Moved to the area a few years ago, and this was my first time buying a new car from a new-to-me dealer in 20 years. Was referred to Loveland Ford, over other area dealers, by my neighbors.Special ordered a new Bronco from Loveland Ford. Ordering was straight forward and when it came time for delivery, the process was fairly painless. Total time at the dealer from start to driving home was less than 2 hours.Even though I had my own financing, they were able to beat my fairly good rate by .25%. Was a pleasant surprise.Love my new Bronco! Thanks to Pat, Jessica, and the team at Loveland Ford!

I’m thoroughly impressed.This experience could have been horrible, to say the least, but thanks to Jason Huber and the rest of the team, my family and I FINALLY got into a great vehicle.Long story short, we drove up from the south Denver metro area originally to see a Chevy traverse 2LT. But after getting it home to get the paperwork signed by my husband, we found there were major mechanical problems.. so much so that, because Loveland Ford had gotten it from a sister store (that most likely had just gotten it on their lot), they had to end up just wholesaling it because the cost was so extensive. But, instead of making me and my family drive the traverse back to Loveland, they sent a driver who not only picked up the vehicle, but also gave us a loaner for nearly 2 weeks, while they patiently helped us search for the right vehicle for our growing family.Their service and consideration of everything was unmatched. And, like I said, this experience could have been horrible, but they made it more than right.We are so happy in the vehicle they got us into. Definitely a win. We’d shop with them again.

My husband and I bought a 2015 F150 in November of 2020. We purchased the vehicle knowing we couldn’t take it that day. The truck was dropped off 3 weeks later. At drop off, we were told there was a part on order and it would be there in 2 weeks. They would change it and take care of it once it was in stock. We called at the 2 week mark and it was not ready, give another 2 weeks- no prob. We call again and the same answer. So we waited another 2 weeks and same answer. As of January, we have called about 15-20 times and we were always told the person we needed to talk to was out and they’d call us back. NO ONE has called us back or even tried to reach out.We spent nearly 30K with you and we can’t even get a phone call back. We’d never buy here again. They don’t keep their word.

Excellent service. The ford dealer in Fort Collins under new ownership is incompetent. They refused to schedule me an appointment for months to replace my battery. Loveland Ford got me in right away. My next Ford will be purchased from Loveland Ford.

Surprisingly terrible and a dishonest dealership as of late. Back when they were located more in the middle of Loveland, I had pretty good service with reasonable wait times. Since the move to their new location, I had an oil change take around 2 hours previously, but today took the cake.I had an appointment at 7:30AM today (which I was on time for). I told the lady scheduling me that I needed an oil change, tires rotated (usually included in oil change) and the perhaps brake rotors/pads looked at as Im having some vibration when braking. I also let the front desk clerk know this as I handed him my keys.Almost 4 hours later at 11:15AM I received my vehicle back. They had skipped out on looking at the rotors as that would have taken more time and they wanted to get my vehicle back to me quicker (ha!). The tires had also not been rotated (I mark them myself to be sure) though their checklist said they had. Im just REALLY hoping they actually changed the oil. A waste of a half of a day and I will unfortunately have to find a new place to have my Ford serviced.

I have had issues with Loveland Ford service in years past, and my sons car recently ended up there because it had died and it was the nearest service center that our insurance would tow to. We wondered if we had another clutch issue, because this continues to be a problem with these Ford focus cars, so ultimately thought maybe it wouldnt be bad for it to end up there. Boy once again, I was wrong. $170 diagnostic fee which is outrageous, but I understand you need to pay for a shiny new building. And they didnt even look at the clutch, so were going to have to take that to another Ford dealer another day. Half of the diagnostics were not even correct. Paid the ridiculous fee just to get it out of there and take it to an honest mechanic. We were quoted $1,400 for a battery, a cable, and a water pump. Insanity. When asked how much for just the battery and the cable, were told $700. Are you kidding me? Absolute robbery. (The water pump wasnt the problem, it ended up being a valve on the AC.). So after a half bogus diagnostic and taking it to a honest mechanic, even paying for labor it was under $600. Never never never never never will I ever even attempt to do business with this place again. Beware! They will rob you blind. If they had an ounce of a sense of decency they would refund that diagnostic fee.

My experiences with car dealers has never been too good, except for my recent purchase of a Mustang Mach E at Loveland Ford. My Sales Professional, Roman Martinez and the rest of the staff were super-helpful and made the sale very painless. Roman explained each step of the sale so I understood what was going on and the trade-in of my car to make it very easy. Also, there are a ton of features on the Mach E. Roman sat with me and explained them in an easy and understandable manner. I had no problems with my purchase.

