I was able to complete my entire transaction remotely, which was necessary due to my inability to be there in person. When I did arrive, everything was just as presented. This firm is easy to work with, professional, and thorough. I’m very happy with them.
We have to give a huge kudos to the leasing manager at the Louisville/Jacksonville office, Lindsey Robinson, for going over and beyond to assist me and my wife with leasing a property.Initially the home we really wanted was leased out to another interested applicant and we were very distressed. Fortunately Lindsey stepped in and helped us to lease a home that we feel meets our familys needs even better than the first! We received everything we requested and we are truly appreciative for her help.-Ricky and Courtney Hampton
Main street is a good company. Been very corporative to me and always listen. No hassle I would recommend them to anyone. Dont know if you can afford the rent prices could be a little better but you get what you pay for . Im satisfied and Im happy because they take care of there property.
Was hung up on and lied to multiple times. The last call today was the best call and she actually helped us. She schedules the maintenance. The last two individuals (Aldrich) stated it was “being handled” and that he was waiting on the scheduling department to schedule the emergency maintenance which was clearly a lie. Main Street renewal’s customer service is terrible. There is a massive lack of connectivity/communication from the company to its tenant and it seems like no Main Street Renewal employee knows how to do their job or wants to besides the nice lady at the end. We will never rent with this company again.
Tracy was great. Everything I needed fixed got fixed correctly. The company is an excellent company to rent through. They are very great communicators and overall they make the whole renting process easy with their residents portal.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh,He represented the company remarkably. My experience with him was a blessing. He did everything in his power to assist me anyway he could. It was a pleasure, I couldnt have asked for anyone better. He was kind, very responsive, on top of his A game. He was very patient, I say this cause there were times Im sure I was difficult to handle, and he knew just how to do so. Thank you guys again for finding my family and I a home.
I have had several issues getting someone to even answer the phone here. I’ve waited on hold and gotten hung up on all when I’m calling to check on or input a maintenance request. FINALLY, Nicki answers. She is patient, kind and most importantly takes ownership of the problem. She needs to train the other staff on what it looks like to help get the job done. She was phenomenal. Thanks for all her help.
Let us submit an application to a house that they knew was already rented out. Even had us resubmit paperwork THREE TIMES and yet through that entire process did not tell us that the place was already rented out BEFORE OUR APPLICATION WAS SUBMITTED and now they want to move our application to another house which they don’t have any that meet the parameters that need to be met for myself and my roommates. They still will not refund the money to us even though and let me reiterate THE. HOUSE. WAS. ALREADY. RENTED. OUT. PRIOR. TO. OUR. APPLICATION. SUBMISSION. which should mean no other applications can be submitted
This company is horrible!! I lived at 10115 rolling stone drive for a year and a half.. I had nothing but problems with the house and they did not care nor try to accommodate me or fit the problem in a timely manner. When u flush the toilet it was coming out all over the basement floor and they did not make it a priority to get it fixed! One of the times they didnt send anybody out for about a week and they still didnt fix it leaving it everywhere for at least 3-4 more days. Then when I moved out the end of july theyre trying to keep more then half of my deposit for bs charges when I cleaned the whole house prior to moving and still have yet to get any of my money back. I would NOT recommend anyone to move in any properties from them!!
Same experience as last year.... We paid $150 in app fees for myself along with my daughter (over 18) and her boyfriend (over 18) that were both on the lease as lease holders. Before we even submitted the app I asked on 2 different phone calls if any other apps submitted for this property and was told no. During our screening process I was in contact with the office and got the approval for our app. My daughter also a leaseholder called the office at 11am the morning of the approval and was told they needed to also speak to the primary applicant (me). I want able to call until later that evening and was told oh, sorry this house had an approval at 4pm. The exact story as the year prior. Ok if no other apps submitted then how is there an approval, and ours was approved the day prior. This place lies so much just to keep getting those app fees to come in it seems and their only answer is sorry. Not acceptable and horrible way to do Business.
