At 7:30 on a Wednesday evening of their Wonder wash special. I waited behind 3 cars. They were not that busy at all. For their lowest cost wash. They did an excellent job. Got dried off well. No complaints at all... Will be back again.

Way better than Mister car wash in my opinion. They still take cash huge plus for me unlike the other place that pays someone to come out and take my card to use the kiosk next to my window, tha hel!?...thank you Mighty Wash, you got a new regular customer! 😉

$11 dollars. Got the cheapest for 9 then added rain insurance for 2 they did better than racers

I’m so grateful for this mighty wash! My car was NASTY today, parked under a tree for the week during the snow winter catastrophe and it was so bad. The sprayers spent extra time hosing my car down, even bringing in an extra person, holding up the line to ensure my car was shining. Thank you team! 😭

I am astounded by their customer service! I had gone through and gotten a normal wash and wax but it left a residue. I let them know and Todd offered me the best wash and a personal scrub on my car to ensure excellent service. Will be returning!

The lady at the end of the bay was on top of it. She got started drying my suv all by her self as I was pulling forward, then someone joined. She didnt even hesitate to see if anyone else was going to join. And for I thank her.

Great car wash. Always surprised when I only have to pay half. Always up to specs and even when its cold you still get smiles.

I have always loved Mighty Wash. Today my car battery died while I was using the vacuum. Four people were quick to help me and two (Todd and Aaron) helped jump my car. I will always go to Mighty Wash! They are great and so are their employees!

Best place to get the car washed.

Two entrance lanes and the one on the right had the automatic reader for subscription customers turned off or broken. After trying to trip the gate 3 or 4 times, we finally had to carefully back out and get in the left lane. In addition, the car line in the wash stopped for unknown reasons for 5-6 minutes. This is the poorest Mighty Wash Ive tried.

The wash it self is amazing. I wont go anywhere else I take all my vehicles to MW#10. The staff are always a step ahead of the competition plus customer service is amazing. Best wash period!

I have been here many times and always happy with the wash and the customer service. Much better wash than the other place that rhymes with racer I used to go to....and cheaper.

I used to use Mister Car Wash and thought that maybe all car wash places were struggling to keep their vacuums working, or their employees engaged. But coming here I realized that this place is a WAY better wash and the employees seem engaged and focused on their jobs. The only thing I can say I don’t like about this place is the price for monthly subs: highest one is around $50 a month. Just a little too high, but if that’s what it takes to keep your employees happy and vacuums working, then I’ll pay until you give specials etc.

The customer service at this location is always perfect, especially being ran by mostly young adults!! I love this place!

This location on University Ave. has really gone downhill the past few months. Staff don’t look happy, nobody ever greets or welcomes you and you can hardly find vacuums that work. They have 3 out of 5 stations open and you get one vacuum that works for both sides. You have to wait about 10-15 minutes to vacuum and forget about cleaning the inside or outside of your vehicle because there’s a multitude of people waiting for vacuums! Don’t even bother on the weekends because you’ll be there forever!!

Not a very good experience

I have been through the wash several times and have always been pleased with the wash and the helpfulness/friendliness of the employees. Tonight was the first time I went through with my 2 year old in the car. One of the guys drying my car saw my son and quickly ran inside and grabbed him a goodie bag. It had a coloring book and crayons inside, as well as a little cape he could wear. Talk about going above and beyond! This is the kind of stuff that keeps people coming back to a business!

Super excited to try this new location $18 no entry scrub for bug wash off and same sad story. The vacuums were awesome though. I won’t be going all out on a car wash here again. Might as well go with the basic wash. My car still has all the bugs on it! My tires do not have that shine either. Bummer!!!

The device is still not reading my sticker and the worker states thry have been having problem and are unable to fix it. Very poor response and customer service

Car was not washed with the scrubbers before you enter the car wash, and I went back later same day after running errands and showed my receipt and was told I would not be given a rewash because I didnt come right back. I said well I drove off after my wash and didnt see the smudges until I got home, and they refused a rewash. Dont waste your time prices are too high anyway!! Go to racer classic car wash and save money and get better service.