I purchased a very hard to find used BMW M240i Xdrive this weekend after viewing it online. Roman sent me a video and answered some questions before we worked out a deal via text. So, I flew out to Denver and he picked me up at the airport.The car was ready for me when I arrived. I went for a quick test drive and looked it over and it was just as advertised. Financing went quick and easy and I was on my way back home in my new car. I highly recommend Roman and the other folks at Loveland Ford.

I too fell for the Express Lube scheduling scam. I arrived for my 10:45 appointment at 10:45. At 12:15 my vehicle was still in line waiting for my scheduled service. I understand that technicians call in sick or quit but it would be a good practice to tell customers that made an appointment at time of check-in that thy are running behind so a decision can be made to wait or reschedule. At one point there were four of us customers in the waiting room discussing how long it was taking for an oil change. No one from Loveland Ford seemed to care. Not a good experience at all.

Skip Loveland Ford service. Its a joke at best. I took my truck in for warranty work. It took 3 weeks to be seen. I got a great video with the issues it had. I called a few days later to see if my truck was done and no call back. I had to drive to the dealer to find out what was going on with my truck. I was told it would take weeks to get the techs to work on my truck for a simple repair. I was also told I had an oil leak that needed the transmission removed on my 2016 F150. I took my truck back from Loveland ford and it had a ding in the door to the bare aluminum! I drove to Ken Graff Ford and bought the part to keep my truck from making more damage. (2wd drive grinding do to vacuum leak) Ken Graff Ford had my truck 1.5 days and repaired the damage. ALSO Ken Graff confirmed I had NO OIL LEAK! I questioned that since I have a brand new driveway that has no oil spots. I race classic Fords so I know if I have a leak. *** FYI I did report this two weeks ago with no response. The only reason for the review is I keep getting asked.

Jason Huber was an awesome sales guy. I was looking for a F350 or F450 dually truck for my business and with todays market and with the chip delay it was proving to be very difficult. But Jason stuck with it and kept in touch with me with every truck that he came a cross that met my needs and he finally found the right one for the right price. Also Jason and the finance team got me in and out of the dealership in under 2 hrs. which is the probably the shortest amount of time I have spent buying a vehicle ever. Thanks and great job

We started a long distance conversation with a salesman at Loveland Ford. Joel FaceTimed with us and showed us all the features of a truck they had for sale. It was exactly what we wanted. The issue was, we lived in Oregon and Loveland Ford is in Colorado. But… they reassured us and worked hard to help the process go super smooth.We decided it was the right truck for us so the next day we flew out to Denver. The next morning Joel picked us up from the airport, which is an hour south of Loveland Ford and the awesome process started.When we pulled up to the dealership our truck was sitting right out front, all clean and beautiful, with a sign saying congratulations to us!We took it for a test drive and knew right away it was perfect. From the sales associate Joel to the sales manager and finally to financing everything was super professional and enjoyable.We have had two terrible truck purchase experiences the prior two weeks. I used to go there all the time but lately I have been underwhelmed. It takes forever to get an appointment. When you talk to the service writer they act like they are doing you a favor by setting up a repair appointment in a few weeks. The last guy was so detached I almost had to raise my voice to get him to respond to me. Man, I was about to drop two grand on a repair and it felt like I should be grateful. I had a local shop do the work for significantly less and the wait was days not weeks for the appointment

Not one to leave reviews, but boy howdy. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change with no update the entire time. Then the technician forgot to put my air filter back in and didn’t notify me until I was already home. They insisted I drive back there so they could put it back in. They kept trying to get me to drive back there until I told them to talk to my husband and that’s finally when they started talking to me with any form of remorse. I understand things happen, at the same time a bit of communication and respect go a long way.

Some salespeople deserve the slimy reputation - like Shaylah at this dealership. Had an appt to see a specific car. Because I had to drive over an hour to get to the dealer, I asked Shaylah to text me if for any reason the car was not available. She replied “will do”. But when I got there she informed me the car was sold “that morning”. Then to add insult, she told an out-and-out bald-faced lie - she said she had both called and texted me with this info. Of course this lie was completely verifiable - I showed her my phone - and there was NOT a text or call. She didn’t even have the integrity to apologize for wasting over 2 hours of my time. Find people of more integrity to do business with - avoid this dealership!