Terrible company to deal with. In 2016 I was renting a house, and I had paid my monthly rent of $800.00 on time for 3 years. This company purchased the property I was renting from my landlord, as well as several others. The next month I get a rent increase letter stating rent had increased to $1200.00. I could accept the new contract, or move out. This was a terrible experience for me.
I have applied twice and denied. Never given a reason why nor did they check my credit either time. 100 deposit for 2 applications. Twice. I believe they are just using the system to make money. Property listed for 24 days, 140 inquires and NO ONE QUALIFIES for this property??? YEAH RIGHT!After I was denied AGAIN...I Got an email with a link to fill out rental paperwork for the rental but would not open when clicked. Sounds like a SCAM to me.
If I could give zero stars, I would! Would never recommend main street renewal to anybody. Nothing but a big scam. Nothing but problems in the 3 months we have lived in our home. Main Street is not there for you, they dont care about you nor their properties. Worst company ever! I pray that they one day go out of business so nobody every has to deal with such crooked people!
First of all the rent fof the houses is way to much because they are cheaply redone on the inside to where cosmetically things start falling apart while living there. Also most of the stuff that went wrong with the house i fixed out of my own pocket because of ridiculous times given for maintenance to come out and still my deposit was taken which i expected that but i wasnt expecting to receive a bill on top of that after paying months of over priced rent and fixing things myself. Im glad i was finally able to by a homes because companies like this are buying all the homes and charging ridiculous rent prices. I pray i never have to rent again especially from companies like this. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I wish I knew the gentlemen’s name that has come to my house on the last three requests. He has the beard, you know, he looks like Santa 😊He is so pleasant, and always gets the job done and even explains what may have caused the issue and how he will fix it. He always reviews my notes that I leave in the request and it means so much to me. Keep hiring associates like this guy!! He is so friendly and works fast. I wish I didn’t have to call so many maintenance requests on this house. But I am very pleased that it gets taken care of! Thank you so much!
Not even a renter or a potential renter… just an individual that tried to business with this company, STAY AWAY! They will sign contracts with no intention of honoring them. Also, your google rating wreaks of manipulation. As someone that is familiar with how the system can be gamed, I see through the facade. If there’s any doubt, please take notice on the positive reviews. All have 1 maybe 2 reviews. All the negative, much much more. What does that tell you? FAKE REVIEWS!Stay away!!!
Dear Will - Brand Reputation Specialist,Consider this: working for a company that actually is worthy to have a reputation to uphold. We moved in to our rental house in September. The location and size were perfect for our growing family, the house is located in my husbands parents neighborhood and with an infant during a pandemic that is extremely helpful as childcare is scarce and my husband and I both have to work. There were several problems that we recorded in our walk through which was submitted on our own accord due to the pandemic. We started noticing that something was severely wrong with our flooring soon after we moved in. One of the maintenance people noticed it when they were here too (here for a different issue). One of the planks of flooring in our living room was breaking off and coming up. This issue was reported in October. It is now January and we do not have a solution to this problem. The contractors you all have hired have been very kind at least and the maintenance people are always nice and helpful. I am having to relocate my family in one day because of your companys lack of transparency and communication. I am always one to think the best of people and companies, but you all have proven me wrong time and time again. I have been given the run around constantly, only to be told today that they did not have a relocation request or a renovation request when the contractor was here THIS MORNING. Sheet rock dust is not safe for my seven month old. Her living in a construction site is not safe. This is extreme negligence. We prepaid our lease for a year. This is not what we expected when moving in at all. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! Listen to the bad reviews. They are right.
