Terrible service filled with lies. Waiting for days. Wont answer the phone but will if you call from another number or have to go up there

Okay so I havent been personally but my friend has been a few times and know her experience. Mind you her car was bought for 600$ and over 15 years old but definitely has had problem after problem and thank God she had Tonys to fix her car quick for her. The only negative thing is her car got a huge dent in the rear while it was there and nothing much at all was said about it and she is one not to really makes a fuss lol and also her fluids were low leaving there and you would have thought they would have at least informed her on that. But besides those couple of things she has had a great experience and she must really like them a lot if she keeps bringing her car there and makes them her first choice when it comes to a mechanic. I know I have also heard great things around town and have been referred to them time and time again.

I’ve been with Tony’s for years and they’ve been amazing, but within these past two years it’s changed. The staff has been awful and the service has been awful. The staff was very unorganized and they wouldn’t answer the phone. People at the counter wouldn’t help. This place needs help.

Weve been bringing our cars to Tony since 2008. Tony earned my business by being honest and not over selling a bunch of stuff my truck doesnt need. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Where do I start? They lost my keys, and my ticket so for over 2 weeks my car just sat there with no one looking at it. When they finally looked at it they told me Ford needs to fix it. Ok, fine thanks for being honest I guess? BUT I found out when I went to get my car towed that my license plates were stolen- and this is not the first time license plates have been stolen while a car was in their care. Sounds pretty shady. To sum up, their reaction was Not my problem. COOL. Then while at Ford they found some sort of leak that they said had been caused by recent tampering with something that didnt need to be touched- it cost $1500 to fix. AWESOME. Now on top of having to get new license plates I have to pay for damages that one of their mechanics probably caused? No way of proving of course so i guess it Isnt their problem NEAT. I wont be back.

I had a vehicle there for a week. Kept telling me that they would get to it tomorrow. Tomorrow never came . Finally had it towed somewhere else. Very poor customer service. I would never recommend anyone to go there

Ive been going to Tonys for 5 years, Ray and Tony always took great care of me for a fair price, in an honest way. Today I called them asking for an estimate on $25 part & installment, one of my wheel bearings. They were asking $270. Dave told me the bearings would need to be pressed and it would take 2 hours labor. My cars bearings do not need to be pressed according to the 4 other mechanics Ive talked to, and they all said it could be done in under an hour. $270 is the same price they wanted to charge my mom for her fuel pump & installation. I dont know what happened to Tonys but I will never be calling them again. And I highly recommend everyone to go to a different mechanic. ZERO STARS.

Just filled a claim for refund with BBB, people that got fooled by him, file your claim too!!!

These guys always take care of the vehicles my family or I are driving asap. If anything is wrong with my car they pull me into the shop and show me whats wrong with the cars so they arent gonna make up what needs fixing on your vehicle when they tell you it needs fixing. Long story short I wont go anywhere else for work top be done on my cars unless they recommended them.

David and Tony told me that the car will be fixed in a week and returns. After keeping the car for a week and not calling back to let me know what was going on, they did not work on the car whole week.There was no apology and lack of communication from the shop.I would not recommend this place to anyone. Rather pay more than work with a shady shop.

Ray at Tonys has treated our family like family for the past two years!! When our Escape broke down we were quoted for a 2,700 fix from another place here in town. Our friend told us to take to Tonys and they fixed our car for $500 and have kept it running at an affordable rate ever since!! They really take care of you. Whatever you need they will fix fairly and you will feel blessed just by their happiness they bring. We are so grateful we found them!

I wanted to give my commendations to Tonys Auto for their excellent service! Its hard to find a good mechanic -one that can be trusted to not only fix your vehicle, but do so in a timely cost-effective manner. In the past, the mechanics at Tonys Auto has fixed our sons Subaru, which had major issues.Today they took on the challenge to fix our class c motorhome. The other mechanics around town gave us quotes that were very expensive, or said they couldnt do the job because of the size of the RV. Ray put Troy on the job ASAP and fix the unit in one day! No hidden fees. Did not try to up-sell me other repairs. Super clean lobby and upbeat and friendly staff. Worked on my SUV on the holiday weekend. Brought me into the shop to show me the needed work and even did some complimentary extras. Great work, guys!!

