My sister and brother-in-law referred me to E&B for my car care. As a transplant, I needed to find a reputable business. I had used my dealership for routine maintenance for the past 20 years.When I called, the phone was answered promptly and professionally. My appointment was easily scheduled to accommodate my work schedule. Within moments of my arrival, my car was in the bay and a few items were brought to my attention that needed to be replaced (I was fully expecting that prior to my visit). I sat in the clean and nicely furnished waiting area inside until I realized I really would enjoy being outside on that lovely winter day. Again, seats were available and I relaxed there until my car was ready. The bill was about what I expected, the car was as clean as when I brought it in and I was done within an hour.Having grown up in a family that owned service stations, I knew what to expect and my expectations are pretty high. I would consider this to be above average to superior car care. Their customer service was fabulous. Once again I need to thank my sister and her family for a great referral!
The Co-owners were awesome. Both helped me out tremendously with my vehicle problem, from driving me back home and working with me on what to do about the repairs on my vehicle