Weve had nothing but issues with our house and have had nothing done about it. Had sewage backing up into our basement for 2 months! Weve called and called and they never send anyone to fix problems. Stay away from them!!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Upon moving into our house, the bathroom outlets were wired backwards and didn’t work, the dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet, the bathroom sink pipe wasn’t long enough causing water to run directly into the floor, clothes washer hook ups leaked, the front door was poorly installed causing a nice gap on the side and bottom, multiple light switches don’t work, all the internet and tv cables had been cut off and tucked into the wall, and there was no hot water to the main bathroom shower. The towel rod fell off the wall as soon as I put a towel on it. Most of the closet shelves didn’t have full support and sagged greatly, so we had to purchase our own support rods and install them. If there was a dent or small hole in the wall their solution was to paint over it and slap an electrical cover over it instead of patching it. Shortly after moving in we heard an animal living in the attic and it had even knocked down a portion of the soffit. In December the kitchen piping came apart which meant we couldn’t use the kitchen sink or dishwasher. When the vendor came out a couple days later, he rebuilt all the piping under the sink. I called and asked if they would actually do a formal walk through as I believed there were other issues in the house. The lady told me that because of COVID they were not doing walk throughs, but they would be happy to send a tech out to fix anything else. I asked her why they would send a tech but not someone for a walk through and she didn’t not have an answer. About a week after we turned on the AC we realized it was not working properly. They actually got a vendor out the next day and quickly noted that it was wired incorrectly and fixed it. This spring when we heard animals again, they sent a vendor and he pointed out a number of stains on the ceiling that he identified as animal urine..and they had been there since we moved in. He also found old raccoon droppings in the attic. Now, 10 months later after multiple third party vendors attempted to fix the soffit, it is still not fixed. Someone came out about a month ago and said the board the gutter is attached to is rotted out and needs replaced..haven’t heard anything since then. I put in another request for the soffit, gutter, and more animals and the next morning they canceled my request. This morning I heard an animal scale the gutter and then watched it crawl into the missing soffit piece into the attic then heard it moving around above us. I called and the the guy I talked to opened my request again. Later that evening we got an email saying pest control is the renters responsibly outside of the first 30 days. They sent out a vendor in May but would not send one out in August when our lease started in October??? THEN they want us to renew our lease and RAISE OUR RENT. Hell no. Cannot wait to get out of this lease and away from this company. Tracy is awesome though.
Leased from Main Street Renewal in Louisville for a year and had nothing but bad experiences. Multiple workorders had to be placed each time there were issues in the townhouse (Goalby Dr, Louisville) and there were many issues. Most times there were no response while food continued to spoil in the fridge, or electrical issues continued to be a hazard with the dishwasher. The management continued to let all of the common areas overgrow with grass and weeds and only mowed when there was a rental coming available. Found out after a year that my electric meter was crossed with a neighbor and after 3 months it was corrected (by LGE) who sent appropriate service bills to Main Street who turned around and took the charges from me and held it from my deposit. Every inquiry was answered with looking into the complaint which never was answered after the complaint. Poor customer feedback and service. Any broken or deficiency during your walk through will end up being charged to you when you move out despite noting these deficiencies during walk-thru. Tenant is left helpless as Main Street already has your deposit and you are at their mercy. Its unfortunate but based on other reviews this company continues to abuse tenants and provides no service or integrity. Look elsewhere as you will regret renting through this company. I am happy to provide prospective tenants more information.
I like being able to text instead of having to sit on the phone, especially while Im at work. And Karisa was very helpful about getting me the answers and information I needed.
This company is absolutely ridiculous. They do NOT take care of the properties, and DO NOT CARE about their residents. First off, the first day we were supposed to move in, we couldn’t even park the box truck on the property until exactly 12:01am. then, they never even gave us the keys or the code to get the keys until about 7am so we had to sleep in the truck all night because “no one sent the email.” next, they charge you for maintenance requests, and they’ll charge you if you’re not at your residence in the middle of the work day with a TEN minute call before they even show up! there is ZERO communication from this company and will get every single cent out of you that they possible can. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!The most hilarious thing about this company is how little they care about their customers. They respond to only the positive reviews and act like no one is being treated like trash by this company. Once again, DO NOT rent from this company. The houses are EXTREMELY poorly maintained, they charge fees out of the blue, and genuinely don’t care about any of their tennants.AUGUST- our sink fell through the countertop, not a big problem. annoying, yes, a huge problem, normally no. HOWEVER, we put in a service request on a thursday, it took until me calling on monday to ask about the service request to get any info about someone possibly coming. THREE requests were put in throughout a 7 day period. finally AFTER A WEEK, we fixed it ourselves. this company is genuinely so horrible to the tennant’s and only care about money. I’m already in a contract and am so incredibly miserable with this company, i hope the review saves you from the same misery.