I have had 4 or 5 different vehicles serviced here. The guys have effectively diagnosed and fixed EVERY issue I have ever had. I am never misled or ever concerned with cost as they are always more than fair. In an industry where this is not the norm I am extremely appreciative of the guys at Tonys and would recommend them to all!

Great shop. The fellas helped us out with some tires. They were very fast and job was done well. Customer service was top notch. The Big guy forgot his name, was very accomodating and pricing was more than fair. If you have an issue with your vehical I would recommend you see the fellas at Tonys.

We have taken vehicles to Tonys for years. They are wonderful! Courteous, honest, fair and always look for options when possible. I wont buy a used vehicle without having them check it first. Our van now has 526,000 miles on it and still going great.

Ray is great at keeping in contact with customers throughout the repair process! The pricing is always fair and we have no complaints as far as any repairs or maintenance we’ve had done here. Had an appointment and they never showed up. Waited for an hour but no one ever came. Felt bad for their employee who was there and stuck outside as well waiting on the owner to get there and open the door.

Very high prices for pushing out car that maybe wilm make it across town not my words owners word not to trust to drive out of town. Was talked down to the moment at the lot. This Tony guy or who ever helped me made all other used car places look replicable.

My car was running rough. Not only didnt that get fixed, they intentionally caused more harm. After paying them $900, I had to go to another shop to have the damage they caused repaired! They are a total rip off!

I am a single lady, that has no clue about my vehicle..I felt so so educated after I left..David, you rock !! He showed me videos on why oil changes are so important..and the alternator, spark plugs...The entire staff was amazing !! Single woman.. you will not get screwed here !! Their only after fixing your car the right way, the first time...not your money!!

I had previously written a good 5 star review but after my last two interactions, I deleted it. Not sure what happened to this place but I am done. There are much better mechanics out there that hold professional practices. Stay away... Its almost impossble to get in anyway.

It took a little over a week for these guys to run a diagnostic on the car. Then once they had found out it was a wiring issue it took another week for them to even pull the car in and fix it. Tony seems to know a lot about his profession but has poor time management my suggestion would do some looking around before using this shop unless the car you take in there is not that important to get done

Weve been going to Tony for our auto repair needs for 15 years. (we knew Tony when he worked for another repair shop and followed him when he opened his own. ) Hands down the most honest, fair, trustworthy mechanic, and I trust his team too. Weve recommended Tonys Automotive to so many folks, and theyve become huge Tony fans too.

I paid them 400.00 dollars to fix my truck and its worse now then it was when I took it to them, they glued my intake to the throttle body on and Mike admitted if they break a part and its still usable they will fix it with glue, I do have this conversation recorded!!! This is a shady shop!!!!

This place is awful. I think when you pay for your car to be repaired they repair it however your car breaks down again due to them not properly fixing it and it has been sitting at their shop for 2 months waiting on them to correct the problem is pretty sad. Plus getting the run around every time you call there. Not at all good customer service and i will never take any vehicle there for any repair.update: not only will your vehicle sit there and not get repaired he will make you come fix your own vehicle nice!

Ive lived many places, and usually choose to struggle to do my own auto repair, mostly because I cant tolerate the larceny and buffoonery of most auto repair places (and dont get me started on dealers). Then I moved to Loveland and found Tonys. Honest, highly competent, thorough, reasonable prices. After two encounters with him and his staff, I may just have to hang up my wrenches. I wish these guys ran Washington D.C.

I would give Tony’s a 0 stars, if it was possible. We have had the same brake repairs performed on a Honda at least once a year then again recently and they not only failed to fix it but the owner kicked my girlfriend out when she complained when, after two weeks in the shop, she went to pick up the car and it STILL wasn’t repaired. DONT TRUST THÈSE PEOPLE!!!

