The prices and customer service are great. They definitely work with a clear urgency and speed. There seemed to be a mutual appreciation that I did my research on what I wanted, ordered and paid ahead online and could come back later to pick my car up before they closed.

This store was very quick to call back with pricing and availability on different options for tires. Once I made my choice tires arrived when they said they would. Techs were very careful with my new wheels and installed without issue. Friendly and professional

Stop looking for places and just take your car here. Cheapest prices and insanely wonderful staff. Kyle was an absolute dream and helped me more than any other place could. They didn’t have the tire I needed but he sent me straight to a discount tire that did and even searched along my commute route so I didn’t have to go out of my way! Could not recommend them more!

Discount tire has been an awesome company to work with. I got a new set of tires from them 2/2017 & they have been great tires. They also have free rotation & balancing in between! Always friendly and they take care of me very well!Very happy with the price I paid and service after!

Jeremiah and everyone there was amazing! I saw that I had a nail in my tire this morning and it was losing air. Even though they were already fully booked for the day, they were able to work me in for a patch job. They even did it in less time than quoted, and it was free!!! Another gentleman came in at the same time with the same issue, and they were able to help him as well. Would highly recommend!!

Wish I could give negative stars. Worst customer service yet. Pulled up in the front of the building made eye contact with over 20 employees and not one of them even acknowledged the fact that I was there not a hello or be right with you or anything. I sat there a good 25 minutes I will never try to spend my hard earned money there again hopefully you don’t either WORST SERVICE THIS FAR! A hello we’ll be with you shortly goes a long way for good paying customers I’ll take my cash elsewhere tires for winter are a necessity.

Have been here 3 times this month for two vehicles and some trailer tires, and all 3 times were amazing experiences! They get your tires done super fast, even though they quoted us the wait to be around 2 to 3 hours, they were done within only about an hour! They got some good people!!

Stopped in to have the air pressure topped off on a dually that I couldnt reach the stems on. They were able to help me out. They have a special tip for these wheels. Staff was knowledgeable and eager to help.thank you

Tyler was absolutely fantastic!!! He literally called multiple shops (even one out of state thats in the direction were going in (were traveling cross country)) when we had a blow out to fund us to right place with the correct tire size! He was awesome. The world needs more Tylers!

First off, Ive bought at least five sets of tires from Discount at various locations, always had a good experience. But, I felt it important to mention this location (two sets bought and serviced) and its employees. Donovan in particular has been great to our family, remembers us everytime we come in, and makes the visit enjoyable, whether for tire pressure check or warranty exchange. Last day of our vacation in the area we had a flat tire due to a repair from another place failing. The staff was able to get a new tire ordered and the car back in working order quickly. I can always count on discount tire.

I have a 6” lift on my F250 with 27’s. The store did not have my tires in stock. They found the tires in another state and ordered them. I was told the tires would arrive in a few days. They never arrived. The other store sent them somewhere else. Now the tires are on National back order and won’t arrive for approximately 6-weeks. I talked to the manager, Kyle on the phone and expressed how frustrated I was because I had a trip I needed to go on and needed the tires I ordered installed. Kyle is the new manager at the Loveland location. He wasted no time tracking down another tire that would fit on my wheels. My other 3 tires would survive the trip, but the left rear would not. The next day they installed the tire that Kyle went and picked up in Denver for me at no charge. When I walked out to the truck, I noticed it was a mud tire and not an all-terrain tire like the rest of my tires. It was also 1/2” taller than the other rear tire. So I immediately went back in and talked to Kyle. He went out and looked at the tires and understood my safety concerns as well as the problems this could cause other components on my truck. Kyle went right back to work and tracked down a matching tire for the one they just installed. He once again drove to pick up the tire, this time in Johnstown. They are now putting the tire on at no charge. I hope the rig will last this way until the tires I ordered arrive in approximately 6 weeks. Kyle was awesome. He is definitely the right man for the position he holds. The entire staff was also extremely friendly and wanted to help. Definite recommend this location especially if Kyle is the manager. As long as he is here, Discount Tire in Loveland will have my business. Thank you Kyle for the amazing work and making me feel like I was a priority even though I know you have hundreds of other customers and other responsibilities in your day. Don’t go anywhere else for tires. Just my opinion, but this opinion is coming from a guy who replaces tires every 6 weeks on my trucks. Thanks again, Kyle.

New tires new rims. Employees were so friendly and knowledgable as I was able to put on bigger rims and bigger tires. Rims look great and tires are smooth riding.. I would recommend them highly! Great job!!

What started out as a bad day, turned into an awesome experience! I came in on my emergency spare after changing a flat. They didn’t have my specific tire in stock but set me up with an equivalent loaner tire until they could get it ordered in. They were really busy and I had to be at work for an important meeting after missing the entire morning. Jeramiah was so awesome, friendly and his customer service was great! He made sure I got out of there in time for my meeting with enough time to even grab some coffee!! They all worked great as a team to accommodate me and made sure to honor my warranty.