The leasing process and no contact touring process is easy enough but there have been a lot of problems with our house that it would be impossible to tell on an initial walk though. First moving in right away, there was a gas leak from the stove, luckily we caught it right away and L&G came to shut it off, but then it took over a week to repair, meaning no hot showers, no good meals and no heat. Next apparently all internet lines were stripped from the house, so had to call Spectrum and get a line dug in. The wasp and carpenter bee situation was bad around the house, so had to spend more money out of pocket to get that treated. Once we tried turning on the AC, that was broken too, took about a week to get that fixed. All in all we actually really like our house but a rental company should have a house inspected and totally squared away before putting it on the market. Also they dont even pay for trash and recycling. Every place I have ever rented from, at least covers that.
Renters beware-This company does a terrible job caring for its residents. I have had multiple recurrences of the same issue with my AC. I have been told that unless my home is 90 degrees they do not consider it urgent- right now and each time before its been 80 and over-and will not expedite my service request. And they justified this statement by quoting Fair Housing laws. After a supervisor refused to speak to me. Dont trust their 4 star reviews, I was warned by locals in the community that they were not a good company, and I should have listened. If you have other options, Id recommend exploring those.
Les was extremely nice and really helped me out with my dishwasher.
Absolutely terrible company. Extremely disrespectful, can’t get a call back for almost 2 weeks. Waste of almost $200 and more importantly my time.
Theses folks are scammers. Do not give them deposits. A rip off
New resident as of April 1st.so far everything is well.Any questions I have had have been answered in a timely manner. I love the fact that I’m able to pay rent and make contact online instead of by phone. My home didn’t need any major repairs. If anything changes I’ll update my review
The agent Andrew was very very helpful. I tried going though your text line and it stated it was closed. Andrew gave information I had been asking for. Thanks Andrew
The Main Street rep was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Thank you for outstanding service.Patsy HesterHenderson, Nv
I moved in about a month ago and my experience has been great so far! We had a few maintenance issues but they sent someone quickly and fixed everything the first time. The house is in good condition and all interactions I’ve had with staff have been great!
So far, Main Street Renewal has been amazing! We put in a maintenance order shortly after moving in, worried how it might be handled. Not only did the tech they sent do an incredible job taking care of the problem, he didn’t mind taking a look at a couple other things we had noticed as well. Reasonable, responsive, helpful folks!
Just say no. They outsource and use 3rd party companies for Maintenance. My ceiling is leaking, I cant use my bathroom and this isnt urgent to them. Took 4 days for someone to look at the problem and another 6 days to get the right repair company to come out. Issue is still not fixed. They could care less about you or repairs needed.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Their a scam and will try to charge you for problems you didn’t create. Where in renting currently has had nothing but plumbing issues. Yet they want to charge me for a clogged sink from back in JULY!? The entire house was unable to use water because it was coming back in the pipes and spewing out of the laundry room. WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PLUMBING WORK ORDERS for this house. Everyone comes out and claimed they “fixed” it. Recently about two weeks ago the same problem happened. The maintenance man checked the pipes outside and said he feels our problems are with the sewer line being back up and coming back in our house. MSD came out and has been digging up the driveway for about two weeks now. MSD said AT&T dug through something they weren’t supposed to and messed up the plumbing for this house. We haven’t been able to park in the driveway and have to park across the street. The leak under the kitchen sink is STILL leaking. But we’re getting charged for a “clogged” sink from July!? When that happened we couldn’t flush a toilet or even run water in ANY sink because it would all come out of the pipe in the laundry . So how is it we have to pay for a “clogged” sink when the issues have been continuous here and haven’t been fixed? Even the maintenance man said our problems have been coming from the issue that’s in our driveway with AT&T! The neighbor next door even told me the person who owned this house ALWAYS had plumbers here for issues. Do not rent from this company. They don’t care about you or any issues you experienced. Not to mention or sink never ever got fixed, or stove never got fixed, and I even had water leaking from the bathroom upstairs to the room downstairs in the basement, do you think they fixed these issues? NO! When you call the office and tell them this they just give you the run around and say there’s nobody else you can talk to about it. How am I paying for something that never got fixed in the first place ? The issue outside is what caused everything! Not my sink still leaks I have everything pulled out from the cabinet. How would a kitchen sink cause every pipe to back up and come out of your laundry room!? I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life.