Shout out to Aaron Sherry at Loveland Ford! Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from him in the last year and a half and we love the customer service and friendly atmosphere. If you are looking for a vehicle - check out Loveland Ford and ask for Aaron. - Would have given 5 stars - but Jason, the finance manager, tried to pressure our son into purchasing an extended warranty - that he didnt need. After a horrible experience at a dealership in another state, I was dreading going to a dealership again, but this was night and day. Loveland Fords new digs are really nice and high tech.Dan Tyre was my salesman and he was knowledgeable and I didnt feel dirty when I left. The best part was the actual sale, quick and almost painless. I still had to take the walk to the finance office but it was in and out with Fish. What a breath of fresh air. In a world where ever business can’t wait to use the excuse due to covid we are short handed and thats why we are horrible at our job. This service center is 30 days out yet they do everything the can to accommodate you. EVERY time I called I talked to a person. Every time someone called me back in a timely manner. Bret in service should get a metal. He could have replaced $10,000 worth of electronics and not found a solution, he and his team came to a logical solution and got me on my way. At first I was upset 😡. They tried to put me in a vehicle that Im sure had some engine damage from being drove with no oil. They made it right by doing all they could to get me into my 2017 jeep renegade and I love this car! I had a 2005 jeep liberty for 4 years and its still going. So I know this is going to last me awhile. If you need a car go see Jason Huber! He is awesome and will do all he can to help you get what you need.

Was going to buy a new car here locally in Loveland but they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock. Unfortunately I didn’t feel like they were sincere in getting the car I wanted over making a sale with some inferior product in stock. Within seconds they were already plotting how they could get me on a trade-in I had no intention of selling so that quickly changed to “financing options”. Typical sales tricks like people don’t know how car dealerships work. That gets old fast. Chris was the self proclaimed “top sales guy” and relaxed, I’m so pro-consumer attitude, immediately threw up red flags.My salesman’s communication was slower than the Pony Express of 1860, so I went down to Denver and purchased a new vehicle there after waiting too long.After reading the reviews about the warranty bait and switch and the review about the empty promises from (guess who!?) I can only summarize my suspicions were correct. Stay away from this dealer they’re gonna take you for a ride- no pun intended.

I live 1,500 miles from Loveland Ford, but after a nationwide search, I found the used car that I was looking for - a late model, low-mileage, fully-equipped, electric-hybrid Chevrolet Volt with Adaptive Cruise Control - yes, a Chevy at a Ford dealership! Nevertheless, Sales Consultant Tyler Woodward took very good care of me, from the day we met by cell phone to the day the car was loaded on a transporter. Count me as a happy Loveland customer! I may very well be back when the new highly-acclaimed Mustang Mach-E electric becomes available.

BEWARE!! Take your trades anywhere BUT here!! They advertise they offer top dollar for trade-in. After weeks of communication with Pat Siri, and him telling me he can get me top dollar for my trade in, and me being a non-believer of what he was saying, I decided to come in and see what “top dollar” actually was. My trade-in value for my vehicle according to KBB was $21-23k…. They offered $18k. So I tried my wife’s vehicle. KBB Trade-in value was right at $10k. They offered $6k. What a joke. So top dollar to Loveland Ford was actually thousands below trade in value. Wasted my time, and of course they had to run my credit for me to see the trade in value, after I told Pat countless times I didn’t want to run my credit till I knew what they were offering for my vehicle. Wouldn’t do business with them if they were offering free vehicles.

I purchased my truck from Johnny at Loveland Ford and an Explorer. He was amazing and still checks in with me which I really appreciate!I had to have some work done on my truck and took it to Brett in the service department. He is awesome and helped with the process as it was some big items that were luckily under warranty. Brett has great communication which is rare with service departments. We worked with Johnny and he was good. We have not tried the service department so we have no comments about them. The guy we worked with to get the truck loan lied to us. We ordered the truck from ND. He told us that when the truck came in that if we got better financing we could just rip up his loan paperwork. He “forgot” about his offer when we picked up the truck and found out he funded the load 30 minutes after we left that day. Another lie. When we talked to the finance manager, His response was “so”. We told him how we got a better rate and asked why they Didn’t offer us the same rate. his reply was. “We work with so many financial institutions that we can keep track of all of them”. Isn’t that your job”. To keep track and get the best deal for us, sorta what u told us you were doing for us. Yet another lie. They actually had a better rate available and did not offer is the rate. I know it was all about the kick backs the loan department gets. I cant recommend this dealership as i doint their integrity

We took one of our Ford Escapes in for some repairs, including an oil leak on the drivers side, in preparation for a cross-country trip. They found $3,000 worth of repairs and replacements, kept it for a week and when we finally got it back it was leaking worse than before. We took it back, and they called saying they had found the two leaks. Huzzah! The good news seemed to be that they werent going to charge us $150 for the diagnostics (maybe because they should have found them the first time?) but the bad news was that it would cost an additional $1500. No, thank you very much.If you dont mind being extorted, take your car to these guys. From now on, well take our business elsewhere.

