I came here today for my first manicure, encouraged by my partner, whos much more experienced with these places! Im very happy with my gels and my partner is very happy with their acrylics. Both look fantastic, very well-shaped and the colors are amazing! We were there for 30 or 45 minutes, and the nail techs were fantastic!

Charlie always gets my nails looking great he really outdid himself today on my new sunset ombre nails ❤

The manager, Charlie is rude and very unprofessional. He talks to clients as if hes doing them a favor instead of providing a service that hes being paid to do. He refuses to provide certain services and tell you that you must come back the next day, as if your time isnt valuable. I wont go back.

I have been going to Mickey and Howee for over 4 years now and am happy every time!! Howee SAVED my eye brows and Mickey always does amazing nails!! I have been to other salons and every time I do I regret it.. Everyone at Pro Nails takes pride in what they do and they always do a great job!!

After waiting until 10:11 for the establishment to open, I went in for the repair of 1 nail that was cracked and was charged $20 for the repair of 1 nail that was not filed down or shaped properly. I will not be returning.

Myfverytime I have received service here it has been great. But.... The last couple of times I have gone here to get just my eyebrows done I havent been able to. I waited for over an hour the last time and the time before that I sat up there for over an hour before I was informed that the lady who actually does the eyebrows wasnt there yet and wouldnt be there for another 45 mins. So the last visit I asked if I could schedule an appointment and was told that I could not. So unfortunately I go to another nail shop now.

Nails were entirely too thick. This place has went to hell since the original owner Mickey left. Never going back again.

Got my nails done by Tina. Shes really sweet. I figured they were too thin after she filed them and she went back and thickened the tips, by putting acrylic under the nail, which ended up being terrible because all the tips broke off not even a full 2days later. Basically wasted $35

Got here at 1030am on 10/28 for a pedicure.. ..am just now leaving at 1220p...without my pedicure. Granted only 2 people working, HOWEVER, 3 ladies who came in AFTER me got serviced. I have NEVER waited this long and I wasnt even acknowledged by the staff about my wait. Terrible, just terrible. Now someone else worthy will get my money for a pedicure AND a manicure.

One of friends got her eyebrows done and wasnt happy with it. She was rude with the tech and told her politely. The tech said if she didnt like it dont come back. Her husband was rude as well.

If you feel like waiting almost 2 hours just get your eye brows done than come to this place. They pick people that are getting their nails done over people that came to get their eyebrows done. So I just sat here and watch 5 people go in and out that came here after me get their nails done. Horrible!!!
