I want to give a very big thank you to Samantha! She took my call. A college kid in my first wreck. She was very sweet, professional, and caring. She actually showed concerned and made sure I was okay after the incident. I had already waited a while for another towing company in the heat.. alone.. and it was raining off and on.. just for them to call and tell me they couldn’t make it. Samantha made sure I had someone to get my vehicle within a hour of me calling. And to Donnie, the driver, thank you very much! He was also genuine and professional. Also, they don’t try to scam on prices like some other local towing companies. Hopefully won’t be in need of any of their services again anytime soon, but if I am, I know where to come! Thank you again!

He arrived after I had another towing company come out [via AAA] and tell me they could not change my flat tire due to a cover over my lug nuts.He literally had the tire changed in TEN MINUTES. I cannot sing enough praises for his courtesy, professionalism and quick remedy to my issue. I am grateful I was home and not out somewhere. Thanks again!

I dont want to use anybody else! When I was stranded at Kroger, I looked for towing company reviews. I chose Advantage because they had great reviews, but just as importantly they made a great impression with their responses. Samantha took my call and was exceptionally charming and professional. Harry arrived promptly, calling in advance to let me know when hed be there. He was extremely friendly and professional and went way above and beyond the call of duty trying everything he could to fix my car so I wouldnt need the tow. When he did end up towing it, he did a terrific job. He even gave me a ride home after dropping the car off. The cost was, Im guessing, on par with their competition. I really cant imagine it being much cheaper. I couldnt have asked for a more positive experience.

I called several other wrecker services before I called advantage that were are all unable or unwilling to help me out on a weekend. The people at advantage were really kind and really quick to help me out when I needed it! Bobby was the wrecker driver who took care of me, and he was super great! I will definitely call Advantage first next time I need towing service.

Driver was very unprofessional. Upon arriving on the scene, the driver continued to sit in the truck on his phone for 20-30 min. After some time finally got out of his truck and then refused to tow the vehicle for no good reason. Acted very rude and spoke very unprofessionally almost with a hint of malice and demeaning tone. Just seemed like he was very angry and didn’t really want to be there or do any work. After arguing with the driver for a few minutes, I just got numbers off the truck and called the company office. Driver said “I don’t care if you call them. You can get the car over there on your back” WOW. I’ve owned an automotive shop for 12 years and seen many tow trucks and this is the first time I’ve ever had this kind of experience or felt so insulted by a driver. This is absolutely ridiculous and would never be tolerated with any of my employees. Be careful who you deal with if you use this company.

After being denied by many tow truck companies I thought to reach out to advantage. Not only was our tow truck driver, Harry, efficient and professional but he was also incredibly friendly. He made our day so much better in these stressful times, thank you advantage!

Very satisfied with my service. I called another service before I called Advantage and they never came. Advantage was there to tow me within 35 - 40 minutes the staff was professional and the price was reasonable. I would recommend this tow service to everyone.

Advantage Towing came to my rescue late Friday evening! I was driving home from work and had a blowout on 64W before the Sherman Minton — what a nightmare! I called FOUR different towing companies and no one could help. Even the 5th one I called dispatched someone, then said they had to respond to something more serious, but ask if I would like them to send someone from their sister network (Advantage Towing). I agreed and help arrived in 30 minutes tops! The nicest guy arrived, told me he had just got off work when his boss asked him to come help me, but he didn’t mind because he likes helping people! :’) HOW SWEET! I wish I had got his name but I forgot to ask. I wish I had just called Advantage Towing first! I’ll tell everyone I know to call them!

The owner is a very awesome guy. He is extremely honest and helpful. The woman who answers the phones and works in the office really knows her stuff and is also extremely helpful. I would refer this place to anyone. They also have a great mechanic who knows his stuff that works there also so its kind of like your One Stop Shop. If you dont know these people you should really get to know them great honest hard-working people!!

Makes no sense as soon as you receive a car you put the address in to get directions he would’ve known from the very minute he took the order that it was not right and what is called don’t know what was going on finally gets here about two hours and 40 minutes after I called the guy who came is very nice the truck they use is very nice he did a good job my complaint is over the address issue and being left for almost 3 hours with three children

My truck broke down at the BP gas station in the Highlands so I called advantage towing. The owner was around the corner came and helped me get my truck started and then offered to follow me home. It really made my heart one to receive this kind of honest and kind service from a local business

One of the tow drivers who was completing a job on Montana Ave on 5/12 at about 7pm appeared to be very incompetent, and was extremely rude. It took him much longer to load and unload than any other tow driver Ive ever seen, and he yelled obscenities at my passenger and I. He blocked traffic for the entire time while he was there.

After a rear end collision at rush hour on Friday that put my friend and I deep in a concrete ditch, we were disappointed many times as wrecker after wrecker refused to pull the vehicle. After waiting 3 hours, Jeremy from Advantage Towing showed up. He was friendly and calm, and most importantly, was confident in his ability to tow this vehicle. He called his partner Charlie, and together they cheerfully pulled the Jeep from the ditch like it was no big deal.Thats what we needed right then, confident folks that were determined to help and followed thru, instead of big talkers in big trucks with fears of liability. Jeremy and Charlie did what the others said couldnt be done. Kudos!!