Amazing customer service. They do an awesome job. They are the only mechanics I have let touch my cars since 1998. Especially since I have been ripped off by so many dealers in Fort Collins and all the way to Colorado Springs. Tonys figures out what the problems and solves it. Sometimes problems are harder to diagnose and because I have an Engineering degree I understand that on a rare occasion I might need to come back 2 or 3 times before the problem is truly found. Cars are just hard to diagnose sometimes. But once the problem is fixed, I have never had the same problem twice. Amazing group of people and I recommend them to everyone.

They lost my skid plate very rude on the phone left the bolts off my a arms stripped every screw on my stearing rack and pinion . List the rubber on my stearing colum BADDDDDDD exsperiance after paying 800 bucks to fix it

Worst experience Ive ever had a garage. Twice they have had my vehicle for over 6 weeks. They dont return calls, wont answer the phone. I am going to report them to the state or have to sue them for the money I did pay them. There are a lot of great shops in the area-this place is not one of them anymore.

I cannot believe how amazing this place is. Ray is the mechanic I dealt with, I have never trusted a mechanic until now. Fully helped me and was on call and I didnt even have to worry o was getting ripped off! Im so impressed with how helpful ray is and how they dont make you feel stressed or feel like they are giving you an unfair price!

Honest service for an honest price

This place was absolutely horrible. I needed a new fan in my Pontiac and after they finished installing promblems statrted to arise. My transmission started going bad and i told them but to only be replied by giving them extra money to fix it. Its obvious that this place is a money pit and should not be bothered by anyone.

Great workers. Can tell what is wrong with the vehicle just by listening to it. Highly recommend them.

Tony has become all too familiar with my rust riddled Subaru. They are very courteous and customer service oriented there and always give me a fair price. The last time I was in there they saved me 590 dollars over Brakes plus. As awesome as they are, I hate seeing them because it means my car has more problems but if you have to go through the nonsense of car repairs, do yourself a favor and go to Tonys.

Firestone tried to charge us $2300+ - Took our vehicle here, they did the proper testing and diagnostics and fixed the vehicles problems for $300. Trust is a HUGE factor in who I decide to give my business too, and they get that nod.

They are honest and have always done an amazing job for a reasonable price when we have gone. I wont take my car anywhere else.

This place lost my friends hub cap almost 6 months ago and she still is missing one hubcap. She female and had a grandbaby she drives around a lot. They did almost $800 of work 6 months ago and when she picked it up her a.c. wouldnt work anymore. One of the lines mysteriously has a hole in it. Minutes after picking it up she informed Tony, the owner about the a.c. They say theyve been too busy until now to fix it. Today they ordered the wrong part and still didnt have a hubcap for her so she asked if Id call them. Shes feeling their taking advantage of her since shes a single female. I called, a guy named Dave answered, said she never talked to Tony the owner about her a.c. after the last repair and they were charging her $350 more after they got her part that he didnt know when itd be. He told me she was lying. After we hung up she called back on 3 way and I listened to him tell her they wouldnt service her car again and I jumped in saying what he told me 10 minuted prior. He denied saying anything and still wont fix the a.c., they broke somehow and she is still missing a hubcap. It is now over a week since I wrote the unbeleivable review about how theyve chosen to treat my female friend. They finally got her new hubcaps that arent anything like the one they lost. Thats right, they didnt put one back on the last time they worked on it and tried to give her 4 that matched since they didnt want to order 1 of the original. She asked if Id call again because she says they are rude to her. The owners son, named Dave again was very rude saying an original hubcap wouldnt fit on her since replaced rim by Tonys. I asked if she said it was ok to replace the rim with a different one and he started yelling at me again saying he tried to save her money. I asked my friend if she wanted the cheaper rim that wouldnt fit her hubcap and she said they never even asked or shed have said no. She doesnt like her hubcaps and they dont seem to care. Unbelievable and the most unprofessional paid servicemen Ive ever heard of. I asked several times to Dave if I could just talk to the owner, Tony and he always refused saying he is the manager.

They have always treated my family well.