It’s a little pricier than your Echo Park/Carmax experience - but in my opinion it’s worth it. The Echo Park/Carmax experience is the Walmart of car buying, but if you’re looking for real attention to detail when you’re forking over thousands of your hard earned dollars, Loveland Ford is where it’s at. I got a competitive price (of course I’d prefer it was even lower!) on a vehicle I sought out, wherein the dealer did a thorough inspection and cleaning (like detailed sparkling clean) of the car prior to putting it on the lot. (The cheaper guys don’t do those parts well, or with expert trained technicians.). Eli knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle I was interested in, test drove with me, demonstrated all the awesome features of the car, and furthermore did it with a smile and great conversation. “Fish” in finance was easy to talk with, smiled and had fun with me while getting me financed easily and quickly on terms I’m very happy with. I had a couple of immediate issues I noticed on the way home from purchasing, contacted Eli and was back the next day and they fixed everything - Dale and his service team squeezed me in, let me work for a few hours in a quiet corner, and sent me down the road with a smile! There’s an advantage to getting the dealership experience - professionalism, courtesy, and overall value with which customers are treated. My experience with Loveland Ford has been a great experience. Roman Martinez is tops. He helped my fiancé get into a new car. Did a wonderful job. I told him down the road I would like to get into a truck. He told come in and I will take care of you. He did not lie. My deal wasnt the easiest, Roman put in some work and got it done. The whole time he was not only professional but sympathetic to my situation. My fiance and I truly appreciate all he did. After getting it done Chris in financing did a great job getting the paperwork done quickly and having a great sense of humor had us laughing. Loveland Ford and Salesman Pat Seery were great to deal with! They were very helpful in dealing with Ford Corporate and Ford Manufacturing. Which unfortunately required extensive effort.Ford Corporate really dropped the ball on this one. I bought a previous new Ford Fusion PHEV from Pat and the order was flawless. This 2021 Ford Escape order was a different story. First I worked with Pat for months about when I could order the vehicle. I ordered the vehicle in July 2020. Ford Motor Company discovered they had design issues on the European version Kuga, and kept delaying the build until finally in November they cancelled all 2020 Ford Escape PHEV and Lincoln Corsair PHEV orders. I left the order with Ford for a 2021 PHEV Escape for when it would be built. Late Q1. Ford continued to delay the build date month after month at the last minute until finally in June the factory delayed the schedule until end of August. That is when repeated calls to Ford Corporate Customer Service and Factory were deflected, ignored. Pat worked to get better communications from the factory and hold to a commit date. Ford finally built and delivered the vehicle over 13 months from the original order date. Supply Chain issues can be expected in this past year. Ford Corporate however must do better to communicate schedule issues immediately and set customer expectations based on reality not wishful thinking.

Janelle was very pleasant and helpful! I wasnt told to download Ford Pass app when I purchased my car, so I didnt know anything about app when Janelle asked me for my points on use for my oil change. In addition, I wasnt told that I get 3 free oil changes with purchase of used vehicle TILL I went to check how much oil change would cost. Sales department failed to inform me of a lot. Anyway, Janelle took care of me as though I had points to use and didnt charge me for the complete oil change.

5 stars if you call and ask for Matt in the service department. He keeps you informed, lessons to you, doesnt makes excuses, and keeps his promises. Simple the way it should be. DONT let Amber from the service department handle your vehicles service, she does the opposite. May be in time, I will give her another chance, but thank God they have Matt - otherwise this would have been a 1-2 star review.

Service was on average. However, their ability to complete service on time and communicate it lacking. I took our car in and was told it would take 45 to 60 minutes to complete. I waited 2.5 hours. Eventually I gave up and went to the service desk check on the status. I could see that my car was done. No one called to let me know it was done. I would have appreciated that and perhaps a curtesy call informing me it was delayed.Update. Loveland Ford called and offered a free oil change and verbally guarantees that they would have it done in under an hour. Still took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete and notify me. When I went to pick up the vehicle they wanted to charge me for the service which I reminded they agreed to do for free. Bumping the stars one notch because they did call me to say work was done.

Buyer beware! I am a single woman starting a business because I have a disabled child and cant work a nine to five. I purchased a 2014 Ford F150. I have had numerous problems with the vehicle! Their service department left the radiator cap off and almost blew up my radiator left me stranded. Every experience Ive had since they moved to New location they are unresponsive to try and work with me and resolve the issue. Service manager wouldnt speak to me when I came in to have that fixed. I have polite and accommodating and in return they basically telling me they dont care!

Ordered a Bronco Sport at another dealership. Was originally supposed to arrive back in January. With Covid and shortages the other dealership stopped following up. Talked to Jason Huber at Loveland Ford and he got everything moved over, got the ball moving again. It arrived, he got all the details ironed out and paperwork ready. I came in signed the paperwork, waited for it to get gassed up and cleaned. Moved my stuff from the Escape he’d sold me several years before to my BRAND NEW Bronco Sport Badlands!
