I truly regret leasing with this rental group, my experience has been more than terrible, and I cant wait for my lease to end. The apartment I am renting was nowhere near move in ready and has been a nightmare since day 1. It is a challenge to get anything fixed or to get in touch with anyone in charge to do so. I was incredibly excited about renting my first apartment and sadly it has turned into anything but. I havent felt at home not once in the four months of renting because of how unkempt, gross, and stressful my experience has been.

Never met a management group that lacks this much empathy. If you ask for the bare minimum of effort on their part, they will get annoyed and try to avoid taking responsibility for their low quality service. The maintenance people are very nice people, but no one else here is.I moved into my apartment with so many issues that it took several months for them to even get 75% of it done, because they will do what they can to avoid fixing the problems.Do not rent from these people.

I lived in the same place for two years because of location. When I first signed, the condition of the condo was sad. There were things from the previous tenants left as well as nothing had been swept or cleaned. We waited a week to move in because they said they were going to clean it. When moving day came around, the only thing that was different was the strong smell of Clorox in the bathroom but the toilet hadnt even been cleaned. We took photos for proof. My roommate moved out a year later and it took her over 4 months to receive her deposit back which they never even came to check if she had cleaned. Every time we had to call Doris, the front desk lady, for something she was always so clueless. My second year went by and we didnt really have any problems except for the persisting leak in the laundry room that was dry rotting the laundry room roof. When we all moved out this August, we cleaned and scrubbed everything. It has now been three months since and weve been calling about our deposit. Today, Doris tells us we arent getting it back due to dirtiness and leaving things behind. Beyond disappointed with this company.

Daily Management has been my landlord for going on 4 years. They have the best office staff especially Ms. Doris. I would highly recommend anyone renting from them. They are the best.

This place is the worst management company. Everytime you call to report a problem, no one returns calls. They do not take care of the grounds and landscaping. The owner is rude and nasty. They want their rent money but they will not fix or do anything. They managed a house that a friend rented and they would not fix her air. She went for at least 2 months without paying rent because she had to buy window units and they still did nothing!!!!! 👎👎👎

Daily Management Group manages my investment properties and has done extensive rehabs for my investment properties as well and my personal property. They are doing a stellar job. I regard Susan Daily and her staff as one of the best resources in the industry.

Owners beware - dont do business with this company. I could go on and on as to the reasons why, however, rest assured they are the absolute worst, and weve used four management companies in Louisville. Another property owner unfortunately had the same experiences as me.

Susan Daily really pulled a good property out of a bad situation. I hired Daily Management when my building had been mismanaged. Susan took control and really helped to reduce the stress I was feeling as an out of state owner. When I had a problem with all aspects of the property or management, she would listen to me and we were able to come up with solution we could both agree with

DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTIES ESPECIALLY ON CYNTHIA AND MICHAEL EDWARD!!!! I have been here for 12 yrs until our property was sold... The new owners are MARK A QUEENAN and HOLLY BLOCKER QUEENAN of PALMETTO INVESTMENTS LLC also RENOVATIONS BY MARK A QUEENAN LLC... They promised that we had NOTHING to worry about they were keeping all tenants and they were going to upgrade all 12 units, took wish lists and all... LIES!!! They purchased this property strictly for the money!!! (Well of course) BUT the thing is they have METRO MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC (former DAILY METRO MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC) managing the property and THEY DO NOT repair anything and give run arounds!!! The owner of METRO MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC, SUSAN DAILY (also HEATHER SELLERS) is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with... I had a leak that took 4 wks to get repaired ONLY because I threatened to reprort them... A neighbor has been without air for months at a time... Through my investigation I have met a tenant at another property (owned by someone else) that has a hole in her ceiling due to racoons in her apartment that have also ate the air conditioning unit and the city does nothing but fine the owner... But METRO will NOT fix her stuff and are still collecting rent... Poor thang was in tears... MARK and HOLLY QUEENAN are well aware that SUSAN doesnt take care of THIS property as well as the other properties they own and care nothing about it!!! They have Blocked my calls and refuse to answer other tenants calls... BEWARE!!! Always do your research!!! Check the address you are renting or buying on PVA... Research the owners and also if they use a management company... Just spend the word... Im actually quite appalled by the most recent reviews posted. It appears as if there was some collaborative effort on the posters end to tarnish the Daily Management personnel and overall rental experience.I was a lessee with DMG for almost 6 years-same unit in St. Matthews. Sure there were some maintenance-related matters that needed to be tended to from time to time, and some requests were a bit more labor-intensive than others, but never once was I threatened with the wrath of hell. Thats absolute garbage. Further, its to be expected that some units are older than others. DMG can only employ so many staff to tend to your urgent needs. Never once did I wait over 24-hours to have a matter attended to. I would have never stayed 6 years!I completely disagree with the most recent posts written on behalf of current tenants. Do you pay your rent on time? That little detail holds quite a bit of weight. I was always on time, never missed a payment, and had the best service I could have asked for. For those of you who have stated otherwise, give me a break. Dont tarnish the image of this realty company. Dont hide behind the guise of your real names, either. Youre committing libel ruining this realty company with unfounded claims. If youre having issues, document them! Doris returns calls. And Ms. Daily is a straight-shooter. Neither one of those women would threaten the wrath of hell. That really makes me angry!Ms. Dailey and Doris work their tails off to keep tenants abreast of maintenance-related events and time tables. They do their very best. Would I rent from DMG again? ABSOLUTELY. Lessee posts written within one week of another is definitely suspect. Get a life, clowns!

So I was charged several times for services that never even happened and it took forever for me to even get in contact with them. I was essentially waiting forever and paying them to do nothing. After finally getting in touch with them I was blown off and given the run around.

Beyond disappointed with this company is an under statement. Will lie to directly to you in your face, steal etc.. put up cameras in office..that many pissed off customers,..midas well do business in a car on the street you dealing with a street person in disguise...GO TO A REAL COMPANY OR DO YOURSELF NEVER RENT FROM..PLEASE READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS...
