A great car wash that has hard working employees and always great service. I always leave with a clean car.

I pay for a monthly membership and the fast pass lane arm has not functioned in months, making it not fast. Seems like the purpose is so when the main line is tied up, the people who pay a monthly membership should be able to continue to go thru, which is not the case, because you have to wait for the worker to come and push the button, write on the windshield, give you a ticket for your dashboard, barely spray the front of your car before you can go.

I have been twice and have been pleasantly surprised at how well the wash was. I run a Ram 2500 and had no concerns.

Im conflicted with this 0-5 star rating.Heres why: So Ive been here at least 10 times, 9 out of the 10 was at least 4 stars. This last time I was in a midsize car (and I dont know if it makes a difference) but I was behind two power strokes and it hardly touched the car. Passenger side mirror barely got touched, much less the actual side. Big ooof on this one guys. Maybe next time, if there will be a next time.

Great job to clean. I would rate this a 5 star, but there is a waiting on period to pay for service. Staff were very helpful when asked.

This place has very friendly personal. I have been here before because my vehicle is cleaned each time and have not been disappointed with the wash. I have been to several other car washing business, but never found one as excellent as this one. I recommend this place to all my friends.

I was very impressed on one of their workers that paid attention to every detail when drying my truck and worked fast!

Love this place. Theyll send me through the way a second time if I still have debris on my car after the first time through. And they also provide towels to dry your car at the vacuum stalls.

The car wash itself is good, but the kids that hand dry don’t do a good job. Leaves huge areas of streaked dirt. They are in too much of a hurry. Notified management, they don’t care. Go spend your money somewhere else where you actually will have a clean vehicle.

I have been to several locations and they have been barely ok . You know when you pay for a $66 dollars for a month. And every time you go they barely dry it and then they rush to do your tires . And there was one guy when I first went to racers he did great at drying my truck and and my wheels . But thats about it .I think i may just got to a cheaper wash plan. Or just go to there competitor .

Drive thru car wash is okay. But the workers who wipe down the vehicles do not do a good job. Bring your own rags and prepare to wipe down your own vehicle.

The vacuum didnt work.

Today I went through the car wash as I do everyday, cause I am a monthly subscriber, and today they refused to do my tires on a membership that I thought I was paying for. Whenever I was confronted about it I learned that the cashier did not set me up for the package with the tire shine! I have 3 cars on a monthly pass, and instead of them resolving the problem, they told me to get off the property, and refused to refund me the remaining days I had left on my membership! Cops where called, they gave me a trespass warning and told me not to come back after I had to go back and forth about my refund! Racer use to be an excellent car wash, but here lately, the business has went to whatever service, and the people they have in management do not know how to take care of the customer. All I wanted is what I was under the impression I was paying for, since my tires had been shined on previous visits, and since my plan was not done correctly, I think the situation could of been handled better, if the location was under better management

The best thing about this whole wash is a Very HARDworking, Underappreciated employee named Vincent B! Go check him out at the University location. Only thing keeping this wash up and Only reason my family an friends come back here!

Just left the car wash and the guy didnt even hand dry the left side he was to busy to get to his bag of Cheetos. I called and told them to send this guy home I drove all the way from Idalou just to get a 1/2 decent wash. If I wasnt on lunch I would of went back and got it rewashed again. Whats the point of me having to rewash and dry it myself.

It was my first time to come here. I usually go to Quick Quack, but they sadly closed. So I had to go here. Im not impressed with this place at all. They dont do a great job of wiping down the car afterwards. Streaks, spots, and water still on all glass around the car. They also dont know how to operate the machinery. My car kept getting stuck and they just looked at me and kept pressing a button. I think next time Ill pay my sister $20 for a better car wash.

Horrible wash. I have a Dodge Journey and the back of my car where the Dodge lettering is still dirty, there was dirt in the grooves, back bumper was not clean, wheel wells were still dirty and the dry off sucked. Barely even any soap coming out of the overhead deal and felt like a glorified rain storm. Even though my job pays for my pass, Mighty Wash is by far superior.

The wait is usually about 5 to 10 minutes if they are busy, but for a touch free carwash it does a decent job at getting road crud off of your vehicle.Big plus here is that they dry your windows for free so your fresh washed look isnt ruined 5 min after you leave because the windows got streaky water marks.For the price, the basic was is a decent value.

The reader was not working and manager didnt seem to care about the problem only we will try to fix it. Not good customer service

Horrible wash. We went though 3times. They never even used bug wash or brushed it down before we entered the main wash. A bunch of kids too busy flirting to tend to their job. Very disappointed and the cost is way too much. You get a better job by 3rd graders.

