Horrible customer service. My husband and I have always went there for all our jewelry needs. Today will be the last time I every go there. The new manager Lisa is awful. She had a terrible attitude and is not willing to help. After she gave my husband and I such a bad attitude we asked for the manager Marty which is who we have always dealt with in the past. He was excellent and cared about his customers. Lisa informed us she is now the manager. Let me just say after she stated that with an attitude I told her I would be calling corporate about her horrible attitude. She then decided to argue with my husband and I. Even after we started walking out of the store because I realized we were getting no where with her she kept saying nasty comments. Save yourself time and go somewhere us.

My fiance purchased my engagement ring and band here and they have been nothing but nice and take care of anything I need. They are all so welcoming and nice.

My husband bought me a LeVian ring for our anniversary. We took it to have it sized, they said it would be back in 2 weeks. It has now been 3 1/2 weeks and it still isnt back and they dont know what the problem is. They called us a week ago and said they were in contact with the corporate office and would call when they found out something and a week later we still have not heard from them. DO NOT SHOP AT THE JEFFERSON MALL STORE, THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE.
