First of I appreciate the precautions they are still taking during covid. They still take temperatures at the door and make you wash your hands before gettin started. I havent been to a nail shop yet that makes you wash your hands before getting started. So they started out with good measures. I got sheliac polish on my natural nails and 4 days later my polish is off on 3 nails. I paid $80 for pedicure and manicure and my nails are chipped. I will never go back.

They followed covid guidelines really well (took temp, plexiglass between me and tech) and were extremely friendly. My pedicure was thorough and turned out beautifully. Definitely will be coming back.

Ive received a pedicure and manicure from this salon before and loved it on my natural nails. This time I got an acrylic set and a basic pedicure and ended up spending $80 for a terrible job. I walked out of the salon with polish underneath my acrylics, my middle finger on both hands are two different sizes and shapes, all of my nails are not filed straight, and the nail tech didnt even know what brush to use to do the straight line designs on my accent fingers. Also both accent nails are not the same like the picture I had was. She ended up flipping the colors on the accent nails. I left it be because I didnt want her to have to struggle anymore since she had already spent an hour on my nails. Then I had my pedicure done and hours after I got them done, both big toes paint is smudged.I will not be returning to this salon.

I used to go here every 2.5 weeks to get my nails done. The young lady Lynn was awesome and my nails always looked beautiful!Then I ran into an issue... When two of my nails broke within 2 days of getting them done I went back to get them fixed. It just so happened that another lady was there for the same reason. They were trying to charge me $10 to fix my nails even though they did not charge the other lady. When I addressed it with the mother she changed her mind about me having to pay. I never went back.

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could rate a 0 I would. I got my nails on Wednesday and 5 of my nails are already broke. I went back to tell the lady. She talking bout she can redo my nails, I told her I didn’t want her to do my nails cause I already wasted $100. She said I could pay someone else to do my nails.

My fav Sean is gone and they did not want to tell me. Some random be guy did my nails and he did not know how to do the Dip....was very rude, nails look horrible and lumpy. He was very rough and impatient. I was going faithfully for a little over a year, but I have moved on to another shop.

Usually they’re pretty consistent here. I love my nails from this visit although my nail tech cut one of my cuticles causing it to bleed. check to see they’re the same length on both hands because the nails on my right hand are significantly longer than the ones on my left hand. Also next time i’ll be sure to keep pestering her until she gets the shape right.

I got my nails done there 1x. My nail was lifted and hurting. Instead of clipping the lifted part off, she glued it down and continued with the fill-in. My nail lifted again in 2 days. There are signs all around saying there is an upcharge for sanitation items due to Covid. Sanitation items should have already been included. She drilled my skin a couple times. The shape was gorgeous. I didnt let her polish. I paid for my fill and left.

Raised prices used to be about 30.00 now charging 43, wont be back

Terrible. The young man that did my pedicure was inexperienced and rushed thru the process. The polish was too thick and the application was awful.

I came in for a pedicure and the ladies were very nice. The nail tech made sure to ask if the water or hot towel was good for my liking. She even checked to see if my feet were dry. Ive never had that happen before. Very professional staff, very calm, and relaxing atmosphere. You wont be disappointed.

Decent place to go and fair pricing. Just dont go if you are in any sort of time restraint. I was there for almost 2 hours getting my nails done with dip powder.

I have been here numerous times and always have had a pleasant and quality experience. Today, was awful. I dont know what was going on with a woman named, Vivian. She seemed stressed and preoccupied and quite frankly was a little bully with my gel polish.She took it out on me saying I wasnt putting my hands under the light, then forceably putting them under until they were burning. I pulled them back and told her I had come here enough and knew how to put my hands under the light. Again and again she admonished me and then said my fingers werent spread out enough and started a lecture. All the while she was trying to get to another person who just got there and she had her sit next to me. Her voice was hurried and impatient and barely acknowledged me. I explained I was fine and lets continue, no matter these critical comments. She said she wanted the color to be right.. Apparently, the person was an after thought to the color.I never had any problem the last 10 years of getting gel polish and my light technique. Today, however, Vivian clearly donstrayed and verbalized I wasnt doing anything right. door feeling horrible for 20.00. She made a pleasant pampering experience very unpleasant andI felt I got a verbal beating rather than pampered..