Always had a bad notion with tire and auto shops. I saved up a few hundred to get new tires since I had an air leak going into college, and when I dropped it off, even with permission to profit by changing a tire, they were honest and plugged the leak for free! Really changed my view on discount tire and probably one of the only places I’d go out of my way to come back to when I need something done.

Nice guys but they are all clueless. Wrong tires on my truck and wrong pressure TWICE after I specifically told them and showed them the sticker/manual for the rig. Then they proceeded to make me feel stupid when I questioned them on it. 2 hours there last week for the wrong tires then after waiting for an appointment, I sat another 2 hours just for them to mess it up again. Had to get in another discussion and show them both the sticker and the operating manual for the truck…again. Customer service is off the charts by the manager and they all try, but it’s a bunch of kids with no supervision and no clue what’s going on due to one overstressed manager dealing with constant fubar situations.

We were traveling around Colorado with our travel trailer all the way from Delaware. I was having difficulty with the trailer wheels losing air, so I decided to replace them all for safety. I called and spoke with Ryan and he understood my situation and was extremely helpful in ordering some new wheels and tires. He made the process super easy, and let me know when everything came in and had them ready for me as soon as we got into the area. It couldt have been a better experience.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I scheduled an appointment, ahead of time, to get in when I wanted. When I arrived, they said theyd be done within the hour. It took about 20 mins total. They found a screw in my tire, so they both patched and plugged my tire. They also balance my tire and refilled it to my preferred tire pressure (above normally recommended psi) to match my other front tire. Everyone was helpful, polite and service was fast and accurate. Overall I am very happy with my visit today.

They were able to get me in without an appointment and it only took an hour to get new tires all around. Ive always had good customer service from Discount in general.

The representative that helped me schedule my appointment was great. I was then sadly a little bit late for my appointment but they still had new tires on my vehicle and back on the road in under an hour. I can definitely say I will be happy to use them in the future for any needs.

Had a razor blade in my tire on the way to work. Brought it in and got taken care of in about 25 minutes. All areas of the staff were awesome and courteous. Discount is always my go to for tires.

I DREADED getting my tires replaced, fearing itd take forever, Id be thrown a lot of sales pitches/suggested warranties (which in all fairness, is part of their job!), and/or being treated as if I was just another number. This Discount Tire was phenomenal! They replaced all 4 tires in 30 minutes, no sales pitches, and I was treated well from the moment I pulled up until the moment they opened the door and walked me out! You need to come here for your tire needs!

Today, the Loveland discount tire lost a good customer and all his kids and wife. They were bumping into each other trying to watch what they said about a simple tire situation. It was a donkey show. They absolutely blew the Discount tire dealer in Greeley out of the water. They said whoever put those tires on my rims didnt have a clue on what he was doin. I plan on letting the Greeley store know about it. They suggested not to let it go. I could have had a bad wreck with the tires they sold me. Unreal.

Best place to get tires. They always have directed me towards good tires and good value. No upsells, if they have a flaw its that sometimes theyll suggest a cheaper tire than Im interested in buying.

Snow blower tires needed to be reset on rims, service did it quickly.

While traveling from out of town to GoodGuys car show at The Ranch, I discovered issues with my wide whitewall radial tires. Not a tire that you can just go in and buy anywhere. So I sourced them from a fellow car guy attending the show. I called Discount to see if they could mount tires that I brought in. I expected no, but got a yes. Aaron and others helped me out with a unique situation and made it work, even though I did not buy tires from them. Pretty cool in my book

