Places is super clean. Staff is amazing too. They have stations with sanitizer that you can use anytime to clean the machines you will use. I super recommend this place, go there and look for Michelle. She takes care of the place like she takes care of her home.

Love this Best Fittness so much. We just got the personal trainer for a few months and he (Pablo) is so good at what he is doing. By having a trainer, we are so motivated to come to gym more often in this cold season. Highly recommend having the trainer and coming to join this gym. ❤❤❤❤❤

I moved out of state and I stopped paying them for a month or two. I get a phone call from a collection agency stating that I now owe $580 for a month-to-month plan that the gentleman said I could cancel whenever, they absolutely will rip you off and put you into collections!!!

The fitness center needs new or refurbished equipment most of the equipment is worn out and or broken safety hooks for weights are missing, the facility needs more attention, there’s a yearly equipment fee, they should be taking care of the customers, I do not want to end up getting hurt or see anyone else go through that. Customer service is great, Cleanliness of the facility awesome. Dumbbells need a better organized rack.But other than that, thanks for providing what we need to try and stay healthy.

Keep pulling money from my bank account. Spoke with front desk to freeze up my account twice, He said all set. A month later they charging me again. Call today spoke with Michell not clear about her name because she is rude and hang up the phone on me (Manager). I was nervous to go back to a public gym because of covid. I signed up back in middle September and I’ve been very happy with my membership as the gym is clean and seems safe so far.

Absolutely the best Heath Club facility in Lowell. All the staff members are professional and courteous. The equipment is second to none of any Gym in the country and its a great value!

Best fitness is one of the best gyms around! The front desk are nice and polite always greeting you at the door! The fitness counselors are so helpful when it comes to any question you may having about your membership! The managers are there to help and are so understanding when life becomes hard and they try to make it the best experience! The personal trainers know what they are doing and explain everything in a way that you can do it yourself so in the future you can workout the right way by yourself! Everyone here is amazing, I recommend everyone to sign up!!!

They want to take out the monthly fee on the 10th of July? What if we dont want to come? Covid didnt just disseapear to thin air. When I first came in they wanted to go thru that routine where they want to showcase the gym, I told him I was all set, he kept persisting on it. I was told like how it was advertised the cost would be 19.99 after the whole run down before signing the papers he says it will be 21.99 I shouldve just left but I did sign . They take advantage. Dont come to this gym, its dirty, machines are old, Waste of your hard earned money!!.

If I could give -10 Stars I would, the employees don’t like to do anything but redirect you when you call I tried freezing my account which was successful so they didn’t charge me for two months, they weren’t supposed to charge me unless they emailed me or messaged me about it and I wasn’t supposed to be charged for six months, they charged me anyway and then they keep redirecting me to speak to other employees who are just as incompetent. I will never again get a membership with this gym and I will never recommend any of my friends or family here. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

In todays now health conscious society. Much can be said about nutritional values, as well as getting proper exercise. But the whole concept or idea, is obsolete when staff choose to be rude and disrespectful. I can try to pinpoint what it is. I chop it up to this new generation. Not all. But theres quite a few of you non-communicative / non-friendly human beings who actually work here staff members a specific 3. Im not your cellphone, I dont want you talking to me, like you talk to your friends. Ive been to quite a few gyms and enjoyed them all. And because of it, made good friends along the way. I will say hands down the manager and trainer are fantastic individuals. Who try and go above and beyond keeping their establishment running smooth. I have to give credit where it is due. Unfortunately you have a few bad apples in the bunch.

This sponsored post showed up on my Facebook feed, when I brought this up less then a week into my membership, several different employees gave me a run around answer. First it was “this is a promo from the end of last month”, guess what I signed up at the end of last month and the option was never presented to me. I speak with the manager, at which point I’m told “that’s not a real promo, that’s just to get people in here”. I could not believe this gym could be so dishonest and I refuse to be a part of an organization that runs such falsified information. Good gym, very convenient. Friendly staff. Up to date equipment. Would rate 5 stars if they would get more ab equipment and heavier weights. But good for beginners and people trying to maintain their body.

This is one of the cleanest gyms Ive been too. I actually feel comfortable going into the locker rooms knowing its sanitary. Every time I go in the front desk workers greet me my name and are always smiling. I would recommend this gym to all my friends!!

