Everything works great! Its hard to find a car wash where every function works in each Bay! Ill definitely come back. The only thing that sucks is that it started raining about 15 minutes after I washed my truck!

The auto-wash did not remove all of the soap from my vehicle. I had to rewash the vehicle at another car wash. Total waste of time and money. Very disappointed and I would not recommend it to anyone. ***Update - I was contacted by management, after my review, and offered a full refund and a free car wash. The manager explained they were having equipment issues during my previous visit and I have to say the touchless drive thru carwash was much better. I would have given this a 5 star review except for the previous visit.

Got out of my car, slipped in thick mud. Changed bays and the machine was only accepting cash. Went around to the auto-wash and it took cards but the cheapest wash was $10. Fine.Didnt last very long and I still had easily removed dirt on my car. Never again.

Update: all resolved. ❤ Auto carwash malfunctioned and did not refund my money, called to inquire no one called me back.

I love going there although at times some stalls can get real muddy but its not the owners fault they should get a part time attendant I think. Another time I was getting some disposable towels and they got stuck and I lost my money however when I called the number posted the lady or maybe shes the owner anyways she was very polite and refunded my money and offered me a complintary wash love when businesses do that instead of having to ask for a resolution she just did it so ty!!! Def recommend this place also cuz the wash is always good and gives good time

I love this place just last time time i went the machine took my money and didn’t wash the truck. I have yet to hear back form the owners.But this is my first problem here since i first got my car washed and over all It is a great place to go i really like the touch free wash station.

The car wash always has working sprayers, and the vacuums have always worked, but the vending machine has a problem despencing the products in the machine..

It works, its just super expensive. It costs about a dollar a minute, so be prepared to pay at least what you would at a normal car wash if not more. Most places charge $4-5 dollars and you get 12-20 minutes on the clock. This place just lets the tab roll on your credit card.

Too expensive for a little time

Do not go here!! The machine charged me and then the car wash did not work... not just once but twice! Im out $22 and cant find a number or website to call, and the machine didnt even give me a receipt. Be careful!!

Great water pressure, clean bays and a good price.

I lost my money. The car wash was down and the door was wide open. I tried to get a refund but their machine is not user friendly. No office to go to. No attendant. No phone number posted so I can call.

I love the convenience and the location. Easy in, easy out and my car looks great!

Overpriced car wash, my garden hose has more pressure than this. Safe yourself and go somewhere else. UPDATE 8/13/2020: owner refunded my purchase and inspected his bays. Thanks for the help.

(Update) The price has been raised to $15.00 for drive through wash. The quality of the wash is not the same as it was before.This is one of two places in Lubbock that a Dually can go through the automatic wash or wash it yourself. The tri-gloss wax foam has only been spitting out blue the last couple of times and the foaming brushes are really worn down.

I like the different options it has to wash your vehicle. I think about 95% of the time its running well. Today the dryer stopped a few seconds early. But other than that I like it.

Very good car wash.$1.50 to wash your car yourself with a wand. There is old th of power in the wants and the spot free rinse is really handy.

Fifteen dollars for ten minutes or so, foam brush was leaking from hose then broke off mid wash... Then no soft water rinse. Ripped off.

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH THE AUTOMATIC WASH BAY!!! This thing left scratches all down the side of the bed of my truck the things that spin are horribly fast and don’t even do anything for you! I still had dirt and dust all over my truck and it was $15. I went here because a lot of places are closing early due to COVID-19 and it was a terrible mistake! I will never recommend this place to anyone.

This is the worst car wash I have ever used. The drive in ripped me off for15 dollars today. Then when. I used the self wash bay it ripped me off for 25 cents. O will never use this car wash again. Then I tired to call and the answering machine cut me off twice when I tired to leave my name and phone number.

They are a rip off I was charged $12.50 and the pressure never came on and that wasnt the first time its happened! I went another time and it wouldnt start after swiping my card and it was charging but never started so I hit the stop button and I was charged $3 reswiped same thing happened another $3 I tried calling owner he never returned my call. Its happened to my husband and another lady was there to complain because it happened to her in the drive thru wash!

This is one of the few self service washes in Lubbock that accepts card payment. If you like to give your auto a hand wash like I do, a place like this can be a real convenience. The only issue I have had is with the spot free rinse occasionally being out, but overall a pretty good bargain.

You still cant beat an old fashioned car wash for the price and the results.

The automatic touch less wash bay rarely works properly. I don’t think I’ve seen the overhead sprayer work correctly in a couple years. You’d think I’d have figured it out by now. My fault for thinking it’d be fixed after a few months time. I’ve called and left a detailed message every time and have never received a call back or any offer for refund/credit. On the other hand, the self service wash bays are usually top notch. In summary, stay away from the touch-less wash unless your game to follow up with a self service wash immediately afterwards. If today’s call is ever returned, I’ll update this review.

I think the pressure is too low on the nozzles to wash ur truck. The vacuum cleaner had no suctioned! I put 2 dollars n felt no suction to vacuum my truck. Not happy. The wax barely worked. Someone needs to fix n they didnt have a number to complain. Disappointed. Nice place too.

What a joke! This is the second time I have given this car wash a shot and Ill never go back. What a waste of money. I purchased the best wash available and left with blue streaks running down down every inch of my car. It also didnt even touch my wheels. I would NOT suggest giving this place your business.

Spray nozzle is horrible and pressure is bad as well. Took way longer than it should have to clean my vehicle. I will not be returning.

Some parts work sometimes but for a quick neighborhood power wash it works okay for the cost.

Its an ok place. Do not accept credit cards as the machines are always broken. But its convenient and the pressure is good. Bring cash.

Ive had no major issues here - but do be aware that the touchless wash breaks sometimes. And that no touchless wash on Earth is going to do a great job. You hand wash your own car, and use touchless washes for touch ups... As others have said - the dryer breaks sometimes... Not many options in Lubbock, and this is not a bad location.

Eek! Drove all the way to this location to use the no touch automatic car wash. $12 later the dryer didnt even come on. Left a message when no one answered and 6 days later still nothing. That is poor service.
