Took moms car to Iron Mountain after her neighbor drove into it. Pros from start to finish. The other persons insurance was terrible but Janese kept on it and got everything ready quickly. They even sent Iron Mountain a check for too much money, which Janese rejected. Its so nice to find an honest local business! The pearly white paint match and body work are perfect - you cant tell it was ever damaged! Highly recommend!

We brought our ’04 Sprinter van RV to Iron Mountain Collision for body work and new paint. From the estimate to completion, our experience was great. Staff made sure they understood what we wanted, offered suggestions, and were honest about all aspects along the way. Stopped by for a quote to remove a large dent that had no paint damage. A paintless dent removal guy didnt want to do it, another collision repair place quoted an outrageous amount. The woman who was helping us (sorry, didnt get your name) suggested paintless dent removal, we told our story, she called the owner for a consult. Kevin came out to take a look, smacked the vehicle with his fist in a couple places, and like magic 99% of the dent came out without paint damage! We were speechless, and super impressed! They could have roped us in for a pricey repair, but they chose to do us a solid. We are for sure going to take our other car in for some body work!

We’ve had several vehicles repair at Iron Mountain and wouldn’t go anywhere else. We’ve given them everything from hail damage, to RV repair, to body work on our truck, to custom paint. We received everything back in like new condition without any issues. Their experience and quality is unprecedented! Highly recommend.

My car was in an accident after hours and i called the shop which was there previously which is no longer there. Well to my surprise Monday morning i received a friendly call from Janese. She immediately got my information and insurance information and started on my truck. Due to the damage truck had to go back for a follow up but the shop was very tentative and accommodating offering a loaner, pick up and drop off and making sure my truck moved to the front of the line. I know every dreads going to the auto body shop for many reasons but this was honestly a great experience especially since i was not at fault (Just a Joke). Shop is very easy to get ahold of by phone or email and someone is always there to respond. Will do business there again in the future.

I had my Escalade painted here. Ive never seen a better paint job from a autobody shop. Cadillac should take pointers from them. Professional and delivered my car back to me on the actual date they said it would be done. I will defiently be back for more work.

Love working with Mike and TJ.Reached out to Mike on a Sunday about having a truck parked on private property. We made an appointment to meet up on Monday and have the truck towed…. Well on Monday…. come to find out My daughter oil change was not done properly (used a different company for the oil change) and my daughter car need to to be towed as well to get it fixed. Both gentlemen were very professional and coordinated both tows within 10 minutes of each other so I could be in two different locations so awesome.Will definitely use them again as well any repair I need on our vehicle.Thanks so much for the wonderful customer service very much appreciated.
