They are honest and kept in contact with me to let me know if there were any potential extra expenses. They were very informative and they were patient to answer any questions I had. Can not recommend enough!

I stopped because my tire low light came on. Im from the East Coast (NH) here visiting, so this was a rental. I stopped at 3 gas stations, only to find there was no air pumps at any of them. Jacksons not only aired up 1 but fixed the pressure in all 4. And no charge. That was so very nice! Thanks to the Jacksons Automotive family for the great service!

Honest hard working people they continue to work on the problem until its fixed without charging you for all the labor. Try to find a mechanic shop that will do that. Good luck. I had the dreaded wrench light come on my 2010 f 150 which doesnt tell you what part is bad. Great design ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️. They worked 3 weeks to find the problem most shops would burn your truck by then. I guess the bottom line is Im 73 yrs old and never found a honest shop like this. Thanks Al truck works great

We bought a Pacifica and took it to them for an inspection. Dan went through it and printed out as list of everything that needed to be done. Timing belt, front end, etc. He even recovered a couple credit cards that had fallen through the crack in my console for me. Although the repair cost was $1000 more than the estimate (which I wasnt prepared for) the work they did was performed expertly and we are confident that the vehicle will last for many more miles to come. The alternator went out two weeks later through no fault of the shop. My husband replaced it and that should be it for awhile. With the cost of the vehicle and the repairs we are right at current blue book value. We couldnt be happier with Dan @ Jacksons Automotive. He is our go to guy from here on. Integrity is priceless and Dan has an abundance. Thanks Dan!

I have always been very satisfied with the quality and service of the works performed on quite a few of my vehicles.

I recently took my 2000 gmc 1ton here to get it ready for a long road trip. I requested an overall conditions assessment be performed. Unsurprisingly it needed a LOT of work done. Dan and company worked tirelessly to get my truck ready to go - pushing late into a Friday evening to finish it up.I really appreciate that Dan kept me well informed every step of the way. There were a couple of “surprises” that changed the scope of work, yet the original quote was honored despite the additional labor. I thought that was really cool.Finding a reputable, honorable, friendly repair shop, is gratifying on many levels and gives me peace of mind.

Paid over $360 for a coil pack to be replaced and they put in a cheap part that broke. Nice people, but not worth the price.

Called Jackson automotive for a repair on my truck. First I want to say that Shelley and Deidre were very pleasant over the phone and setting the appointment for me.Once I dropped off my truck Jesse said it would be finished that day. He called later to let me know it was ready, when I arrived to pick up my truck Jesse greeted me as walked in and then presented the cost for my repair i was very pleased with what I considered a very fair price. Thank You to Dan and his team they are good people and I will refer them to my friends and family.

Took my car in because my door locks went out. Jackson automotive found the source of the problem, got the parts ordered, and new parts installed. I recommend this shop for any car repairs. Jacksons Automotive has always done a great job on all of our cars. Whether its routine maintenance or a major repair, the job will be done right and the explanations will be clear and concise. They even brought my old 73 Plymouth Satellite back to life after it had sat for several years and its still running great! I highly recommend them!

Untrustworthy. My girlfriend recently took her car in. She was told her front breaks were almost shot, and that they had removed all four wheels and rear break drums to inspect. When we took wheels off to replace breaks ourselves, saw that front break pads were fine. Still had plenty of life. Moved on to the back breaks, obvious that the rear breaks were not inspected as stated on invoice due to breaks drums being stuck on. Back breaks were also fine. Plenty of life left on them as well. Was also told water pump needed replaced. Looked at it ourselves and found the only thing that was going on was heater hose leaking. Simple fix. Why were we told that entire water pump needed replaced when it was only the heater hose leaking at the base? Seems like they’d rather charge for an entire water pump than a simple hose. Took car into another reputable shop to confirm and were told about a few other things that need done that Jackson’s did not even mention. Some quite major. Untrustworthy. Don’t give them your money, cause trust me they’ll take it, and then some. Was charged almost $250 for what seems like nothing.

I needed a lot of work done on my old 2003. Jacksons was patient with me as the shock wore off as I absorbed the news of the repairs and costs involved. Im now back in my car and Im glad I went ahead with the repairs. Its running great and Im glad to not have to pay for a new to me used vehicle. That would have been much more expensive, not only in money but in peace of mind.

I can expect an honest answer with education to follow. If there are not any problems with my vehicle they don’t create them. I know they will care for my vehicle the way I would and trust them. Thanks for being so wonderful.

Good knowledge but were not up front with prices charged by hour. I took my jeep in to just be looked over and get an estimate not knowing that it would cost me$160 just to be looked at. I would have no problem if I would have been informed when making the appointment that they charged $106 an hour even when just looking. I have never been charged to have a car looked over and get an estimate. Just blew my mind I paid $160 for no work or anything.
