I do not use this transportation Company however the company I work for uses them. But when I’m at home this company drops off a client which is my neighbor that lives directly under me they bring the client and just get her off the van they do not walk her to the door the last few times I had to open the door for her I mention to the driver that the elderly woman needs help getting into the door he ignored me the first time I had to wake up out of my sleep early in the morning to catch him and let him know that he needs to stop leaving her unattended because Anything could have happen to her. Driver name Mohamed and if you ask him he will get smart with you for no reason.

They did not pick me up for my scheduled doctors appointment. They tried to say that I called and canceled. I don’t know how I did that when I didn’t even know which transportation company was picking me up. I asked my insurance company to not send them next time I scheduled a ride.The owner just called me and apologized for the miscommunication on my pick up and asked for a second chance. My God is a God of second chances. And if he can give me a second chance at least I can too.

I highly recommend using Diversity Medical Transportation. Mr. H has been a blessing through my medical journey. He has been a positive light in my corner and constantly keeps a smile on my face. He is very professional and punctual. He is a definite blessing.

On nov 17th 2020, i had spent the night at Hilton near Norton Hospital, i had hip surg scheduled very early morning. Husband accidentally locked keys in car at hotel and was frantic. I called Diversity medical transport at about 5am and woke up the owner with our situation. He was very nice about it. He said no problem, give me ten minutes. He arrived on time, and reassured my husband, dont worry, and offered to return to help him after he drove me to hospital. He was very professional and he helped us calm down! Highly recommended. Pick up between 10:45/11:15 With an 11:30 appointment 10 min away. Got a call at 11:30 telling me they would be there lat3 they had another person to pick up and drop off at 11:30 it was to much running around to get me then go back to them. They said they could be there at 11:40 to get me to my appointment. They person shows up at 11:45 flying down the street more than 25 at the speed limit, slams on the brakes, I’m outside holding with the insurance company, and the guy is in a sports car! Tells me he can get me there in 10 min at a 15 min minimum trip! This was an emergency dental appointment that had to be rescheduled! I don’t EVER ant to deal with this company first or last

Mr. Hanan and Diversity Medical Transportation drove our family around Louisville for several hours this weekend during a recent visit to Louisville. The company is fast to respond and accomodated every request we made, e.g. stopping for fast food, sightseeing, etc. Highly recommended!

Ive worked with several cab companies throughout the United States, and this guy knows how to take care of his passengers. Nice newer cars, clean and well taken care van that is comfortable to ride in. Very reasonable rates.

They were very unprofessional to my mother and I. They made her late to he medical appointment and she almost didnt even get seen. Never riding with this company again!!!