Very nice and polite over the phone. Though this maintenance request has been taking forever
I had a good experience with the young lady that I spoke with today but overall the service for Main Street renewal Young lady that I spoke with today she answered all my questions and I appreciate it
Moved in and within 3 days had a long list of repairs. They require all utilities to be on 3/5 days prior to do final inspection. Clearly that wasnt done and its going to be a week or better to fix!
Great experience with msrenewal. I definitely recommend them if your looking to lease a property in Louisville!
I spoke to Raydean due to maintenance not driving during scheduled time. She contacted tech and he had been held up on a job and asked if he could come between 3-3:30. Raydean was very helpful, but tech should have called earlier to inform me.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst company ever. Stay away from this company. Dont sign a lease with them. Please read all the reviews.
First I will start by saying this review is not to sway you away from signing a contract with Main Street Renewal Louisville. This review is to help you make an informed decision and expectation management based on my brutal 12 months of experience with this branch.Being active duty Army, I have lived all over the county but have never experienced the magnitude of unprofessionalism and disrespect with any property management company. Until signing a lease with Main Street Renewal Louisville.1. I submitted 38 work orders during my 12 month lease, enough said about the issues with the home.2. Once you sign you lease, you time is no longer importance and “emergency” repairs to include sewage backup and flooding carries no sense of urgency. The only motivator I found for this branch was involving the city health inspector.3. Louisville Maintenance team superintended lacks professionalism and tact. Completely disrespectful and no regard for my time. If an appointment is made 9 days prior, keep it! No one appreciates excuses or being blamed missing the appointment time. I doesn’t matter if the window is between1100-1300. If you say you’re going to be there at 1200, then do it. Time management is not hard.I’m not saying don’t sign a lease with them, this company has great rental prices but they need to take a look at their leadership and maybe force retire some folks. Prepare your wallet and your penitence if you do sign a lease. The road will not be easy especially if you have children. Looking back the price wasn’t worth it for me.
I have been inquiring on properties listed by this company on Zillow. I called, email and never heard anything from this company back.
One of the worst companies and one of the least reliable. They took a month to fix the flooding of the toilets in the house, then they promise to waive the rent that month in which we had to live in deplorable conditions, and they ended up charging as if nothing had happened. We left some valuable belongings to collect at the end of the move and without prior notice they changed the locks and did not return the belongings, claiming that there was nothing already on the property, and a neighbor saw the company removing the belongings. Will not recommend this company to anyone here in Kentucky.
I submitted my application and everything they asked me to submit. I was approved and they need more info submitted that info as well it was one last document. After that i called and they kept telling me we will let you know . I look at Zillow the house was off market . I called many times after that kept telling me excuses the girl isn’t here and there’s another girl doing your application. Simply they could have called and told me the house is no longer there .
Rental property very well maintained and when submitting issues for maintenence they responded quickly and maintenance associate Leslie was great and very personable.
Helped me with my issue direct and quickly! Very professional.
The repairman did a great job with my leaking valve, taking his time to do fantastic work. I was a bit annoyed with MSR taking nearly a week to get someone here to deal with the water leak itself, but the work was done well and that is what this review is for.
