Just wanted a quick rinse, so I chose the 7 dollar wash. The button didnt work, so I chose the 8 dollar wash. Which was fine, okay, whatever, just one more dollar and Id get a better wash, right? NOPE. The 8 dollar button charged me 10 dollars, just for the screwed up wash to spray my car with presoak, and do absolutely nothing else. So not only did my car NOT get washed, I had to shell out more money to rinse the stuff off of my car with the spray hose in the manual wash part. Im not particularly picky about washing my car at all because its outside and its just gonna get dirty again. But, not only did I have to pay for my car to get more dirty, I had to pay to clean up the mess this carwash help make and it was unacceptable.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, I put in my card and only used the machine for 3 minutes. The presoak didnt work, the tri coat didnt work, the foam brush didnt work for anyone there, I saw 3 people who brought their own brush to scrub their vehicles because the foam brush wasnt working for anyone. I called the number multiple times and no answer, I also got charged 10 dollars just to get 2 dollars worth of a rinse, the knob on the machine was also broken, I put it on rinse and presoak and nothing happened, when I placed it on OFF the spray started working. Trash location and trash owners.

Not a reputable place. I pushed the button for $8 wash. They charged me $10. There is not an option for $10 wash. I wont ever go there again.

Shouldve read the reviews, as I had the same experience with the manual wash bays

Was driving by and seen the facilities so I turned around and decided to just do a quick rinse with water. Now I know not to waste my time here again your quarters wont get you much time at this place. Then I looked this place up and read reveiws, seems like Im not the only one that is dissatisfied with this place.

Machine took my money, none of the functions worked. I called the number on the building for refund, or ANYTHING from these fools, no callback, nothing. Then I noticed there is a guy asleep in his tryck (I hope he was asleep) in one of the bays, so I couldnt use it, please dont go to this rip off carwash.UPDATE. Dude called me back and sent me two coupons for free car wash.

Horrible, rip off. STAY FAR AWAY. I went to use the automatic wash and I ran my card and it said car wash in use try again. So I ran my card again after the car wash was done. I drove in when it said to and then nothing happened. I went to see if there was an office and there was only a door with a phone number on it. I called several times and left a few messages and never got a return call. I am now disputing the 2 $10 charges with my bank and I am making everyone aware to stay away.

Place is trash. I put in 6 dollars to wash my car, only water came out. No soap. No foamy brush. No tire cleaner. Doesnt even have a number to call. Dont see why this place is even in business

I used my card to get a wash and as sson as i pulled into the bay the water came on and went off. Its my $7 and i want it back. Trash. Trash. Trash.

Automated car wash did not work; ripped me off for $9. It just put a bunch of soap all over my truck so I had a spend many dollars in a regular bay just to clean it off.

It is a very good self service car wash. Has also kiosk for converting dollar notes to Quarters.

Went to wash a large black van Friday, spent $10 plus, scrubbing away only to find out when I was done that the spot free didnt have any water.... So put a couple more dollars in another stall to finish only to find it was BROKE also! Grrrr!!!!!!!!!
