Got my car washed today and my back windshield wiper got ripped off during my wash. I called and they came and made an incident report. 2 hours later, the guy calls me and has a new replacement wiper for me. He was super professional and super quick! I did not expect to have a new wiper that quickly OR for it to be that easy. Will definitely be back!

You know I love the wash but the guy that came to the entrance where you pay. The kiosk. He hovered too much like I was going to steal kiosk . I know how to run my own card. He didnt offer nor did he say he had to do it.

Washed our suv here and boy did it needed it 😆 it hadnt been clean for a long time now. Im glad we came here at Mister Car Wash bcuz they had to wash it twice 😊 thank you guys be coming back. We had to stop 🛑 somewhere to dry it up and make it shine ♥️♥️😍

Bs!! Ask them not to add tire shine with my unlimited unlimited wash and they did the opposite every time. Everyone told the same lie at all locations. We got the machine programed jus for your car so it knows not to put tire shine on, come out the bay and vogue tire are greasy as hell. Do not go here they dont listen to the customers!!!

Great service and a fantastic wash every time

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had!! I asked for 3 gift cards with $8 each on them and they ended up giving me 3 cards worth 4/$8 washes on them costing me $96 in which they had my card (because they wouldn’t accept cash) and they charged me for all of that. When I asked why they did that, the “manager” told me it was the only way to do it in order to get 3 cards. I asked what happened to the white card the original guy showed me that could have any amount put on it and the “manager” had no clue what I was talking about. I asked him to get the original guy to come out so I could ask him and so that guy has to educate the “manager” on what that card was. They then went inside and between 3 people coming in and out to ask several times how I wanted the cards, they managed to get me 3 cards with $8 each in them. I then asked how long it would take to see a refund and they told me 3-5 business days to see $96 back in my account. That is a lot of money to just be so passive about and when they could tell how upset I was, the “manager” stuck his head out and said “ just give her a free car wash”. I have no receipt showing I’m getting the refund because they couldn’t figure that out either, so all I can do is hope that in 3-5 business days I will have my refund! I unfortunately couldn’t escalate this at the time because I was dealing with the highest ranked unprofessional person there so I would really like if I could speak with his regional or someone above him. From start to finish, this interaction took 30-45 minutes, again all for 3/$8 gift cards.

The gentleman who checked me in was great: friendly, helpful, and efficient. The car wash staff were not so great: they didn’t prewash the rear of my car or my wheels, and one of the automatic brushes must have been broken because when I got out 15 minutes later, half of my SUV’s passenger side was still completely dirty. Stuff malfunctions, I get it. But how did the guys who wiped my car dry miss that??

They were nice about us going through twice (no extra charge) because I had so many bugs up front and bird poop on top. They really scrubbed the second time, but couldnt get all of it off.One star because it chipped my paint!!! Be careful!!

Very clean car thank you

I asked if the premium wash covered tires and wheel. The attendant said yes. So I purchased the premium wash. After going through the wash bay, I looked for the guys to clean tires and wheels, couldnt find a spot or any guys. So I pulled up to vacuum out my car. Obviously I misunderstood and the premium wash doesnt include tires and wheels. My wheels were almost as dirty as before going thru. Lesson learned wont go back to this place.

I have been going to this car wash for over five years. I’ve had a monthly membership getting the best wash package they offer. Several months ago the fourth Street location stopped towel drying cars after they went through the machines. Now this location has also stopped towel drying your car. Basically they are just another gas station drive-through car wash now. Rarely can I get the bugs cleaned off my windshield or bumper any longer either. Quality has gone down terribly over the last year. when I brought it to the managements attention just now I was told they don’t expect it to ever be brought back. That corporate is blaming it on corona. Lots of other car washes in town still have two and three people driving your car when they come out of the wash. Newer wash places too! Totally disconnected and apparently don’t care. Just lost five memberships from me alone.

What a joke. I’ve given this business my $ for 2 summers straight . I couldn’t get the manager to spray my floor mats off. His excuse was Covid. I mentioned he didn’t have to touch anything. Covid is no excuse to give good service. Lost my business forever.

I really used to like your carwash until Covid. I have really thought about ending my monthly wash club and moving to another car wash that uses people to dry the vehicles. Several of your Lubbock locations have installed a large drying shammy and it is just awful. It leaves streaks all over the windshield. I go through the carwash several times a week and dont always have time to dry my vehicle off myself, so having someone at the end of the line hand drying has been very important to me.

A few blocks fter I went through the car wash my right rear tire went flat. I called n called them I left messages to no avail! I had to get a new tire all of which cost me close to $200. Everyone said the tire was irreparable due to the cut being across the tire. I went back had a talk with the mgr who took a 30 min report and said they would be calling me after their home office would read the report. That was aprox 3 wks ago. Havent heard back from them at all.

I have always been wiyh Mr. Hotshine, I enjoy the customer service and the services there. I think the only improvements I could think of is maybe a mat washer, and maybe more posters to the location.

Nobody to dry at end of wash trash cans were full and suction from vacuum was weak. Homeless ppl walking around cant do much about that...

Mister car wash damaged the rim on my car. I told a manager & we filled out an incident report. 4 days later they call me back to tell me they reviewed the cameras and there was no damage done to my rim. My rim was not damaged before I washed my car there. The kid working the front was not paying attention. They dry your car off with wet towels. The customer service sucks. Brad and Ryan obviously do not care what happens on their watch.