Glen, the maintenance guy, is awesome! He is very attentive and responsive. He addressed every concern. I did not have to remind him of anything! He took his time, he listened to me, shared his wisdom, and offered advice that will go a long way.I did not expect the level of professionalism that I received from Glen. My children and I were very comfortable. It is my hope that he will show up at my door whenever an issue arises. He deserved 1,000,000 stars!Thank you, Glen! You are the best!!
Great service. Fixed it and gave me tips on what to do next time.
It saddens me to even have to write this. Ive been renting from them for 2 years. The pandemic has already taken a devasting toll on American families but Main Street Renewal is not helping ease the strain. This company is charging an increase of 50$ extra dollars a month for lease renewal in the middle of a pandemic. People are trying to find work and stay afloat. Im guessing their not paying attention to the economic impact payments that the government has issued because families are struggling. I understand that the rent is still due. But to increase the rent to extend the lease while Covid 19 disrupts economic activity and earning potential for families is cruel. What’s our options? Spend money moving or pay the hefty price of renting month to month, or sign the renewal offer lease with increase of rent ? Cruel world.
Les was awesome. Everything was taken care of in an efficient and timely manner.
The maintenance man is very thorough and quit getting the job done and getting it done right
THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
My experience with this maintenance man was exceptional. All of your personnel she needs as customer service oriented as he was. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and instructed on those things that required me to complete. I was very pleased and on a scale of 1 - 5 with 5 being exceptional. He is a 5!!!!
Fernanda was very helpful and insightful. She was able to answer some very specific questions I had regarding my application and the financial process
Called to talk to someone and it sounded like I got sent to India. Receptionist hung on me and wouldnt answer the phone again. Rude.
This company is a joke. Weve have a leaky roof for over two weeks that has since made its way into the basement and leaked onto our bed. We called and complained again about it and they responded stating a vendor was coming out. We searched the vendor and the company was dissolved in 2020. We call Main street to tell them theyre sending a company thats not practicing with an active license and were essentially told not to worry about it, they got it... weve tried calling the vendor SEVERAL times with no answer, but they call and magically the phone number works for them (thats suspicious).. we get told the vendor should be out on Saturday. By 5pm, they dont arrive and we call Main street again and were told the vendor is actively on his way. Now its 1:15am, and guess who didnt arrive. So we still have a leaky roof, which is probably against housing codes and have a landlord who doesnt seem to care that their ceiling is probably going to cave in because they cant seem to figure it out. Ill be checking with the housing codes, and if it is against housing codes (along with the mold we have thanks to their lack of urgency). Ill be reporting it and they can deal with the government fines. If you cherish your well being and sanity, rent from someone else. This is just one among SEVERAL problems weve had with them. Just a shame. Save your money, theyre overpriced for Louisville market and they under deliver.
Absolute lack of professionalism when dealing with work orders and and contracting the agency for pressing matters. No regard for your time other than their money.
Then, when you submit a bad review they reply with an email address to be contacted, i have tried several times to get an answer from that email and they never reply back...brand reputation specialist wow, no words, you guys are the worst!
Tracey was on time and provided great services! Thank you!!
Honestly, this is my first really positive experience with this company. He was so quick, considerate and went above and beyond. He even asked me if there were other things that he could fix. I hope I always get him when something goes wrong! I am very very pleased.
I’ve lived with Main Street as a tenant now for well over 6 months and have had various things that needed fixed or worked on since I moved in. At first it was difficult to navigate getting work executed on during the pandemic and issues needed to be revisited multiple times to finally get remediate. That being said my recent interaction with Glenn from the maintenance team has restored my faith in Main Street’s abilities to service their tenants. Glenn was very respectful by taking necessary precautions due to COVID and called twice before he arrived. He had come to fix a leak in my drain that was the third time I had reported the same issue. After trying to re-create the issue himself and being unsuccessful he allowed me to show him the problem instead of leaving and saying nothing was wrong. He then proceeded to get the work done in a quick and courteous manner and explained what all had been done. He was very polite and personable the entire time and made sure I was satisfied with his work prior to leaving. I would certainly say that it was an excellent level of service and hope that Glenn is the one to resolve an issues I may have moving forward.
