Our experience with Pegasus was perfect. The driver Bruce was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The most important thing for our group was to be on time as we had a tight schedule. Bruce did a fantastic job making sure we stayed on time. The customer service with Pegasus was also a great experience. The team is very responsive. A group of girls and I used this service for my sisters bachelorette bourbon trail day and it was spectacular. Sasha was very helpful in booking the 18 person limo bus and made it very easy to coordinate the day. Tony (the GOAT) driver was incredible. He was so friendly, fun and professional. Pegasus was great. Two of us decided to do a bourbon tour with short notice. Must of the distilleries book up months in advance. I decided to call Pegasus and see if they could arrange a tour and they did. They set up three tours at sold out distilleries which was perfect. Our driver Tony was awesome, he picked us up at 9:30 am and drove us around all day. He was professional and was a pleasure to have as our driver. We were out for 8 hrs drinking bourbon and visiting different distilleries. Definitely worth the cost and a lot cheaper than risking a DUI. If and when i do another tour i will call Pegasus to set up our next adventure!!Alan

Pegasus was fantastic for our recent Bourbon Trail private friends tour experience. Montana, Pegasus’ senior driver, made the experience memorable and fun with a side trip to an off the grid family distillery, his contacts for lunch at a local restaurant to get us in and out quickly, and at the major distilleries with his knowledge of where to go and what to do. Our family utilized Pegasus services for our last vacation. For both our departure and arrival, they arrived early and helped to load our luggage. We left really early in the morning and arrived home very late but they greeted us with a big smile and were very helpful. The vehicles were impeccable and they offered us cold water. Ill definitely use them in the future because their costs are reasonable, actually cheaper than parking at the airport.

We used Pegasus as a transportation service to several distilleries and a restaurant which we set up independently of this company. The driver was actually about 10 minutes early from when our reservation began. The driver (Ed) was polite, friendly, and gave us several good recommendations concerning distilleries, golf courses, and a place to grab lunch. We used Pegasus to chauffeur our group for 2 days recently for our KY trip - one day to go to some bourbon distilleries and the other day to go to horse farms in Lexington. Easy to book - the reservations team was organized, friendly and super helpful in helping us choose the right vehicle for our group of 9. They also referred us to a caterer to use so we could have boxed breakfast and snacks for the days. Our driver called us a few days before our trip to go over the itinerary and timing so we would be stress-free on the actual days. He had great tips to ensure we were organized and prepared. He also was so helpful and friendly, was early and took great care of us so we didn’t have to worry about anything. That’s the reason we chose to be chauffeured - so we could enjoy what we came down to KY for and let the professionals deal with the driving and getting us where we need to go. My family used Pegasus chauffeur company for my daughters wedding on 6/5/2021. We reserved a car to pick up the newlyweds for transportation to their hotel from wedding venue. The driver arrived exactly when expected, with just married on side of car and a red carpet up to the car. Very pleasant experience.We also rented a 14 passenger shuttle for transportation for wedding guests to hotel. The shuttle arrived right on time and made several trips back and forth, from venue to hotel. Shuttle driver Sade, was very pleasant.I highly recommend Pegasus for your driving needs!

Terri drove us for two days with a few couples, one couple from California, on the Bourbon Trail and also to Mill Ridge Farm. We had a wonderful time and she did a great job. I would highly recommend her. She is so knowledgeable about Kentucky, Bourbon, and Horses. I would give her 5 stars. We had two different cars, a large suburban, which was good for the 4 of us on Friday, but we requested a large 10 passenger for Mondays tasting and tours, because there were 6 of us. The 10 passenger was perfect in size, but the air conditioning was either, very Cold and the Heat Hot, seems the thermostat was not working correctly. Also, we all wanted seat belts, but there were none available. Other than those two small issues everything was more than expected. We will use Pegasus again, and we will only request Terri. She made both of our days, PERFECT! Thank you for your service, and allowing us to all ride and not drive.

We just got back from our Kentucky Bourbon tour and what a great experience it was!! Sacha was great in helping us fill our agenda with everything we wanted and more over the 2 1/2 days we were there. Our driver was Ben, and he was extremely prompt, personal, professional and knew so much about Bardstown, the history and the distilleries. He really made us feel like we were his top priority the 2 days we were with him. We actually were disappointed our trip was ending and we had to say goodbye to him! For our trip to the airport we had a different driver (Brian) who also was extremely personal and seemed to know so much about the area. We will definitely be calling Pegasus for our next trip to Kentucky, until we meet again!

