my computer up a guy by the name of Jace who worked there had taken the time to clean my computer and help me out out with some rewiring and positioning of my fans (no extra charge) all because he is one of those people who do the job right!! If you like quality and someone who does the job to the best of their ability Expertech is the place you want to take your gizmos and gadgets! Thanks again Jace!!

Great service, even better quality work. They fixed my phone right and for way cheaper than FIZ who had used defective screens and caused my phone to break 3 times within a few days after.

LONG STORY SHORT I LOVE EXPERTECH!!!I, unfortunately, have terrible luck with phones and dropped my iPhone 6 and completely shattered the screen. $216 later, I had a phone that was basically brand new. Not cheap, but worth it. A few weeks later I had noticed that my screen was messing up. One half of the screen would be brighter than the other and I could never adjust the brightness. This led to my phone battery dying in about half the time it normally did. Very frustrating. I tried to deal with it as long as I could and went to home (Dallas) for a few weeks, and it continued to get worse. I called Expertech and told them I hadnt planned on going back to Lubbock for a few weeks and asked that if I came in as soon as I got there if they would take a look at my phone. They nicely agreed and said that was perfectly fine.By time I got back to Lubbock it had been about 6 weeks since my phone was repaired, and the entire screen had gone black, without dropping it or water damage. When I took it in, they completely fixed it for FREE! I couldnt believe it. The guys are so great and I never waited long to get my phone. They completely stand behind their service. If you have the money to spend on these guys, DO NOT HESITATE! And even if its a little out of your price range I highly recommend it, these guys are the best in the LBK.Unfortunately, my phone is broken again because I slammed it in a car door (again, NOT lucky with phones) so Ill be back to Expertech soon.

Top quality service and my phone was repaired in under 45 minutes. When I came back about a minor phone speaker problem they repaired the speaker for me at no additional cost and went the extra mile by fixing cosmetic dings on the casing.

Expertech are my heroes!!!! They were able to recover data from my USB that was broken. Vey friendly! They explain in detail what is going on with the device in ENGLISH! Lol Not everyone knows the computer language. I am so bringing any electronic devices to expertech! I was able to get my usb the next day. I could have picked up the USB the same day I turned it in!