Tracy was quick, responsive, and tended to our emergency stat even though associate by the name of Melinda Sparks Miller who I spoke with did not deem the situation I gave her along with photos as an emergency and felt that it was proper for her Customers/tenants to live with the situation we had for over a week, until it could be handled. Fortunately for my family I sent mr Tracy the pics and he expedited our request, to be done stat. This company is fortunate to have employees like Tracy because it’s workers like him that brings clienteles satisfaction.
Never written a review before but the sole purpose of this is to make this company lose business. They are strictly out to take your money with no consideration for your move-in date. Once you begin the application you must make the deposit on there time so when it asks for move-in date its just a formality. WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM
What an easy move in process. Everything was done online which made things very convenient for me. Maintenance Tech Glenn was very personable during our walk through. He answered all my question and even gave me some tips to upkeep the maintenance. Overall great experience so far.
They didnt give me back my deposit nor answering my calls I stay away from.them
Tracey is a very well-mannered and polite individual. Its always a pleasure to work with him. He fully explained the details of what he did and why.
Tracy went above and beyond to try and help my girlfriend and I with having our air conditioning fixed. He spent hours both outside in the heat and inside where it was very hot as well. He did everything in his power to get it fixed and although it was an equipment failure he was able to get it to work well enough that we were able to be at home and didn’t have to stay elsewhere due to the heat. I could tell that he genuinely wanted to fix the issue for us and I greatly appreciate his hard work coming over multiple times even on the weekend.
I think the person, I talk to was very pleasant and wonderful seems very concerned about the issues that I was having, in very patientI think you for that .
My husband and I have a small family business that does remodeling work for Main Street Renewal. We have experienced nothing but professionalism with their construction team and upper management. It’s always a pleasure meeting with them to discuss any issues. We have always been paid in a timely manner and would move my family into any Main Street home in the area! They are a top notch business in Louisville!
A top shelf company .I have been doing their houses for over three years and I have nothing but great things to say about Main Street renewal and the people that work for them. I recommend them to anybody and everybody. Their properties are pristine and use nothing but the best products throughout .You definitely need to give them a call ask for Israel he is the man He will take care of you!
Responded very quickly!
So far, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The process has been efficient and professional with no surprises. Glenn was very helpful and informative. We’re looking forward to getting moved and settled!
All of my concerns were addressed in a timely, professional manner. The technician was able to fix the issues and did a very thorough job.
Easy move in with them being from of state. They communicate with great professionalism. Anytime I had any questions they responded quickly. I love my house.
Glenn sent a reminder text, came on the scheduled day, and early. He was courteous, professional, with confident maintenance skills. I liked that he clearly explained his decisions and limitations regarding repair requests. All of my maintenance requests that I submitted were properly addressed at this maintenance call.
A top shelf company .I have been remodeling their houses for over three years and I have nothing but great things to say about this company and the people that work for them. With them the skies the limit I’m looking forward to growing my business As well as there’s in the future. I recommend them to anybody and everybody. Their properties are pristine and use nothing but the best products throughout .You definitely need to give them a call ask for Israel he is the man He will take care of you
It’s awesome to work as a vendor for MSR. To know that they care for every home to be in perfect conditions before leasing. Were new families will make lifetime memories with their loved ones. The place were i myself, family and business can trust that every Main Street Renewal home is in outstanding shape. Thank you also to all the staff and superintendents that commit to do an outstanding job in every home. Great work superintendents, Issac Israel and Emory.
The entire process has been incredibly smooth Lindsey in leasing has answered any and all questions we have had and Lisa at the front desk has been equally amazing!!! We paid our deposit today and signed our lease, inspection is Friday and we get the keys the following Friday. So far everything has been extremely easy and stress free.
