I wish I could put ZERO stars. Ive been experiencing the OLED Burn in problem on my recently purchased 77 LG OLED TV. After placing a call back due to the wait time, I finally spoke to a rep. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to had no clue what she was talking about. She was not knowledgeable about anything that had to do with her job. She was rude and refused to transfer me to another rep or her Manager. She Literally hung up on me rather than letting me speak to her Manager. Now Im back on hold leaving this review.
Absolutely abysmal. Simple thing, instructions were to enable remote access on a router and set the port to 8443. Tech Julian shows up and 20 minutes later leaves stating custom port is set open on 8443 which is not what I asked him to do. All this while he was on the phone. Clearly had zero idea what he was doing. Complete waste of $100 and the charge will be disputed with credit card company as services were not performed as they should have been.
The staff was very knowledgeable about fixing my computer and helping me find other items in the store. Great place!
As a first time customer my experience with Geek Squad was better than expected. Valerie greeted me and was very professional in knowledge and customer service. In any future electronic issues I will be returning to Geek Squad because of her.
Purchased a computer there yesterday for my company. Was told I could set up Office with my current subscription on the new PC. I had Office Personal so when I tried to set up a new user it copied all my files etc to my coworkers computer. I asked for help unlinking the computers. There will be a $99 charge for that over the phone or you can bring it in a we will do it complimentary since you just bought it yesterday. So I gotta take it all apart and drive 70 miles to avoid the minimum $99 charge. Thanks but no thanks I figured it out.
I took my laptop in for repair on Sunday the 4th. I was assured by the tech that at most, Id have my laptop back in 7 days. Scheduled a date and time for pickup, and paid $150 for this service. I was emailed 3 days later by Best Buy telling me that my pickup appointment date and time had been moved back 3 weeks, at my request! Clearly under staffed. I havent shopped BB in years and I remember now why! Lets be real, Best Buy hasnt been a good place to shop in many years, they are more interested in selling you service that they gamble you wont take them up on ever. Thats how they make profit these days. Not on providing good service or products, but by the service plans and other BS most of us cant or wont ever use. Take your business anywhere else, youd be better off.

Tried Cali g several times. Passed on to different computer connections, answers questions then was hung up on. No connection to a human live. Thus no assistance found. Very frustrating.
Well it took them a long time to get to me and that was just a look up and say will be right with you after 10 min of standing in the empty line. This was just to set up the appointment. I still have to go back fornthe service so will see how this ends

Customer service stinks. Ask Kelci who her supervisor was she said she could not tell me or give me a number. I will think twice before buying a appliance that is Samsung or that is serviced by geek squad.
If you actually get to talk to someone its mind numbing. Will never get a penny from me

Worst service ever!! if i can give them no star i wouldwe bough LG OLED 65 TV from bestbuy and to be delivered and installed by geek squad, two guys showed up at the delivery day they mount it using our wall mount, after they left we checked thier installation to find out that they didnt use all the screws and they used 1 washer out of 4 !we went to best buy to get them back to install it the right way, delayes and no response.. we went to customers service and they said it is safe installation even without the washers!!its 3000 $ TV !!! what if it fell and broke? who will cover it! the insurance wontit has been over a year and now we moved, we want to mount the tv on its stand, to find out that the original package that we opened for the first time was missing 5 of M4xL20 screws!!! Now we have trouble finding them in storesPoor service and poor installation.. poor follow up..Geek squad Lubbock - Texas !!!!!!!!!!
They’re understaffed so the wait was long but once they got my phone they were very quick and professional.
Weve taken 2 computers in to have them fixed so far. Although we are satisfied with the repairs, both took longer than the estimated waiting time. Neither time did we receive any communication regarding the status of our repair, even though in one case we waited a week past their estimated completion date before we called to check. In both instances we were told it would be ready in 1-2 business days. This has left us with the impression that they hadnt attempted fixing our computers until we called to check on their progress. I have no problem with things taking longer, but a phone call would be appreciated.Overall, it seems as though they are overwhelmed and unable to keep up with demand. If you want your computer fixed in a timely fashion, you might try calling a couple of days before they are supposed to have it done.

DON’T TAKE ANYTHING HERE TO BE FIXED!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND FIX NOTHING!!!!!
