They towed my vehicle without posting a sign. We had to call every towing company in the city to find my vehicle. We are two young women left stranded in downtown Louisville at midnight walking 45 minutes only to get there and be told they only took cash. Very sketchy. We were on the phone with them several times while trying to get to their location and this was never mentioned until we knocked on their door. Neither of us had a debit card on us to use an ATM they suggested down the road. Events around town had ride shares booked so walking was our only option. Other people were left in the same situation and verified there was no sign posted. Extremely sketchy and DANGEROUS situation.

Tonight while visiting a friend in Louisville my car got towed because I was illegally parked at The Clubhouse. I was frustrated and making it extremely difficult for the towing company who was trying to help me the best they could. I have to work tomorrow and I explained that while trying to figure out how I was gonna get home for the night.Chuck went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate me and made sure I got my car back tonight.. when he didnt have too.

Chock it up to a bad day we were ill advised & learn the hard way.

These guys were great. Quick, good communication, professional, safe and very good equipment. Spent 6+ hours in the middle of the night on the side of the interstate trying to get my vehicle towed. Every place I called either went to voicemail or claimed they were too busy. Me roadside service and insurance couldnt even find anyone to come out. Called everyone I could find in this area and Indiana with no luck. So glad I found these guys. After I made the call, they were on site in less than an hour. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs service and will my first call if I need service again.

Ripoff Towing Company!! Watch out theyre just looking how to over charge without even working. They put Unauthorize Parking Signs just to rip you off! Sad that they dont work for there Money!

Ripoff company stay away!!! $1250 just for pulling on front of my hood and say < you have been impounded > when even the sign that unfortunately I didnt see says $138 . Since I use my vehicle to make a living I had to pay this gangsters . As I found later I wasnt the only one. You have been warned...

Called for a tow and Im still waiting...in other words they never called me back and they never came to tow me. I called another tow service and got towed within 35 - 40 minutes.