Seems to always be under staffed no matter what location I go to. I always have to get out and dry my vehicle myself after the employees have sent me through. Seems to be getting worse every time.

Just wanted to take a minute to share how AMAZING this car wash is!! I have been going to this one for many years and always so happy with the service. But the other day I was beyond thankful for the staff! My husband had accidentally vacuumed a pair of very important earrings. I called the next day and all the staff searched thru the vacuums till they found my diamond earrings. I literally cried tears of joy and there is not enough thank yous I can say for what they did! THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE STAFF A MILLION TIMES!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

Dented our BMW on the rear with a pole while washing the back upon entry to the car wash. My husband and I both heard a loud bonk and then later that day noticed the dent and came in to complain. We were given the run around and had to meet up with multiple people on multiple occasions only to be told that they don’t believe it happened there. They would not show us security footage although they said they watched it. I know it happened there. We asked for our automatic billing to be cancelled and they said they would. We have since been charged 3 more months. Whoever owns this business ought to be ashamed for hurting hardworking people where it hurts. Never get your car washed here unless you don’t care about it getting damaged and being lied to.

They get your car in and out, plus Im able to vacuum my own car, thats awesome. We are able to go into the VIP spot so we can get in and out

I bought some washes through Groupon. I am really glad I did and will continue to use Racer after my coupons run out. Very nice and helpful bunch of folks here. They do an excellent job, and their property is kept nice. Vacuums work well and there is plenty of room to detail your car on premises. I just moved to Lubbock 6 months ago, I am glad I found this place. Oh, and the last visit to them, it was right after it had rained. They were very busy, yet I got in and out quickly. Another reason to keep going back.

They never change towels to dry your car off and it leaves windows and vehicle very streaky defeats the purpose of even getting a car wash. Need better dry boys

I love this car wash of theirs are best in town for me. Also if you purchase the fast pass the upgrades are really cheap I dont really like the wax Falls they have I cant tell a difference on my Camaro after thats been added.

Came from Dallas to see my mother had recently bought a new Honda Accord was a little apprehensive to take it to a auto car wash. Was really impressed with the job they did on my car. Nice people better than any car wash I have back home.

Terrible after yrs of using them, some1 hit my Escalade while I was going through the car wash. The car in front on me tha was pushed back in to mine will not assume responsibility, nor will racer car wash. Meanwhile, my vehicle is in neutral doing exactly what its supposed to to be doing getting washed. Outcome of it, Im stuck with my vehicle damaged?

Cleaned my vehicle to a high standards. Staff there were polite and very professionalI will attend that place when I need to.

Very difficult to get in due to corner location, had to wait for car in front of me to pay cash for wash in express lane, didnt dry very well, very weak vacuams. I will finish my one month since its electrically drafted and be done.

I went in and got the $11 wash with tire shine. I explained to so called MANAGER Clayton, every time I come here the guys at the end of car wash dont do a good job drying off the car. So please it do correctly. Clayton starts pointing his finger to go over where the tire shine is done. Customer service is everything Clayton has serious attitude problem. The amount of money I spend for car washing and I get this. I will be contacting operations manager at headquarters.

I hate this place. They never ever do a good job. I always have ask them to wipe the inside of my back window because they never do it unless I ask. They use way to much of the tire dressing. Every time I drive home from there I get out of my truck and that tire stuff is all over the side of my truck. Super annoying. The worst part about this place is how long it takes for them to get you inn and out. I dont think they realize if they had all the guys working on 1 car at a time instead of 1 guy to a car at a time how much faster it would go. It would be a couple mins a car vs 20 to 30 mins a car. Its a bummer that this is the only full service car wash here because I would definitely rather take my money somewhere else.

Ill make sure to never use my monthly membership towards the end of the day again! As I pulled in on university the guy was clearly frustrated shaking his head because I pulled in 5 mins before closing. Then inky half my car was wiped down. Such a disappointment! I get people want to go home, but technically the business was still open for operation and I got a half a$$ job. Probably better off taking my membership to mighty

Anytime i come ti this location someone is always conplaining about doing tire shine then try to make a scene about a reciept when i use the fast pass. But its ok cuz they sure do love the tip i give everytime.... Ill just start hitting another location since this one doesnt appreciate loyalty. Not like i asked for a discount.

This specific site is horrible with communication skills, management Lacks customer service skills and management skills. Definitely needs remedial training and better communication skills. More than welcome to go if you want to be dissatisfied with your purchase.
