Sized my wedding ring here before my twentieth anniversary, it came back perfectly sized and like brand new!

I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing jewelry repaired! I had a small, quite easy fix I needed and wasnt sure I wouldnt be laughed out of anyplace I went. I went in, he was extremely nice and had my item fixed in a matter of minutes! He also tried to show me exactly what he did to fix it (though it was too small for me to even attempt to try to see, lol).

I inquired on a watch battery replacement. He was quite curt on the phone including hanging up when I was providing him the brand to know on price. Rather, he seems to prefer parties waste gas to potentially high price quotes. No thanks!!

First of all, it was one of the few places open that was close to my home. I had called and spoken to the owner about what I needed. He was very friendly. I told him I was at the doctor and could be there in about an hour. When I arrived he was actually closed, the sign said in the window. I called and he was there. He said he was waiting for someone, who happened to be me. How thoughtful and professional. He did exactly what I needed done to 2 watches in around 10 minutes. Very efficient. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The owner is exactly what customer service should be. It is a rare thing these days.

I took my eyeglasses to him after all local eyeglass shops said they were unrepairable. I finally googled jewelry repair and this business popped up. From the initial phone conversation he was willing to help. I took my glasses to him in peices. thinking he would say the same as all others. He asked me to leave it with him a few days, however he called me the next day and they were ready. My glasses are as good as new. Great people, great service. My son broke his chain and I found The Jewelry Doctor on Google..the owner was very friendly, and did such a good job you can barely tell where he fixed it. I am VERY pleased with the service I got from The Jewelry Doctor. Larry was very personable, and reasonable with his prices. My wife’s wedding ring had a small diamond that had fallen out. Larry was able to match the diamond perfectly and on top of replacing the diamond, he cleaned the ring to make it look brand new. My wife and I are very pleased with the service provided. If we have anymore jewelry issues we will definitely be going back to see Larry along with referring his business to all of our friends and family.

Took my LEO Diamond HALO ring in a year agofor a small diamond that needed to be replaced.WHEN I WALKED IN I HAD A LEO CERTIFIED DIAMOND. And to find out that my center diamond stone in my wedding ring isnt a CERTIFIED LEO DIAMOND.IS JUST DEVASTATING!I am not ACCUSING anyone of anything.But, make sure you have your Diamond tested before and after.He did replace my side diamond fast service.