This is a great place for a quick wash or a full detail. We had our cars detailed here and they did a great job. I am really pleased with their customer service. I went in right after closing one night, and the crew willingly accommodated my car which was in need of a wash. Most places would have told me to come back another day, but they took the time to make sure my car got a great wash. I highly recommend Mister Car Wash!

Between raising their prices and their horrible customer service I do not recommend. Racer car wash is a lot better in my book.

Enjoyed the service until I started having issues with it. Locations outside of town wouldnt honor my unlimited premium wash subscription, and when I got back in town, got my car scratched by going there one Saturday. I finally canceled the service, and got charged this month again, and I had to call customer service to have them issue my refund.

I am new to Lubbock and am having trouble finding a car wash I like. Im from Dallas where there are several quality car washes for $4. I tried this one this morning and wont be back. I pulled in alone, and was the only car in either check-in lane. I listened to a womans speech about why I should opt to pay for a monthly plan instead of buying a single wash. Obviously, I would want to find a wash I love before committing to that. After I paid for my single wash, as the woman walked away, she told me to wait for the gate to open. It didnt. Several seconds went by, Im sitting there alone,and it didnt open. I started to look around for her to alert her I was stuck when I saw her waving and yelling out greetings to an approaching truck. He pulled into the stall next to mine,and the woman immediately opened the gate and let him through. He mustve been on the monthly plan and she saw him coming. I understand the preferred customer status and the perks, but I had paid and was left sitting there behind a gate for at least 30 seconds simply because she saw a truck she recognized coming down the street. I couldve been well inside the wash before the man ever approached. I cannot believe I was treated like this when it wasnt necessary and needless to say I wont be back, much less be buying a subscription.

Decent car wash. They used to shine your tires by hand but that is all automated now and it doesnt work well. So I opt for the cheapest wash for the value.

I like their monthly unlimited plan. Sometimes they have no employees around and you have to wait a couple minutes till someone notices you.Due to the hurry of getting cars through the wash, my car has never once been fully dried here.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went through the car wash, they rush cars through, and the soap was not all the way rinsed off. The back of my car was covered in suds.I went back around to go through the cycle again, just simply wanting the soap to be washed off. The manager proceeded to come out with a towel, wipe the soap off and not say anything to me. After approaching him (Logan) he proceeded to tell me it was fine and all gone. I checked my car and there was still soap on my trunk. He would not do anything about it.Very poor management, even worse customer service. Biggest waste of $15

Have a monthly membership and will probably cancel. Hardly ever pre spray vehicle any more and drying stinks. Not enough staff, back of car always still dirty when finished because single kid working line doesnt have time to do a good job. Never gets running boards clean. When they did have 2 people working they just seem to smear everything working too fast

Got my car lookin clean again

This is a great location and despite being so close to the very busy Walmart I can generally get my car in and out in no time. Very recently my car experienced problems and would not start after I finished vacuuming (brand new car too!!!) but thankfully Mike who I presume is a manager (or should be a manager) came out and asked me if everything was ok as he saw me struggling (decency isn’t dead) and offered to help me with my car problem and did not leave until I was back on the road.Due to his actions, I am now a customer for life!

Where do I start..?Visited this location on 3/12/2016 to get my brand new 2015 Dodge Charger R/T a premium wash. After receiving the service I stepped out of my car to vacuum and immediately noticed the scratches on my new vehicle. I had a General manager come out and fill out an incident report right after. I was told I would be contacted later by higher authority and I was contacted a week later for them to take a look at the damage. After I waited a week I was told theyre machine did not do the damage when I know it did!!! It couldnt of been anything else. So we decided to go higher and again I was supposed to be contacted by the regional manager to discuss the incident. I STILL to this day have NOT heard anything from the business or employees. I have called, emailed, now I have to comment. I feel like they are avoiding the situation hoping it will go away and that is horrible business ethic and service!!! I will not stop until it is resolved. If I could leave 0 STARS I would but Google wouldnt allow that. Do not use this service.

Wanted to charge me an extra 10 dollars cause my truck had a lil mud on it. Guess they only want already clean cars. Go to Racer Classic car wash. Much better car wash and customer service.

This may be one of the worst car washes Ive been too. Starts off with the touchscreen acting up and while its acting up, the one worker outside leaves his post and goes inside so Im just sitting there getting even more upset. I cant even leave since I had a long line behind meFinally get my truck washed and its still dirty. Just an awful experience

I paid for a platinum wash and a few minutes after my wash I realized the bugs were still all over the front end of my car, so I returned and mentioned to the cashier that I felt like the bugs hadnt been removed during my wash, his rude comment to me was Well did you look? I failed to get his name, but he had long hair. (I frequent the 4th and Frankford location and have never had an issue. Ive noticed that they take pride in their work.) Even after my 2nd time through the wash the bugs were still there. He didnt bother to spray bug spray and the guys at the beginning of the tunnel didnt bother to scrub the front end. Lazy and poor customer service, needless to say will never return to the Quaker location!

It cost me $18 to run my vehicle through this car wash I got a wax and everything pretty cheap price but very poor job the running boards on my pickup was still dirty none of my Chrome was clean or Shining I did not think that it did a very good job at all free vacuum with your wash but the vacuums of wouldnt even suck up grass off of my carpet