Sasha and Barbara planned everything based on my familys interests. With Tony we were able to see 9 distilleries in 2 days. How? Tony! While we had pre-booked tours to 6 distilleries, Tony knew the schedules of other local distilleries, so we were able to pop in and grab a drink and chat with the guides! And everyone knows everything. The tour guides, sales people, and bartenders are experts at their craft and the art of bourbon.One tour and guide blew us away. Limestone Branch, with a 2 barrel per day output, and the manufacturer Yellowstone Branch, also has Stephen Fante. We started our tour with Stephanie, who did an amazing job. About 5 minutes into the tour, Stephen joined the tour. I heard Stephanie mention that she was nervous to have him in the tour. He reassured her by saying, Dont be nervous. Be nervous when Mr. Beam is here. Yes, that Beam, a descendent of the Jim Beam family.When we got to our tastings, Stephen took over and offered a sample of one of his creations from a mason jar. Whoa!! This guy is the real deal.Thoroughly impressed, we headed back to the car where Tony immediately asked, Did you meet Stephen? Yes, we did! If Stephen isnt a celebrity, he should be.Our 5 pm tour on the second day ended at 6:30!All of us were incredibly impressed with how smoothly everything went, and we are grateful to Pegasus for creating a memorable experience.

The Pegasus team is amazing. We determined their offering was best value after receiving several quotes from competitors. The shuttle bus was in very good condition, beautiful interior, and stocked with beverages and snacks. Pegasuss connections with local distillerys (Buffalo Trace/ 3 Boys Farm / Woodford) helped secure tours and tasting that were otherwise unavailable to the public. Without the staff at Pegasus our two-day bourbon tour would not have been the same. They coordinated everything for our 7 person bachelorette, from the tours, timing of each, to lunches, and even kept us moving and on-time. Everyone was friendly and responsive. He gave us so many good pointers, made sure we were on time (which was not easy), took us to great places, and even made sure to take our pictures in all the right places. Our group of seven hired Pegasus to take us on the Bourbon trail. We had a hiccup in scheduling - there was a snafu in our final reservation date that neither I nor the company noticed until morning of the ride (needless to say I was stressed). But WOW did they come through to make it all correct! The owner of the company called me from his vacation assuring me that he was working on getting our group on our way, and sure enough the limo shows up within an hour and half of our original departure time. Were pretty sure they scrambled the MVP of the company into service, because Ellis our chauffeur was absolute perfection. Courteous, knowledgeable, and a first-class gentleman, it was so much fun to tour Bardstown and the surrounding areas with him! We counted ourselves so lucky we were able to ride with him; he was worth the slight delay. The company really took all steps necessary to make sure we had the best experience possible with them despite the hiccup at the start, and I truly admire their response to the situation! In the end, this was one of my best ever experiences with limousine/transportation companies. I highly recommend!

Tony is the best driver! I found this company through the Chamber of St. Matthews. I can’t say enough good things. I had already come prepared with ice, cups, and trash bags but Tony had it all! The Bluetooth in the bus worked perfect! I had given Tony a timeline of all the stops but ended up making changes for bathroom breaks, etc. and he was always willing to go with the flow.

Used R&R for Derby week-end. Absolutely first class from the vehicle (Mercedes Sprinter) to the driver Daniel. On time, perfect drop off and pick up spot and Daniel even made a store run for us while we had dinner. Highly recommended!

An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Our driver, Bruce, arrived early for pickup, communicated with us very well, and was wonderful throughout the entire day. We did a self-planned bourbon tour. He Kept the limo clean between stops, and was very courteous to us. He knew every location, how to get there, where to park, and some other details that helped us out. The limo itself was immaculate, comfortable, and up-to-date. Our group of 13 had a great time and it was very much due to Bruce and the Pegasus team. I very highly recommend them.

Booked this for a bachelor party experience and it was great. Our driver, Montana was awesome. Very well versed in the area and made some pit stop suggestions that made the day even better. Vehicle came equipped with bluetooth, mixers, water and snacks. All needed for the days festivities. 10/10 would recommend to anyone thinking about tackling the bourbon trail.
