There is NOTHING John cant work his magic on.The professionalism that I get with Uptown Auto is second to none. They listen to their customers concerns, identify the best possible solutions, and are honest in their assessments. Multiple times John has taken time to either explain in detail what the best approach to caring for my car is and has saved me money by not doing excessive repairs that are not required.I recommend Uptown to everyone I know and have no reservations in praising John and his staff for their hard and honest work. This is the only repair shop with integrity Ive ever been to. Excellent and timely service at a reasonable price. The inspection process is 100% transparent, thorough, and well explained. Where other shops quoted an arm and a leg for an issue they couldnt diagnose, Uptown solved and fixed the issue the next day for a quarter of the price. The work is nothing less than flawless. I have taken 3 different cars to John for everything I need. He has done my oil changes, replaced my clutch and currently the front end struts/ tie rods. I even felt comfortable recommending him to a friend whos car had a major issue and he fit him into his busy schedule. He is quick and courteous. His pricing is fair and his checks/inspections are thorough which is helpful when it comes to cars because hell catch a small problem before it becomes a large costly one and talk you through your options making sure you understand whats going on with your car. I like that he sends reminders about appointments and works with Uber to get you where you need to be to and from the shop while getting repairs done. All around great shop with a stand up guy running it. So glad I found it. Cant imagine taking my car anywhere else now.

Their response was quick, which is not always the case with companies you contact this way.I needed a new battery and my turn signals fixed, as they werent working at all! They would have given me an appointment the very next day, but I chose to put it off one day.Julie, the service consultant, is great! Nice, friendly and she actually took notes on what I was saying about my Jeep. Ive never seen that happen at an auto repair shop! Shes also great with communication, keeping me in the loop at all times. Another rarity, in my experience.John was also great. What he told me I needed to fix the turn signals was the same thing a trusted friend of mine had suggested. The work was done quickly, too.As I said, Im very happy with all aspects of my experience with UpTown. I will recommend them to my friends and will definitely bring my own vehicle there again.

If you live in Loveland and need your car worked on go here! I was about to buy a car from a local dealership there and decided to have uptown auto inc check it out before I bought the car and right after the test drive they gave me a call and advised me not to buy the car for the listed price because of the many issues they had found just from the test drive. They even asked me if I wanted to continue the pre-purchase inspection to which I declined and did not even charge me for it. This place will deserves all the 5 stars and more for their honesty and professionalism.

I moved to Loveland about three years ago. I have been driving back to Littleton for most of my auto repairs due to not finding a reliable and trustworthy shop nearby. I spent hours of time researching reviews and auto repair shops and came across Uptown Auto. Other than one poor review from a gentleman who seems to give poor reviews to practically everywhere, the reviews for uptown were great. I called and spoke with John. John was very friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help, and gave me a great quote on the work that needed to be done. He scheduled my appointment within a reasonable time and got parts ordered ASAP. He communicated with me that parts were in and confirmed my appointment ahead of time. I dropped off my car and John called shortly after to discuss what he had found. He was upfront and honest. Work that I thought needed to be done didnt need to be done. He wanted to know how I wished to proceed. He could have easily swapped the parts and made money off of it or told me other things needed to be fixed. He did only the work i asked him to complete and he saved me money. John and Uptown Auto are a breath of fresh air and my car is running great. No more knocking on turns. It looks like I finally found my go-to auto shop. I would highly recommend John and UpTown Auto for your auto repair needs.

I took a road trip from Florida to Colorado and while visiting Loveland, my car had an oil pressure warning light come on. A local friend recommended this shop.The staff members I interacted with were very friendly in person and on the phone. Relatively, the issue was an easy fix, and Uptown Auto took care of it for a very reasonable price and very quickly allowing me to get back on the road.

They got me in a 2 days faster then the 3 other shops I called and the bill was 86.00$ cheaper then when I had my starter replaced 2 years ago at a different shop plus he also rotated one of my tires. It has been my good luck and privilege to find UpTown Auto Repair in Loveland. I recently moved to Loveland from Boulder County and have recently inherited my fathers 2007 Mercedes R350, It was kept meticulously but languished in his advancing years. The local Mercedes dealership was hard to book for even a basic service, and with their large amount of dubious feedback, they had amassed, made me think twice before dealing with then.So after looking around on the internert, I found Uptown Auto, and I sent my beloved heirloom in for an inspection and long-term service.They were very honest, completing a very comprehensive service and inspection and only came up with two possibilities for future problems for my 110k mile car. Power steering pump which we just replaced, he showed me the old part and explained the consequences for being vigilant, plus they were cool enough to keep my car for me an extra day (inside and safe) due to some scheduling problems. Next, we will do shocks and another full service in the fall.They realize Im former military as well as attending University and have worked with me accordingly financially and with thoughtful servicing planning.They have been more than friendly they have been neighborly, much like my experience with the people of Loveland, I’m continually happy to say.I’m very proud to recommend this locally owned business.

Can’t tell you how much I appreciate John and Ean ( hope I spelled his name right) I had been having issues with my vehicle for some time. Took it into the garage that the warranty company made me go. They kept it for almost a month, then “ tried” to fix it. Warranty wouldn’t pay for the $1200 of work they said it needed. I took it home and brought it to “my” mechanics. $125, everything fixed, day and 1/2. Will not take my vehicles anywhere else.