This is the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Fresh oranges squeezed on my legs, long massage, sugar scrub, pariffin dip... A+. Will drive the 30 minutes!!

Horrible job! Painted my skin on every finger with gel nail polish. It was not worth my time or the money.

If anyone gives theses guys a bad review they are sadly mistaken. The owner and his wife are sooo friendly and nice. They take their time with me even if I ask for three different colors of the the dip colors that they offered. They talked me into the dip and I will never do gel or shellac again. The dip is awesome!!!! Their customer service us wonderful.

Horrible experience! Stay away! They are too busy chatting in their own language and trying to rush customers out the door to give you a quality product. I paid $40 for uneven nails. Went back today to get them fixed. The tech, an owner, argued so much, I had to leave and go pay somebody to fix her mistake. She was overwhelmed by the other 3 people there getting mistakes corrected. Dont waste your time or money!!

Great friendly owners! I began going here the end of last year. The prices are awesome but sometimes the service is inconsistent based on who does your nails. I get Dip powder. Week before last my nails were thicker than I would have wanted them, but I didnt complain. Last week I got my nails done and I had two nails that cracked (my nails last 2-3 weeks). Also, the color i had on my nails, which was a dark color after a few days began to fade. I went back today and they did fix my two broken nails, but couldnt do anything for the nails that were fading. They wanted to put regular polish on top. You have to watch because they seem to use different products sometimes which doesnt give you the best quality. For example, with OPI, its best to use OPI topcoat. So now i have two fresh nails and some faded nails. I was a regular customer who will no longer go back to them. Where I use to go I paid more, but I always knew my nails would be on point. You may not get consistency here, although the prices are right and customer service is good!

I’ve been going to this salon for over a year and most of the techs do a really good job. I’ve had a few who did not so great work but everyone there is very friendly so I have continued to go back. My main issue is that they will try to upcharge you and will be super sneaky about it. I got a pedicure and asked for the toe color to match my dip nail color which they will always try to do. The owner came over and showed me the nail color and said it was gel and would match so I said sure. Then when I went to pay my total was WAY higher than what I was expecting. Turns out she charged me $15 more for the gel polish on my toes but never told me it was an upcharge at the time she was showing it to me. I’m sorry but that’s bad business. She tried to do something similar to my friend that went there. The owner, Vivian, will try to tell you that you need things you don’t but also won’t tell you those things are an upcharge. Also they raised their prices in January this year. Now dip nails are $35 and a pedicure is $28. I’m going to find a new salon where dipnails are cheaper as well as the pedicure because it’s just too much and also this last e perish even with the upcharge just rubbed me the wrong way. I’m done with this salon.

My nail tech was nice but she cut the side of my finger with the e-file because she was to busy talking.(Wasnt paying attention)😑 The work was good quality though.

GOLDEN NAILS is the best!! I am thrilled that wearing shellac nails does not have to be so hard on my nails. Jimmy, the owner, uses top products, his employees are friendly, the salon is very clean and the leg and hand massages are TOPS!! In the past I have had to soak my nails for approximately 30 minutes to remove the shellac. Due to the excellent product used at Golden Nails, my shellac was off in 10 minutes! His salon does not use electric files to rid the nail of the shellac. I have had this done in a couple salons and as a result my nail bed was destroyed. I will continue to visit this salon - what a perfect location! Right next to TJ Maxx!!

The past two times Ive been disappointed in the results..my shellac nail polish has chipped or pealed within a week..also the guy who did my nails kept looking at his phone..and i mean, constantly...and he pulled out the cuticle pusher out of his pocket...very unsanitary..so i am going try other salons
