Excellent sales customer service from Art and finance paperwork from Brandon. Really impressed with the level of service. When I returned to pick up ordered items for the vehicle the service in Parts was pleasant and helpful. (Wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped me in Parts, she was good!)

As usual Kings Mazda Service did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle. The service advisor (I think it was Anthony Moore) was great! I was kept informed throughout the repair and the work was done timely. I’ll surely return for all of my Mazda repairs.

The Mazda representative, Tony Moore, provided prompt, professional assistance. He addressed concerns regarding existing and prior Recall Notices. All services (routine maintenance and recalls) were completed timely. Tony was very friendly and courteous.

I took my Mazda CX-30, that I bought from Kings Mazda, in for a minor recall. Anthony Moore was the service rep. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. The work took only a short time and I was back on the road. My experience with Kings Mazda from the minute I walked into the showroom a little over a year ago, through the purchase of my CX-30, to now has been excellent! No pressure, informative, friendly, great value! I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Great service from Mark in sales and Brandon filling out my sons paperwork.Both were very courteous, informative and gave us a warm welcome while there.No preasure sales during the whole process, which surprised me a lot since the previous dealerships we visited we very pushy.We recommend and will come back again.

Called Mazda at 2:00pm and talked with Jeremy and Morgan, who were both polite and very helpful. I need to replace my key fab, which made its way into the pool on Sunday and would not work. They said to come out now so they could get service to replace it. when I pulled in the service Advisor (Kevin Fitch) met me with minutes. We discussed problem and asked me to wait in the lobby. Work was completed in about 1.5 hours. Good, polite, immediate service. Thanks.

On 07/01/21 when I took my car in for an oil change, Joseph Stover was the service advisor that waited on me. The service center was very busy. While it took some time (1.5 hours) for the oil change, Joseph was diligent in providing status updates. I appreciated the great customer service he provided.

My Service Representative, Tommi Hamilton, is a superior KingsMazda representative. She is professional, friendly, and efficient. I was scheduled for oil change/tire rotation for 3:00 and was out by 3:30. The maintenance staff was great to work so quickly.

Joseph Stover, the service advisor at Kings Mazda was very friendly and helpful. The oil change and other general maintenance took a reasonable amount of time. He even had the technicians check on something for me that I had a concern about. He explained everything at the end of the service as well. Even though it is not close to wear I love, I will use them for all of my maintenance needs for my CX-9.

Everything at the service department at Kings Mazda was done professionally. They took my car at the appointment time. My Service Advisor, Anthony Moore, treated me with great respect. His estimate of the time it would take to fix my car was right on. He informed me of other possible needs my car had and had estimates ready for those. The car was clean when I got it back. Good experience all around!

I requested the tires to be rotated as specified per manual (front tires to back, back tires to opposite corners) and they did it correctly. Oil and oil filter change, and replacement of air filter were also done. Service was quick, and the service adviser Anthony was very courteous. Thanks.

Brandon Calloway was scheduled to look into the problems I was having with my car, like the abs light and brakes. Was very informative of what was wrong and what would be needing fixed. Kept us in the loop before doing anything to make sure I was ok with the pricing and giving accurate estimations for what could be needed. I will only go here when I buy a car and to keep up with maintenance because I trust them so much. I bought my first car from here back in 2012 and will never go anywhere else because of how they take care of you.

I had a problem with the side vehicle indicators. Each time when I brought the car in, the problem would not show. Eventually your service manager went out of his way to burrow further into the condition and found the solution. The car mileage was in excess of needing to fix the problem at No Charge but your firm still did the repairs. Thanks to everyone who assisted me.
