This woman is terrible! Do not go here. We ordered rings weeks ago and she told us that they would be in way before our wedding. She never bothered to call us and we went a week later just to be told that she hadnt put in the order. She said not to worry that the rings would be in before the wedding, again. We went back a day before our wedding and she said she didnt know the status of the order and could have them in the next week!!!!! We had to go online and order two rings to be delivered the next morning as a temporary fix. It is now several weeks after our wedding and we went today to see about the rings. She told us they didnt have the rings and she ordered us similar rings!!! These are not the rings that we chose!!! I have never seen such a sloppy business. This place is terrible. We have canceled our order and she is now telling me that it will take up to 30 days to refund. I am contacting the BBB. This is ridiculous.
