Lynn and the team here did an incredible job custom creating our engagement ring. They listened to and helped us refine to our vision, sourced for us a London Blue Topaz, had it custom cut, and assembled an amazing and unique ring for us very affordably. We visited all of the other major jewelers in town for this and they alone were able to pull it off. Would definitely recommend.

I have been looking for a locally owned jeweler who could help me with my sapphire and diamond wedding set. The ring had been damaged when the ring was sized down to fit me. One of the prongs eventually broke. I took the ring to Royal and spoke with Amy. I also spoke with Lynn (Amys father). He sent the ring and called me about what it would take to fix the ring. Keeping the integrity of the ring seemed to be very important to them as much as it is to me. The repair took a week and couple of days to do. The ring was restored and cost half of what I had been quoted by the people who had damaged the ring to begin with. I will never go anywhere else. I am so pleased! This is not a chain - they work at building a relationship with their customers and in a short amount of time they earned my trust. And their selection if your in the market for something new is wonderful!

I wanted a specific stone, in a specific way for an engagement ring. I called 14 different places in the Louisville area and only 3 could do what I wanted. When I went in, Amy was prepared, knowledgeable, and congenial. I’m not from the area, but she made me feel like I was right at home. The big point is, I didn’t buy anything, but stopped in months later, still with a covid19 mask, and she recognized me and it was like we picked up where we left off. It was my first experience that drew me back to Royal, and it was the second experience that led me to an entirely different purchase. I’d recommend Royal and Amy to anyone.

During a kayak trip my finger got jammed between two kayaks and unfortunately my engagement ring mount got severely bent. Fortunately, my diamond did not fall out. I bought a sapphire yellow gold engagement ring from royal jewelers.Before them I went to a whole variety of jewelry stores in the Louisville area. Every store I went to showed me their selection, which I did not like, so then they brought out the book. The book of all possible varieties and options. But I never found anything I was really excited about.I went to royal jewelers just to see what they had and noticed the difference immediately. They are a smaller family store that welcomed me in warmly. I showed them my girlfriends pinterest page and they immediately knew what she would like. They showed me the ring, and then my shopping was done!They also worked with me on the price to make it fit within my budget, so that was awesome. And then when I suddenly had the perfect opportunity to propose, but the ring wasnt in yet, they offered to let me borrow a similar one until my ring came in! They really went over the top to help me and Im very thankful. Ill be going back for the wedding bands and other future jewelry purchases.

It is a rare thing to find this level of customer service. My daughter needed a ring for a ceremony, and in roughly a two week time frame. We went to a local jeweler here in Baton Rouge. They were not interested in helping us- apparently as we were not dropping serious enough coin (our search was in the $300 range). She found the ring she liked when doing a Google search, which led us to Royal Jewelers in Louisville. When we contacted them about what she wanted and the time frame we hoped to get it in, they bent over backwards to make it happen. Stephanie and Lynn called us numerous times to ensure all details were ironed out, and we would receive the ring in the time span needed. They rushed the sizing and shipping as well. They thanked us for the business numerous times, and treated us like family. The ring arrived exactly when they said it would, and it fits perfect. Our daughter is thrilled with it, and it is lovely. Though we were not plunking down thousands for hefty rocks, Lynn treated us like we were purchasing the Hope diamond. He and his staff simply could not have been nicer. Any jewelry we purchase in the future will be coming from here. These are quality people.

My boyfriend purchased a Citizen Eco-drive watch from here. Months later since I work in a career that requires a lot of moving, I ended up getting some scratches on it. I assumed I would have to pay since I did the damage, so I took it back to them and with no hesitation said they can handle it. They even sent it to Citizen them self and Citizen replaced my whole entire watch. From day one when receiving my watch and getting it resized, to having my replacement they have been wonderful! They gave me updates frequently when my watch was sent off. They even called prior to replacing the watch to ask if I had sentimental value to that specific watch! I thought it was very sweet how they think of their customer first before doing decisions! I also found out they carry only one of each watch, so I felt special to know that! They are a great business with a great atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend you to purchase your future jewelry/accessories there! Great selection as well!

Last June my apartment was robbed and a set of my opal jewelry was stolen. Since then, I have been trying to replace the pieces. After going to several different jewelers who did not have what I was looking for, they were able to find an opal bracelet for me from one of their books. A ton of different people pitched in to help ne find what I was looking for. Natalie, Stephanie, and others. No other jeweler in Louisville worked as hard to find something for me that met my expectations. I needed a white opal bracelet with a yellow gold chain and no one else really even had one! And if they did, it was over a thousand dollars. Royal ordered one for me to look at before I purchased. It was a better price than most other jewelers offered and they also work with wells fargo to offer special financing. They were able to help me get 0% interest for 12 months!

Great local business. I went a few days ago to pick up my custom engagement ring with my fiance. It took about a month to arrive after we ordered it, but it was well worth the wait. The salespeople there are very polite and accommodating unlike other jewlers I had visited. They helped us with finding the right fit, setting, material and gemstones and were very knowledgeable. (They also offer free resizing which I love.) After we picked up my ring they even gave us free jewelry cleaner, a coupon for our bands, and champagne with matching glasses! Go here and you definitely wont regret it.
