This realtor agent Deanna abell is a nasty lady she goes around door to door when shes trying to sell her houses and asks how each neighbor is and then if she sees anything that she thinks will keep her from selling a house she will call codes and regulation or animal control on neighbors if this is what you must do to make a commission then she wouldnt be a relitor

I am renting a house in St Matthews from them with NO insulation & broken window seals with NO handles for emergency exits!! They refuse to replace windows or to add insulation!! This company is all about money and they could care less if their homes are quality!! BEWARE they are SLUMLORDS!

This is the worst money focused non customer service oriented rental company in Louisville. I was told by dick that credit score would only affect deposit. That if under 500 points, I would simply have to pay double deposit. They talked me into an application, although they already had a renter for the home. I had to pay a $35 app fee even though they were already processing a prior applicant and did not inform me. I kept in constant contact, informing them I had their deposit ready. I had EXCELLENT rental background so this was not a factor. I urge you to choose a different rental company, as all they care about is what money they can make however. Whether it be scamming people out of 35 application fee or charging an expensive amount on a home not worth the money.

They were ok as rental agents but when it came time to sell, the agent was more concerned about a quick sale than working for me. The agent used many scare tactics and often interrupting me at work telling me to sign agreement within a couple of hours or the contracts would be void. I keep telling her I was new at this and wanted more time to review. She told me my house was not likely to pass inspection again and mkt was getting stale. Was also told That my house wasnt in great shape so it wasnt worth as much, she was dead set to sell to the 1st offer even when I told her I didnt want to sell to them, she made 3 counter offers. I would have used some one else but they had already rented the property and charged me for repairs. Dont trust Dena Abel.
