***Theyll break your mirrors & try to blame the age of the vehicle***The guy toweling off my truck at the end of the wash broke my driver side mirror when straightening it.They will not repair it or reimburse me because my truck is a 2001 and theyre saying it was already broken & damaged & the glue that was holding the mirror together must have come apart with all the water and stuff it definitely wasnt damaged before going there & damn sure wasnt any glue!If theres a policy, state that.Dont try to literally make up things that you think go inside a side mirror.Really wish Id have taken a picture before I replaced it.

My fav car wash to visit!I went by on Friday arpund 4:45pm. The lines were filling up quickly and since it was so busy the workers were in hustle mode. There was one guy in particular was was HUSTLING. It also looked like he might have been trying to train a newer / less-experienced employee. His work ethic was unmatched and that alone makes me want to give Mighty Wash #7 all of my business!

Certainly not worth it. For $18 I was at least expecting the wheels to be clean. Took one whole paper towel to finish the job. Wash was as fast as everyone elses. Figured itd be longer with the mighty wash. Better off with a bucket and a sponge in the driveway. Wont be back, dont want another wash or a coupon.

Ok, so rare to give a car wash 5 stars, I know. I’m just rating the drive through wash experience, not any detailing or interior cleaning. And you know what? It’s really good — the staff hop to attention and give your car a vigorous but careful pre-scrub and the driers are enthusiastic and thorough. Just a pleasant experience all around.

They were great clean and professional but they need someone by the entrance or when u push button someone needs to answer real quick. That help system needs help but other than that its a great place! I own my own mobile wash and detail place and I still think pretty highly of this place!4.4 🌟 out of 5 🌟

I am changing my rating from 1 to 4 because after my incident with the car wash the cooperate office successfully got my car fixed after leaving the establishment with damages to my car. I still cannot give 5 stars because it’s just the fact that I had to go through hoops just to receive help from the business after all when it shouldn’t even have come to that point, but thank you for doing the right thing though!

I like that they are both in Lubbock and Odessa. But always having problems with system not reading stickers or license tag or sending a text that my card is declined. Other than that i like it

Fun lights besides a nicely clean car! Super convenient on the North frontage road of the South Loop.

They couldn’t take off my antenna and bent and scratched it all up, in the end I had to get out and do it myself with a vice grip from them going the wrong way, go to Grease monkey there awesome.

Love this location! The car washing machine does fantastic, however, some of the employees in the washing/drying area seem to be going through the motions! Last time I was there, my battery wouldnt start after I vacuumed my car. DAngelo quickly assisted me and jumpstarted my battery!

Did a very good job pre washing and getting bugs off, i traveled from sw kansas through snow storm and car was very dirty, was surprised at how clean it was afterwards

Went for a wash and wheels cleaned was treated very rudely by manager on site for no apparent reason for use of vacuum while they cleaned the wheels. I dnt recommend anyone going there and I will never use this car wash again!!

Ive been coming to the South Loop location(Lubbock) for awhile. My first time on Wednesday(6.17). Found out it was half price Wednesday but also, your amazing employee Aliyah Martinez signed me up for the frequent flyer program. No other employee ever, said anything about it. Aliyah was awesome, professional and a great joy to visit with. Just wanted to say that shes a great employee!! Keep up the great work Aliyah!!!

Wonder Wash Wed. are the best days with $4.00 washes, usually $ 6.00 on other days .High traffic times are 5:00 p.m. thru 6:00 .Always a great job !

I like the pre wash and cloth dry by real people.

The machine broke my left rearview window to where it was hanging by the wires, but the business denied my claim. There are absolutely NO SIGNS informing you to turn your windows in. The attendant just pushed my left one in without warning & it made a horrible cracking noise. I should have been asked to push the mirrors in myself with the electronic button inside my car first instead of him just pushing it from the outside. The mirror broke off once inside the contraption. This will probably cost about $400 & would not have happened if it would have been handled differently. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Normally this my go to location. The location is 50th is closer to my house, but I make it a point to come to the one on 289. On this trip, I counted SIX employees on site. Only 1 prepper, one dryer. What were the rest of them doing???? Nothing!!!!! It took forever and the dry job was bad. No excuse! Poorly managed this day.

Prices are a little high, but they have good products and services. Vacuums are free. Theres a mat washing station and options to purchase things a la carte if you prefer. We subscribed to the 2nd tier unlimited washes (no hand dry) and have been 2x. It doesnt always get everything off the 1st time, but the good thing about it is...unlimited!! 😅😅

The location on the south loop is very good, always great, quick service at a great price (I have the loyalty program which gives discounts). Car is always clean, they do a good job of quick drying, and the vacuums are very good.

Every time I call they say my account has been canceled and all other lies but come first day of the month, they take money again!!! I hate this place! They are grimey and theyll take your money!!!

Pulled up and machine wouldnt take my payment. Called for an attendant, set there and set there. No attendant came to help, I was thinking about getting a monthly subscription but after this I will never go back to this for any reason what so ever. I will wash it by hand before I waste time going here. I had been there a few times before and had to finish the job when ingot home due to missed places being washed and being dried. If I have to finish the job when I get home why not do it myself to make sure its done right.

Terrible service. I have washed my vehicles here for a long time because I believe in supporting local businesses. But I recently got a car wash and the car wash brushes damaged my vehicle. I waited three weeks for a response from Mighty Wash which was only possible after I contacted them multiple times. After they responded I received their answer. They denied fixing my vehicle on a part that is bolted to my vehicle and could have only been damaged from their car wash brushes not the compressed air which they claimed was the issue. They refused to review the video footage again to double check and denied my claim. They have lost me as a customer for life.