We have not moved in yet, so I cannot speak to that...but we are moving from another state and Lindsey (in the local office) and Glenn (the maintenance man) have been nothing but professional and helpful. Ive been blowing Lindsey up non-stop with my questions and concerns and she always gets right back to me with answers.Glenn met us today for our walk through and he was great and answered all of our questions. Hopefully we dont need to see him ever again, though haha.
The customer service agent that assisted me did the most important part of his/her job- ListenedBy listening to my concerns he was able to direct me which allowed me to finally get closure. Thanks,Robin Thomas
Very accommodating and professional!
Answered my request quickly and professionally.
If we could get out of the lease, we would! Louisville staff has been the absolute worst. Still don’t have functional lights in our kitchen and their response to us.... in an email.... when we told them we had no hot water in the master bathroom was “isn’t there another bathroom in the house?” Top notch problem solvers! Stay away, stay away, stay away from any of these properties run by Main Street Renewal. They want rent every month, but that doesn’t mean you will get working lights, hot water (basics) and they will certainly not address anything aesthetic.... the dead bush in front of the house needs to stay there. They don’t plan to replace it, but we better not remove it! Only 10 more months left.... ugh!
Tracy was excellent! He knew exactly what steps to take to ensure all issues were resolved!
This is a great company to rent from as well as work for. The houses they manage are always the nicest and best taken care of in the neighborhood. They will provide you with more options and flexibility than you have ever had before.
Glenn (maintenance) has taken care of a few minor issues for me since i moved in almost a year ago. (August 2019) Not only does he know his craft but is very personable. (he shows up on time as well - huge deal there)
Main Street renewal homes are the cleanest, nicest rental homes in Louisville. This is not up for debate. Ive viewed a LOT of homes and the quality of these homes are outstanding. They are friendly and prompt as far as maintenance concerns. I would recommend them to anyone!
They are always very responsive and the maintenance man that came was very nice and professional and fixed the problem!
Fraudulent and will take your security deposit plus run up further charges upon move out. Make sure you take pictures to protect yourself! Will never rent through Main Street nor recommend others to.
I really love the service I receive from the Maintenace Man (I don’t know his name but he has been to my house several times). He is very helpful and shows me how to make easy repairs in the future. He has superior customer service and is so patient. Thanks for taking care of my maintenance needs!!
We have been a resident for over a month now. Main Street Renewal Services are awesome. I will email them with a concern and I got a rebuttal within the same day. The servicemen are friendly, explains everything they did to the property at hand. The office staff is friendly, humble and very professional.
When I had issues with my rental house having limited hot water and a malfunctioning a/c unit, Main Street Renewal was quick to send someone out to take care of the situation. Tracy was kind and courteous doing his best to help solve our problems. He even took the extra time to double check his work to make sure that everything was in proper working order before he left.
Our maintenance guy is the absolute best! Very prompt and took very good care of our home!
Maintenance shows up promptly and fulfills requests quickly and completely. Im happy to have a competent handyman around.
Glenn is a superb maintenance technician who goes above and beyond to take care of tenants. Saw something we didn’t note on our work order and took the time to take pictures and submit the information to get it fixed himself.
Great company to partner with and great staff. Shoutout specifically to Isaac (Israel) Douglas. Exceptionally professional and efficient. Great Partner Ship!! Highly Recommend
He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He repaired the microwave quickly. Very professional.
I’ve had a great experience with Main Street since the beginning. They have made our process in getting a home fast and easy. Lindsey has been great with all my questions and Terry was very helpful through our walk through.
Had my walk through with Glenn yesterday and he was great. Informative on house and very down to earth. Genuine nice guy. Move in house next week. Dustin in leasing department was also amazing and went above and beyond to help while I was looking at many houses. Not as happy now that they have my signed lease no longer communicating. House was very dirty on possession. Half bathroom had poop in toilet and was left there. No garage door remote when it was promised. Blinds filthy and windows filthy. No one returned my emails
