I had my A/C compressor replaced here last year because my AC was not functioning, the system continued not to function after spending $1500 here I had to spend an additional $2,000 at the dealership to fix the real issue. The repair was done using sub par parts and a proper post inspection to make sure the unit worked was not done. 13 months after the installation (1month after the warranty expired on the part) the compressor has failed leaving me out $4500 on a repair that should have been $2,000 to being with. Highly recommend you spend the extra $100-200 to use a dealership that uses genuine parts and guarantees their work.

Charged a fortune for diagnostics, then diagnosed problems that didnt exist. Wanted to run even more pricey diagnostics after the initial screening.I ended up going to Courtesy Automotive in Oakley, and they took care for my check engine light for a quarter of the cost Think twice about spending your money at Premier.

Stumbled across this shop a couple of years ago. I was in search of someone capable of doing maintenance on my old truck . Very professional and thorough with all the work theyve done. Done in a timely manner and wont break the bank.

My 2003 Eclipse runs like new. It was a little more money than I wanted to spend but well worth it. I may keep it another 10 years!

Premier Auto Service certainly offered a great experience for me. After ordering new license plates and being unable to remove the screws from the old plates, Toyota offered to do the job for $120. At this point, I thought I might be able to get my old plates back. I went to the Loveland License Bureau - they could not reverse the process, but suggested that I try Premier. Tim was very courteous, took all the info and gave me an estimate of the cost. Within ten minutes, my license plates (they were both on the rear of my car!) were removed and the new plate installed at a very FAIR PRICE!!!! I will recommend them to all my friends, and its nice to know that there is a full-service shop nearby! THANK YOU!

Premier is top of the line. When they use premier in their name, they mean it. Excellent service and communication. I highly highly recommend using them for any auto service you may need. Pricing is more than reasonable and they stand behind what they do. Wouldn’t even consider another auto shop for any auto needs. As usual, very courteous, and, unusual for car repairs, came in less than expected. Also very much appreciated them allowing me to leave without paying so I could get the account information at home.

Ill start this off by saying with this vehicle I bought my first warranty Ive always thought they were a waste but I did it anyway. After my water pump went out I called 8 to 10 auto shops including four places my warranty company said they did work with. No shop would touch it with an aftermarket warranty. I called premier and spoke to Tim. He guided me through it and put in the work with my warranty company. They fixed my problem and then some. Overall been awesome working with them!

I met Tim (owner) pretty soon after premier was open...Being the owner of a collision shop we need to send vehicles out for various types of mechanical repair to complete our repairs (wheel alignments/wheel swap outs/tires/ect)...well its a lot easier on us when they will come and pick up the cars make whatever repair we ask for and return the car in a very timely turnaround...and the best part is its always done right the first time!!! A lot of times the owner of the vehicles will need a recommendation for mechanical repairs on other cars they own and we always refer back to premier...

Glen and Tim, the owner of Premier Automotive Center are fantastic people to work with. I called Glen today to see if I could come earlier for my oil change and he worked me in. The wait time from start to finish was less than 45 minutes out the door . I researched my problem and called a couple places to see what could be done. Premier said I could bring it right over and there would be no charge to diagnose. After they looked at it, they said it was as I suspected and showed me the evidence. The problem was that the fuel filler neck had detached from my gas tank and needed to be replaced. It was Friday and the part was not available locally so they ordered it. They even pumped some gasolene directly into the tank so I could at least make one or two trips over the weekend until the part arrived on Monday. From what I saw online, the estimated price was extremely reasonable. Parts arrived on Monday. Dropped the car off Monday morning at 8 and the work was done by noon. The repair has been fine.

Very nice people, but ultimately could not find the problem with my car (after spending over $300 here). I took it to a dealer and they fixed it within an hour. Very disappointing.

We brought Tim and Glen a car that was in a state of chaos to say the least and they were able to quickly get us back on the road. The car runs like a dream and their customer service was outstanding! Ive spent 17 years in the business of Customer and Client Service, and theyve got it right! I already have plans to have them look at our second vehicle and will be a lifelong customer I am sure!

My husband recently took his truck in for a diagnosis. The truck was not running at full power and two solenoids were replaced without consent. Cost was over $300. He drove his truck the next day and had the same problem. He took it back to Premier Auto and they diagnosed it again and this time wanted over $1,100.He then took it to a professional auto shop and problem was easily resolved with a MUCH lower and affordable price! Do not take your vehicle to this place! We were totally ripped off!

This place was recommend by a friend, sadly they ended up being really disappointing. I got quoted $2200 for a/c and power steering work. I was told MOST of this cost was the a/c so I asked them not to do that work and just do the power steering. $1391.36 was the bill I received. $111 I got taken off because they charged me to a crank engin check after I was told it didn’t show any problems so they couldn’t even check that. Super disappointed in this place.

I found them friendly, helpful, and skilled. Oil changes, fluid changes, tire rotations, headlight repair, and they repaired my fender and wheel well perfectly. Their lounge is comfortable, stocked with luxuries (water, popcorn, cookies, TV), and their service has always seemed quick. Everything I had hoped for.

I was looking at used cars in the Loveland area, which is an hour drive from my home, and I needed a mechanic to do a used car evaluation. They were able to get me in that day, and I paid over the phone so that the dealership could take the car to the appointment. I never actually met with the Premier Auto staff, but I corresponded both via phone and email. Within an hour of the appointment I had an email with the quote I asked for, an email with the results of the evaluation, and a voicemail walking me through what they found. The technician also passed all the information along to the dealership manager. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. If I am in the area again and need similar services, I will definitely be paying them a visit.

My exhaust was getting loud, I was preparing for them to tell me I needed a new system. They could have easily swindled me as I’ve been done before.I just needed a gasket, suprising given the noise. They are my new favorite place. Trust goes a long way.Also, in and out the same day. The dealership was booking me two days from now and they would have charged a lot more.I highly recommend!

Came here for a break job, got ripped off, additional charges were added on, parts were replaced at a high up charge without any consent. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away and take your business elsewhere.

I went through Repairpal (dot) com to find a shop to fix my fuel pump. I chose a participating shop close to my home (Premier Auto Service Loveland) that offers a 12month/ 12,000 mile warranty. I had the repair done on March 17th, drove the car home and needed to have the car returned to the shop two days later as the repair made did not adequately address the problem. I received a call from Glen on the 20th stating it was going to cost an additional $120 for them to fix the fuel pump. As this was supposed to be covered under warranty, I was very upset by the news... whats the point of having a warranty if it isnt going to be honored?Tim, the owner, worked with Andrew from RepairPal to deliver on the warrantied repairs at no additional charge and apologized for any miscommunication regarding the pricing and repair work.While I am not happy that I had to go through the extra hassle, I am very pleased that Tim stepped up and remedied the situation - even going the extra mile to show me the parts used and how they work together to give me a better understanding of the repairs made.

Tried charging me three times the amount of cost for a lower control arm. a quote of over $800 for sway links and arm?? my family and I are never going here again.
