Customer service was excellent! I recently had the clasp on gold neck replaced there. When a mixed white/yellow gold clasp was attached to my yellow gold necklace, they replaced it without question and even upgraded it from what I had purchased! No negotiation or hassle. I cannot say enough how refreshing it was to have a company stand behind their work without question. I will take all my jewelry repairs to them!

Wanted a link taken off a watch. They told me $29.95. Needed a battery replacement. $26.95 and I needed to come back in 2 days. Went to the Jewel Box in Mid-city Mall. They did both for $19.05. Done in 20 minutes.

The only reason I gave one star is because I couldnt give zero. Ive made three trips to this place to get one sizing of my wifes rings done. I didnt knows the size the first time but the employee assured me if it wasnt right she would resize it for free. I had to make a return trip vecause of poor workmanship which was fixed for free. The third time my wife brought her rings back to get sized to her correct size and was told they will not honor their employees original promise to resize the rings. I picked the rings up for her and again poor workmanship. Rings have scratches, digits and not lined up correctly and thinner from resizing. Now I have the decision to make to take them back to get fixed again or pay more money to get them fixed from a real jeweler. The only good thing to come from my experience with this establishment is to not trust anyones word and to get everything in writing.

So when we first tried to drop off our ring everytime we went there at 11 nobody was there. The lady that runs the place is always late. It also took 3 weeks for us to finally get our ring back and when we did it still didnt fit!! Thanks for the fast and excellent service! NOT!

Worst place to take any jewelry. They kept a ring for 4 months and still had to have their master jewler fix it. I wouldnt let them fix my dogs collar

Took my wedding ring to be resized today. They were able to have my ring completed within 2 to 3 hours and provided excellent service. I recommend them.

I went to a local jewelry store in hopes of having a ring sized. After tolerating several minutes of clueless behavior, the answer came back, I dont know if we can have this sized up or not. We will have to send it to our repair center, and if they can size it we will call you. It will be about two weeks before you will get it back. so I finally wised up and look for legitimate jewelry repair. I found Fast-Fix and decided to give them a shot. The jeweler looked at the ring and gave me a price within one minute. No headshaking, no clueless behavior, no BS. Just straight to the point with confidence. Because I came in near the close of business, he said it would take until the end of the following business day for me to get my ring back. He seemed apologetic for this, but all I could think was, one day? After all the other folks had told me two weeks. Also the price quoted to me was in the same ballpark as the previous jeweler. True to his word, my ring was ready the next day, and it was easy to tell they had done a quality sizing job, adding gold, and had taken pains polishing. I highly recommend these folks and will be back anytime I need something else done. Great experience, great service, great prices, and professional workmanship.

My hubby bought me this beautiful wedding ring but Walmart couldnt resize it to what I needed so I took it to fast fix took 3 days and I was happy with it for a week then last night the bottom of the band cracked and broke so now I cant wear it.. very upsetting
