Over the last couple of years the quality and service of my local dealer simply disappeared. So I felt I had to go looking. I have a 2021 Chevy truck and I need a quality organization to help me maintain it. So my search took me 40 miles from my home to Davidson Gebhardt. My experience was excellent. Friendly staff. Timely work. They actually got my truck in on time for my appointment! They were knowledgeable professionals. I’ve already scheduled my next visit. I’d highly recommend this dealership.
We just bought a new Silverado Trail Boss and the experience we had buying this truck was great!!! The salesman we dealt with was Blake, and he was very helpful, professional, kind, and not your typical salesman! Head and shoulders above the rest! He answered all our questions! The finance manager we dealt with was Ryan and he too made the buying experience extremely fun, and pleasant! I used the Value Trade In tool on their website and was emailing back and forth with the manager. Because of the crazy car market in July of 2021, the manager said, We need your current vehicle. We are offering top value right now whether you trade or just sell it to us!We agreed that I would come in the next day for an appraisal.After coming in, I worked with someone under the manager to obtain an appraisal. He seemed disinterested to work with me from the start, wasnt very friendly, and seemed annoyed that I was there. Regardless, I was still trying to sell my vehicle.They looked over my vehicle, ran some numbers and came back to where I was sitting. He simply told me, We do not have a market for your vehicle right now but will call you if we do. No offer; not even a low-ball. Not at all what I was expecting.So I wasted my afternoon taking off work to come to a dealership for an answer over an email that could have prevented me from wasting my time. Seems like a poor way to conduct business and retain or attract new customers.
Went in from Berthoud to get a key replacement and brought the requisite material. Once I arrived I was informed the system was down and was told to return the next day. Thats a long drive.*Updated review after Scott called and apologized. Very rare that someone takes the time to call to do that. Guy at the service area was apologetic as well. I believe they took $5 off the total for the inconvenience.
People at the service desk are friendly and helpful. They always do a good job of keeping you in the loop about what’s going on with car every step of the way! We bring all 3 of our Chevy’s to DG and will continue to do so!
I had been calling around looking for a specific truck through most of the dealerships in Utah and Colorado. Kirk was the first one that went out of his way to work with me. Because it takes so little effort to sell inventory when it arrives, I was EXTREMELY happy with Kirk on working with me and getting me the exact truck I wanted in a very reasonable time frame. There was a local oil change shop in my town, that was offering free top offs on your washer fluid. They had also decided to top off my DEF fluid, but instead of putting it in my DEF tank they put it in my diesel tank. Before I got a block down the road the truck breaks down. I call a tow truck and also the Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet to let them know what had happened. They were so friendly and great to work with, by the time I had got to the dealership, they already had a loaner car ready for me to take and keep for the night. Josh, one of the service managers was awesome! He stayed in great contact with me and fortunately my truck didnt have any damages to the engine and I had my truck fixed and back to me within 48 hours. This was some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. They treated me great and would highly recommend Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet dealership and service center to anyone. I did take my truck back there a week later to have new tires put on it and Mallory was who I worked with and that was also a great experience. Mallory had my truck in and out of there in no time and accommodated me with everything I needed while my truck was getting worked on. These are some of the best people in the industry and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else again. Thank you so much for everything Josh, Mallory, and Matt! I had a really seamless and wonderful buying process at this Chevrolet. I submitted some info online ahead of time and was contacted by Blake shortly thereafter to discuss the process. Blake was very attentive and thorough and that really helped a lot. When I arrived, every associate I encountered was so friendly and helpful. I was running late for my service appointment due to traffic and the service techs were very understanding and accommodating. I was willing to leave my car for the weekend, knowing that my tardiness would set them back and they were able to finish my car within the hour. You were very willing to look at my car. The dealership I bought it from, and the salesman, was not willing to do anything. Once I paid cash for the Malibu, they were done with me. I would have bought my car from you if you would have had the color I wanted. I suggest that when you get inquiries for a car you dont have, you figure out a way to get that car for the buyer.

I first off would like to say that this is by far the best dealership around. I have been to various dealerships over the past two years in attempt to get a problem fixed on my car. I got the usual response from most dealerships about the issue being normal or bring it back when it gets worse. This dealership immediately agreed that something was wrong with my car and took the extra step of bringing in an engineer to get it fixed. It ultimately ended up needing a new torque converter at 52K miles. The warranty took care of this repair but I cannot thank this dealership enough for their efforts. If it would have gone on another few months, the warranty would have expired and the bill would have been on me. I would like to personally thank Josh (Service Manager) and Travis (Service Advisor) for all they have done. Thank you!

Blake McGuire and his manager worked quickly to help me. They were super nice people. Everything was fast and easy. I ended up having a brand new car with much lower payment because my loan interest is way lower and the new car has a sale price which makes it lower than the truck I traded in, plus they gave me a great price for the trade in. I didn’t expect to have a brand new car at the payment at all. Me and my wife are so happy. Definitely my place to shop cars now.

Did a lot of research. Asked 3 current owners of the model I was looking to purchase to confirm their satisfaction. Once I made up my mind I contacted a couple of dealers searching for the vehicle with the options I wanted. This is usually the part I dont like. Blake at Davidson Gebhardt was great, he listened, understood and provided me exactly what I wanted, the other 2 dealerships I spoke with didnt get it. I bought a chevy colorado here 4 months ago. I sent them an invoice and asked if they could match and they came back with a reasonable offer. It was truly no hassle, and the car is fantastic. It has everything I wanted and nothing I dont. I just brought it in for a complimentary oil change and they went above and beyond - washed it, tripped the tire pressure, etc
I feel that an oil change that I schedule in advance should not take 90 minutes. Just too much time out of my day to go to GM to have a simple oil change and this is a pretty routine time at Davidsons based on past experiences. I would buy another vehicle from them in the future, that went well but will not have any service done there in the future.

However, the whole process at Davidson-Gebhardt was very easy and pleasant. We didnt have to endure hours of back and forth and let me talk with my manager or pressure to add on additional products from the finance department. Most importantly, my wife and I came away feeling that we were able to efficiently obtain a very reasonable price on our purchase and trade-in and felt welcomed and appreciated.

My wife had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change!! When she got there they said it would take less then an hour. She had to go to the counter after a 2.5 hour wait and seeing my truck sitting outside for 15 minutes to ask for the keys. Horrible service!!! Don’t know if I’ll go back!!

He would communicate with me about my vehicle... also got a shuttle ride home even though I was probably out of range for them... also was picked up when my vehicle was ready they only took about a day for them to fix.. they are awesome over here will definitely be coming over here for my truck to get serviced on from now on!! From start to finish these guys are amazing. We went to 6 different dealerships before them to find a SUV/deal that makes sense. We found it here in half the time that the others took to tell us they cant meet our terms (as we are picky buyers). Matt took the pain out of buying a car and now has a customer for life. Had a lot of ups and downs with them over the years. Unfortunately its been more downs. Car repairs are never fun, and they do very little to make it better. Today was kind of the epitome of that. Three hours of my weekend and a hundred twenty dollars to have them basically just look at my car and say theres really nothing they can do that wouldnt cost more then the car is worth.

He stayed in contact with me and help every step of the way to close the deal. He was honest and tried to accommodate me in every way possible. Never met Kirk but he makes you feel if you were working with your best friend throughout the process. I received everything within reason I asked for and always got a response in more than a timely manner. I am so disappointed with Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet. I specifically asked for the anyone doing work on my vehicle to wear proper PPE during this time of COVID-19. As a loyal customer I was disheartened to see the sales and service employees are not adhering to policies and procedures to keep everyone safe.
