Wonderful gym! Trainers are top notch, invested in other aspects of health, aside from physical fitness. The gym is always very clean, great equipment and a variety of classes for all levels of fitness. I would recommend anyone to go here!

Absolutely hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. Everything I’ve ever wanted, all in one gym. I’ve moved from Mass now, but would move back JUST for this gym. If they ever consider opening another gym, I hope they consider Raleigh NC!!! Miss this gym SO much. Loved the staff, loved the setup, loved the classes. All at a low price if you think about what you’re really getting. Wish they’d open one in Raleigh, I think about it every time I go to my gym here 😂 thank you SLS!

The environment is bright, open and inviting. I was welcomed from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out; everyone was incredibly friendly and gracious. I took a rowing class with Jordan, he was fantastic. I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable about fitness, but also about rowing. He was super helpful with technique (rowing is not my forte, but I do enjoy it). Also, given we are in covid, I must mention the gym was clean, Jordan was conciliatory to maintain social distancing when we had our masks off and everyone sanitizes their equipment thoroughly. Thanks so much for the workout SLS! I will definitely be back!!My only business suggestion is to put some signage on the building because you have a phenomenal space I think is being overlooked by some. I found your gym on the web, but if I was just driving by I would never ever notice it. I hope to see a huge sign when I return!! :)

I have been a long time fan of this gym but faced with Covid challenges they’ve taken it to another level and upped their game. The equipment is even better, staff is still great, the classes are well coached and their safety protocols are outstanding.

Im going to miss this gym and these people SO MUCH when I leave town for good next week. Ill do my best to find something exactly like it in my new city, but geez thats a high standard to match. SLS Fitness has been my favorite gym Ive ever been a part of. :) Nothing beats the passion and quality of the instructors and the convenience, flexibility, and fun of the classes!

I have belonged to one gym or another since I was a teenager but this is BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had at a gym. All of the instructors are outstanding. Owner Sherri Sarrouf has assembled an all-star team of fitness pros who teach excellent, challenging, fun and SAFE classes for all abilities and interests. Multiple classes run just about every 30 minutes and the daily schedule is jam packed with a variety of classes. If you miss one class, chances are there’s another comparable one taking place soon OR you can work out on your own in one of the two weight rooms. In every class you will meet people of all ages and fitness levels from beginner to advanced. The staff (and members I met so far) are nurturing and helpful as if you are all part of a big team. Members receive a daily email with class schedules and articles containing the latest nutrition and fitness news.Check their website to see the incredible variety of classes they offer. This is the perfect gym. You will not be disappointed.

This gym offers a sprawling yet effective and controlled variety of classes at various skill levels for various fitness goals. There is a class here for you whether you like Combat Sports, Cardio, Power lifting, or Performance Athlete training. Classes are typically only 30 minutes so its extremely easy to fit them into your schedule as they are spread across the entire day and focused. There is no locker room, but there is a shower and towels available to members.

This is a great gym for all ages, I am 61 years young and everyone welcomes me. The boxing classes are my favorite thanks to Larry and Shawn, but Becky my PT IS GREAT. She is helping me to vary my workouts and get strong.

Excellent facility. You will not find a better value in this area. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. You get a serious workout and you will be surrounded with good people who are serious about getting the most out of their workout. No judging or people sitting around using their cell phones. I have only been a member for 2 months and I love it. If you want to get the best in fitness and nutrition help, and you want results fast, this is the place to be.

Ive been coming to SLS Fitness for almost a year, and its an fantastic one-of-a-kind gym with a great fun owner, excellent knowledgeable, helpful trainers and a community atmosphere. This is a class-oriented gym focusing on 30-minute workouts, and trust me youll get more bang for your time out of these 30 minutes than an hour on a treadmill! Sherri (owner) mixes up the circuit and metabolic effect workouts, so youre always doing something new. That alone is worth the membership, since they have the workouts already figured out, all you have to do is show up. No workout planing needed, the less thinking for me the better. The MMA classes are a nice change of pace as well. SLS also offers a Farmers Market on Tuesdays, shakes and supplements on site every day. Members also get the benefit of free or discounted lectures from time to time. Day care on site for cheap is especially helpful for me with 3 kids. There is also volunteer initiatives for those who want to get involved. Like I said, its a great one-of-a-kind place!

I have been a SLS member for almost 2 years. All the staff and coaches are always helpful and friendly. There was a period of time that I was sick and they were very accommodating to me with regard to my membership. Coach Becky and Nick C have been my PT coaches. They know their stuff. SLS is a gym with a can do vibe. BOXING TRX KETTLEBELLS OH MY😊

Nothing but great things to say about SLS Fitness. The culture of this place is what keeps me coming back. I work in sales where my hours are very long and unpredictable and its often hard for me to go there consistently. Every time my wife goes in without me, she always comes home telling me that the staff was asking about me. Its this kind of personalized attention that you dont get at the big gym franchises. Its not overly crowed and I really enjoy groupy atmosphere. You can tell everyone is there for the same reason and you have unlimited support if you need it.

Warning: Somewhat extensive review.SLS Fitness was the first gym that Ive signed up for that had classes all day long and was practically the primary feature of the gym.The gym was very clean and the bathrooms were never in disarray with each visit. When you first sign up you will undergo a fitness assessment that checks for range of motion, balance, height and weight, body fat, etc. My assessor was Nick and he provided very useful tips for certain areas my range of motion was weak in.The instructors are fairly attentive and keep an eye on you to make sure that you attempt all exercises safely. Classes I have tried out were: Yoga, Boxing, Metabolic, Spin, Advanced MMA (Jiu-Jitsu), and Recovery.Shawn De-Paul and Larry Koontz do an excellent job teaching boxing fundamentals. The cardio boxing classes will always leave you a little exhausted but rewarded for the hard work put in (as long as you work hard). For Metabolic and Recovery I have taken the class with Alessio Angiolilli and the metabolic classes can be challenging and for recovery he has fun conversations with the members as everyone is winding down from working hard for the week. For Jiu-Jitsu be careful and wear mma shorts.Ive tried a few personal training sessions. When setting up for one it seems that you are handed a personal trainer at random. Whether you can request for a different one I have not attempted. The price brackets are a bit rigid and do not offer much flexibility for a member to break down and control the sessions to their liking. If youre a pretty motivated person and know how to organize your own training, then personal training may not be for you.Regarding the health bar (I call it the health bar), during the weekday it provides a wide variety of shakes and other meals in the refrigerator. Im not really sold on the shakes. They are a bit sweet for me and can be a little pricey. But, whoever that chef is that comes on the weekend and makes food is a godsend. She makes great healthy food and if you should see her (cant miss her uniform) I would highly recommend that you try her food. I often find myself being indecisive because there are a lot of good options there.Safety at the gym is good.Sheeri runs the establishment well and I hope that SLS Fitness continues to grow and expand because there is a lot to offer at this gym.

Sls is an absolute gem. A class focused gym with 30-minute classes that are varied and whoop your butt. Ive been a member for over a year, and I love showing up and not stressing about what Ill do when I get there, cause its new every time. You can go hard in Metabolic Effect or Weight Room, get killer cardio with Spin or Interval Boxing, stretch in Recovery or Arial Yogo, and get physical in Boxing or Jiu Jitsu. Plus the other classes that I dont want to try and remember. If youre looking for classes, this is the best place in the area by far.