I just had a really long, exhausting day traveling home from a trip I had just taken for a family emergency. Was gone two weeks with my car sitting in a driveway, picked it up to take off to Cheyenne to get home to my puppers and didn’t get far before I realized I had a flat. Since I had a long drive ahead and wanted to save further headache or road dangers, I looked up to see what time they closed which was in thirty minutes, I wasn’t too far away. So I gave them a call and the manager (I’m assuming) answered and when I asked if there was any way they had time for a potential tire patch he said absolutely, come on in. That alone - was a huge relief, as I’ve been in other emergency tire situations and have been bounced shop to shop practically begging for help.I get there, the young gent at the counter (I’m sorry I’m horrible with names) was super nice, went out to look at my car - was never once disgruntled about me coming in so close to closing time. I felt so bad, I’m so tired I could barely get my thoughts out, but he never blinked an eye or was condescending or rude, just patient and kind listening to me mumble about realizing my tire was flat. Said he’d get me in and out as soon as possible. While I’m waiting I noticed the staff seemed like they all got along fairly well and that there was a good atmosphere about them all. I watched several transactions, one of which was above and beyond in the way they took care of a gentleman that has always clearly appreciated their help and service. Another was a woman who walked in and was upset that her car wasn’t done, and this situation was diffused and taken care of immediately and she was given honest and forthright answers - as someone who’s been in retail, customer service, etc., for 10+ years, I was impressed. It was a refreshing work atmosphere. The manager (assuming as he presented himself), was attentive to these interactions, professional, and went the extra mile. When my car was done another young gent brought me out to tell me what was wrong, that it didn’t need a patch but repaired some tire corrosion and filled all my tires back up. He was so kind and expressed a genuine concern for a safe drive home after I had apologized for keeping them past closing.I came in for something very simple, and am giving you such a long story because at the end of the day - it’s those moments in customer service where you have the chance to turn someone’s day around or make it ten times worse, that matter the most. You never know the story of the next customer walking through your door, and they may never even express how much of an impact you had. Today though, I wanted to express that you gentlemen had a huge impact over a small concern. After being emotionally drained and traveling, the last thing you need is car issues or something else to go wrong. Yet they made it a non-issue and I was able to get home safely, and I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to have a whole staff seem so genuine. Thank you guys, so much. You’re truly appreciated - keep doing what you’re doing to foster that kind of attitude in the work place, it’s awesome. Killin’ it my dudes.

Apparently I do when Im stressing out LOL) because of my son and was just curious if they could check my tires and add some air really quick.No questions asked he told me they could and to just pull my car on up and hed take care of it. Discount tire has always done me right. Ive been using them for 25+ years and have spent thousands of dollars there on tires. I was impressed at first walkup how they were dealing with social distancing. How they had an outside check-in area. What I wasnt impressed with is how unaware their employees are of the position of their masks on their face. And how, some employees decided to enter vehicles to get mileages without a mask or without making sure their mask is in the proper position first. I get that wearing or not wearing a mask is a constitutional right, but if you dont want to follow the guidelines of the company you work for then dont go to work and knowingly break those guidelines. Because of this I only give them 4 stars. We are in a different era now and good service isnt the only thing we need to rate. Responsibility to a clients safety is really high on the list these days.

I was having multiple issues with the tires vibrating at speed and it was traced back to an out of round condition with the Falken Wildpeaks. Even though I didn’t buy the tires from Discount, Ryan worked with Falken to get me a warranty claim and full credit to replace the tires! Who does that anymore?!Ryan slapped on some new tires, without any cost for the tires even though I didn’t buy the Wildpeaks from him. Again, exceptional service.I would give 6 stars if I could. .

Just want to say thank you to all the help they provided today. After getting my tires changed there was an issue with the tire, they went back and fixed it and helped to clear my tire pressure light after I had already left the store. If you need new tires I highly recommend Discount Tire.

You lost 4 metal chrome stem valve covers. Then replaced 3 with black plastic ones and let my elderly mother drive away with just 3 valve covers.I had to drive 30 minutes there and another 30 minutes back home to pick up 4 metal chrome stem valve covers.It is illegal to allow someone to drive away without 4 valve covers. SHAME on you Discount Tires for doing such a terrible job for a little old lady.

Scheduled a winter to summer tire swap and the service was completed promptly. When I returned home, my tire was almost flat, so I called and they said to bring it on back. Once I returned, they made extra effort to address my vehicle immediately. They located the issue, replaced the tire free of charge, rebuilt the tire stem and explained thoroughly what had happened. Everyone is liable to make an error from time to time and it’s how you deal with it that matters. The manager even called me up to ensure I was taken care of and to reassure me I should have no more issue. I am a lifelong customer of Discount Tire and have no thoughts about buying tires elsewhere.

They got me in 5 minutes before my appointment and was done in about 15-20 minutes.

Extremely help full they were able to get wheels for me that other companies couldnt get and the ones that could get the wheels were asking around $5,000 for them but with discount I got the wheels I wanted for just under $3,000 and tires. They will go out of there way to help everyone they can.

I was on my way to work an HR away. My tire utterly BLEW out on me. AAA took me here. They were open when AAA set everything up, but between waiting for the tow plus the 35 min drive back to town, theyd closed. But a service representative came right out and asked me what was going on when he saw me distressed outside the store. They came right out and asked .e what was going on. And the tow truck hadnt even dropped my car yet. They happily stayed late to get my tires on my car, even tho at this point theyd closed almost an HR earlier. And they were SOOO FRIENDLY about the whole thing. Will be using this company for life. They saved me in a pinch when they didnt need to.

Absolutely awesome

I had a low tire pressure issue, they kindly fixed both tires and even did not charge me. However, I found the car shaking for speeds near 60 mph. Found out later that tires were not balanced properly and had to drove to South Dakota with this problem until fix it over there.
