We had a car that had backed up, over, and onto very large flat top stone that left the car bottomed out. On top of that, there were also equally large stones right in front and behind the car. I was not really sure how anyone would be able to get this car out of that spot. So I looked up the closest towing company to the location and found Platinum. I called and explained the very odd situation and the gentleman said he thought they could do it. He gave me a 30-40 minute time window since the driver was already out. I believe he was there in the 30 minutes, very punctual. The driver came out and was pretty thorough looking the situation over. Said he had never seen anything like it, but he would do his best. I didnt think is was going to be possible without doing more damage to the car. Long story short, not only was he successful, there was no additional damage done to the care, which was very surprising. He was very patient and kept re-surveying the progress and making needed adjustments to minimize any damage. I can only say I was both amazed and appreciative of his efforts, and it wasnt even my car. If your ever caught between a rock and a hard place (in this case another rock) give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

Never good when you got to get your car towed. But these guys made my experience as good as possible. I will most definitely use them from now on! Professional drivers, quick response time, and good pricing. Can’t ask for anything more!

After a week of making several calls and doing online quotes, I finally found a great tow service! I had to have my 97 Honda Civic towed from Fairdale to Valley Station. I called at 2 pm, told them no rush, they said they weren’t too busy so I opted for 3 pm. They were on time, and super nice! Great rate as well! Josh was very helpful and even put my car in a spot where it wouldn’t be in the way, without me asking!! Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing a tow! May or may not be a great towing company, just had an issue with a rude tow truck driver. I get that you are on a time crunch to get in as many runs as you can, but when a person is flagging for farm equipment because it is UNSAFE to pass at the moment..... have some patients. No ones life is worth risking to pass equipment on a narrow road.

Called after 5pm and they had the car picked up and dropped off in no time al all. Very professional and helpful. We will definitely use again if needed. Made a stressful situation less so!

I really appreciated them calling me consistently to see if the driver had arrived yet. Also sending me text messages letting me the driver was in route and their estimated time of arrival. The driver who helped me was a guy named Josh and he knew what he was doing. He gave us a ride to the house where my car was getting dropped at and he was very polite and respectful. He did a great job!

He gave me cost quote when I called. He gave estimated pickup time. Called when he was on the way. Very good service. Highly recommend.
