In the past month I ran over a bolt with one tire and got a pin hole in another. Both times they were able to get me in the same day. Staff is super nice and helpful. Thankful for Pomp’s Tire in De Pere!

Excellent service for a flat tire repair. The lady at the counter was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were booked but managed to have the tire fixed within a half an hour. Highly recommended this location for any repairs.

Poor, for standing behind alignment, 5 months of driving new tires and need to be replaced, only cost $2000 for tires and $275 for another alignment. When asked why it came out of alignment the lady behind the desk suggested not hitting curbs, why didnt I think of that, I dont recall driving on the highway 70mph hitting curbs. She replied give me 10 minutes with the truck and she could get it out of alignment! Wow thats impressive! I guess she thinks spending over twos grand every 6 months on front tires is funny. To top it all off they said nothing was lose until I showed them my drag link was bad and then they said it was to dangerous for the road, wow thats a flip, flop! A little courtesy goes a long way!

Brought in my motor home steering was pulling to the right they did an alignment on it yeah Im an honest never drove so great as it does now a great job.

Extremely pleased with my service here. I was looking for new motorhome tires and alignment and worked with Matt. He was very knowledgeable and guided me to a set of 6 tires that would work best for me. When I got there I asked again on the differences and he took the time to show me the differences between the two brands I was choosing between. Service was great and simple. I can’t speak enough on how friendly and helpful this placed was. Extra kudos to Matt who really helped me out... it made me confident in my purchasing decision.

2 things you can count on here, rude customer service and bad tire recommendations. Used to always go here for oil changes until the gentleman up front told me that it’s such an easy job and that I should really be doing it myself. He said I needed to “learn”... For the record, I know how to do an oil change, I’m sorry for providing support for a local business...

Pricey but effective compared to others estimates of motorhome alignment.,it was done right. Tech corrected right tracking caused by faulty steering stabilizer installation.

Not at all happy with being told one price and seeing a bill for over 200.00 more than quoted. I suggest getting a work order signature before work is done.

I went in first thing in the morning. I was told it would be ready to pick up the next day. Two hours later I got a call that the tire repair was done and I could stop by to get the tire. Staff was very courteous and professional.

No matter this size of the job they are happy to do all of them. Even my lawnmower tires.

Everything went as planned. I arrived just a few minutes early and they took the car right in. An hour later, I drove out with 4 new tires! They did a good job! Would definitely recommend them.

I had an appointment for new tires. They took my vehicle in on time, did what they had to do in a timely manner. All is good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs tires or any other work done to theyre vehicle.

The clerk did not call when car was finished as requested. They did not offer free tire rotation even though they are a good year dealer because I bought the tires which they had in stock online. The clerk was a little snotty about my request and did not offer an alternative. I will go somewhere else for my tire and service needs.

Feel very taken advantage of. I came in to get a leak fixed in my tire, and they told me i need new tires all the way around. I figured that was coming. What I didn’t see coming was them charging me $750 for tires and then saying i needed to spend another $700 on new brakes and rotors AFTER everything was done. I sat there the entire time waiting for my tires and not once did they come talk to me and tell me i needed new brakes. If they had I would’ve told them no to new tires. I would have really appreciated them being upfront with me about what was going on. Now that I came to get my brakes done somewhere else since Pomp’s told me it was urgent, the new place said I really didn’t need all my brakes and rotors replaced. In addition to that, Pomp’s didn’t replace my rusty lug nuts when I paid for new tires YESTERDAY and so today they had a terrible time getting them off. Very disappointed overall.