Mighty Wash - Nice amenities but poor integrity. The facilitys and services are what make Mighty Wash a step above the rest. The management, not so much.To preface why Im upset Id like to state that I have given business to Mighty Wash since I bought my Kia Optima in February 2015. I was referred to them by Gene Messer Kia and had always enjoyed the services and their customer promise (which is where they fall short.). I have had countless washes done at all of the facilities in Lubbock, TX (82nd - 19th st. and their newest location on the south loop). I have had services from glass chip repair (twice), bought from their vending machine despensers with cleaning amenities, paid for details, ect. Im unsure of total cost but Id guess close to $400-$500 give or take.So on to the issue. - I had a piece of my car decal come off during a wash. Its a chrome accent above the window. Initially I wasnt concerned considering they have it stated that they will cover car damages up to 10 years old. Following the incident I was curious about the cost of the part and went to the dealership. Its $70 with Gene Messer Kia and they even stood by Mighty Wash stating that Mighty Wash has bought the same decal chrome piece from them for other customers regarding the same problem. So no big deal, right? Wrong.I had put in a claim with an associate immediately after exiting the wind tunnel noticing that the decal had come off. I was informed by the associate helping me that I would receive a call next day - nothing. I waited until the following day, called the main office and was informed by the receptionist that Id be contacted next day. Same thing, nothing. I then waited another 2 days and called the main office for a second time and received no follow up yet again.Since that was leading no where I decided to follow up with my claim at the car wash on 19th St. location to be informed by non-management that my claim had been denied. On the notes of the claim paper it is stated in the comments that they see where the damage had happened to my car on the camera while in the wind tunnel. Following this information I wanted more details in regards on why my claim had been denied. The associate that was helping me gave me Spencers contact; Spencer is a local site manager. I call him and left a voicemail with no follow up. Two days pass and I decided to call Spencer again and left another voice mail. I finally received a call back from Spence later that day, August 14th. It was the FIRST time I had been able to talk to a person with pull since my incident on July 31st.Spencer told me that my claim was denied because they do not cover decal. Fine, I understand policy. But maybe hed make an acception to the rule and take care of me for my loyal business. When conversating with Spencer I asked if hed reconsider the verdict considering I have given them a fair amount of business (I told him the information listed above) and referred family and friends to them as well. He said hed review the cameras again and call me the next day.So here I am more than 2 and a half weeks past the incident on July 31st. 6 days from my last talk with Spencer/manager on August 14th and what a shocker, no follow up. I am now left with my damaged car, $70 I have to pay to fix it and lost time - which is fine. Ill just find a new place to wash my car; Im sure they will appreciate my money.My closing thoughts are to be weary of using services at mighty wash because your loyalty will more than likely fall on deaf ear.

It is usually 5star when we come in but today one of the guys didnt have hardly any soap for his brush and the middle brush on the drivers side wasnt even turning so it didnt clean my car as good as it could have.

This is by far my favorite Mighty Wash in town. Great car wash and vaccums are always working. The staff is friendly and efficient. Plus you just cant beat the Wednesday special! $4 with Mighty wash pass.

So I went to get a wash on my car 3 days ago, I paid for the $3 hand dry and I never got any hand dry. They just told me to leave so I don’t pack-up the line behind me!!!! Such a rip off!! I paid for something and I never got it! Moreover, they added 2 nice scratches to my car paint!

#7 is my favorite spot. Its really out of my way but when I am close by I will have my car washed. I like the washing and the vacuums.

My car was absolutely filthy from not washing it for almost a year! Spent $13 at the Mighty wash for the Medium wash and an extra $3 for hand dry-- amazing. My car has never looked better after a car wash. Highly recommended!

Not happy with the machines at all. Didnt do well on my car

For a machine that is designed to wash cars, it does an incredibly poor job. After returning home I noticed some smudges left over on the rear of my vehicle - I wasnt so concerned by this and figured I would just give it a wipe down to clear away the remnants of the wash. But as I went about my car, I found that the machine did little more than smear the excess all over the place. Front, sides, back - the whole car still requires a wash. I wanted to try this wash since it was so close to my home, but I wouldnt recommend it to other people, Racer Classic on University is a much better alternative and has always done a good job. I wont be returning to Mighty Wash.

This is the nicest self serve car wash I have ever been to they have the best car wash Ive ever seen and the service was fantastic. The vacuum areas are very nice plus they have An Air system that you can use to blow out your vents and crevices . You cant go wrong here

Car wash needs to be followed by wipe-down. The brushes and sprays do not get everything. Probably not worth getting any add-ons. Vacuums are good and they have an air nozzle on each stall to blow out cracks and crevices which is a good touch. But avoid the add-ons

This location is my go to! My car was covered in hard water spots due to the midland water. I ran my car thru the mighty wash in midland (poor excuse for a mighty wash there) the people there didnt even care that my car was still filthy after paying $16 for a wash! As soon as I got back here I ran it thru this one and 99% of the hard water spots are gone! Yes I had to run in thru twice but the 2 working the front of the wash took their time to scrub on my car a little bit to get them off! I do think corporate needs to check into the mighty wash in midland to get everything fixed!

Awesome to go through when it gets dark because its rave like with its lights but too expensive and did not clean my car well. It only gets a 3 because my kids find it very entertaining.