Went here earlier today and wasnt too sure at first strolling in with my son but man am glad I did! Had receive the best help Ive ever gotten at any gym by a worker there named Manikol! She was very informative and such a great personality! Wish a lot of workers now a days were more like her honestly. Highly recommend this gym and most definitely recommend speaking with her!!

Went there on a guess pass for a second time just so I could change my mind ....well, the short girl was snapping at me for not having my mask over my nose, even though I was on the treadmill. I think she is incompetent to say the least, uninformed about the physiology of breathing under a load. So, Im probably not signing up.Sorry for the 1 star.

False promises and unclear membership policy. There is specially one guy by the name Mike, at BestFitness Chelmsford. Before we join them, he clearly said that we can cancel the membership within 1 month if we dont like it. But after 20 days, when we wanted to cancel it, because we could not make to any of the classes, he changed his face and started acting arrogantly. He said that it is 14 days and not 30 days. I was forced provide the card details and sign the contract, even well before I read the contract. They will not explain the terms and conditions and whats in the contract before you sign it. They are ready to charge you and not going to pay back. We also asked to move us to a lower plan, but they were reluctant in doing that. We had to forcefully continue there and pay them eventhough we dont use services. What a non-democratic policy it is?Its just not me. There are many friends who had same bad experience. Best fitness is good as a GYM, but staff like Mike (Michael) are not good and not transparent. They should be trained to be more polite and transparent.

Incredibly crowded, even at random times. Youd think that a gym packed with 1000 people 24/7 would be able to afford one working drinking fountain, but apparently not. Theres is constantly out of service. Im tempted to stop at Target next door and pick them up a bottle of Draino. This place is great if you like being stared at by people with neck/face tattoos.

This review is specifically for Lowell Location. They take Trapping Customer into a Contract for Commission NEXT Level.The people there are super pushy and withhold information. I signed up when they first open $10/month. They forgot to mention the yearly fee. I didnt mind paying it but it was rude of them to just say Well every gym has this. Why do you assume everyone know this? Why would you not tell us this!?! And there Are gym that does not have it!The second time was with my grandmother. We didnt know if she would enjoy the gym or prefer us to buy her treadmill at home. We told them this. We went in and we ended up somehow in the office signing up to try out the gym for 1 year. They didnt once mentioned the 7 days pass. AND when I look on the receipt, there was $5 or $10 Donate fee to the special olympic that was NEVER MENTIONED.Third time, today, a friend want to try the gym out since the location was closer than drumhill. I called and asked for her to try the gym out. The guy didnt not want to give me a straight answer unless we come in person. I had to say 7 days pass before he acknowledged the existence of it. Then he was like well whats stopping you from just signing up? B****. If the pass exist why not let people utilized it. Why are you so against 7 days pass. Why is signing up for a year the ONLY way for us to try it out. Because you get a cut from it. Of course.

Out of all of the gyms in this price range (Planet Fitness, Word Out World etc), this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The smell hits you so hard as soon as you walk in, its like a public bathroom in a 3rd world country. The bathrooms are rarely serviced, and the manager is pretty much never around. Its so crowded that basic weight training takes hours because of all the waiting around for the weights, even at times when its not peak traffic. The other nearby location in Chelmsford is just as bad if not worse. Complete waste of time.

At times theres a lot of people, but for the majority its good and the staff and trainers are helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good gym with out a lot of meat heads throwing weights around.

Well, I went with a friend there as a guest. Trainers seemed polite and friendly, its the tattooed meatheads dropping weights loudly that annoyed me . No consideration for others . Will try someplace else .

Honestly wish I could give them no stars or negative stars. This rating isnt specific to this or any location but to the customer service Ive been receiving trying to cancel my membership. Ive moved across the country to Washington state and Ive been here since September 2015 and Ive been trying to cancel my membership since then. Ive sent physical proof of my move and they claim they havent received it. Ive even sent emails after a representative told me that I didnt have to send physical mail to a location. Still no help in the emails. They continue to charge me while I am living across the country and I am not able to physically go into one of their locations on the east coast. They purposefully make it hard to cancel from them.
