Outstanding service and honesty. Showed up on time and kept me in the loop when he was running late. Only charged me a service fee because my son had left a quarter and it jammed the washer so it would not drain. Robert could have charged me for a new pump and I would not have known any better, but he was honest, courteous and very knowledgeable. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. Cant say enough good things about Science Appliance! Was having issues with a stand alone Kitchen Aid ice-maker and Robert was quick to diagnose the issue and explain things very thoroughly. He was able to repair my issue and get it back functioning. Turns out, there was another issue which he researched and found out that my appliance was still under Factory Warranty for that problem and went so far as to tell me exactly how to contact the manufacturer and exactly what to tell them to have that issue covered under a warranty claim. Highly recommend his expertise and will definitely use Science Appliance again in the future for any and all of my appliance repair needs.

We had waited for 3 weeks for another appliance repair place in town to get the parts to fix our GE wall oven. I called Science Appliance to get their estimate; they got the parts in 3 business days, and fixed it on the 4th business day. Excellent service. As I write this, the other place still has not called to say they have the parts. Science Appliance is prompt, professional, and service-oriented.

These people did an amazing and fast job on our GE washer and dryer. I first came to know Science Appliance when my Washing Machine would stop after a few minutes, full of water, not spinning or draining. Desperate, I called Science Appliance, with the expectation that I will be told to buy a new Washing Machine. When Robert arrived at our house and saw the problem, less than a minute later he diagnosed the problem. A small part needed to be replaced, which he was able to obtain quickly, and my problem was solved in a timely manner and in the most professional and efficient way. Since then, Robert and Casey, the Science Appliance team, have been my go-to appliance repair company. Since that first job, they have helped me with a consultation on my refrigerator, and most recently, with the softener dispenser of the same washing machine.
