Staples Jewelry is the place to go for jewelry!! They don’t advertise on the radio every 5 minutes because they don’t have to. I would highly recommend shopping here!! I’ve have a ring reset and bought one they designed. I’m thrilled and I will treasure my rings. I had a price and a ring I had in mind, and they exceeded my expectations!! Don’t buy until you stop by and see what they can do for you.

My fiancé went to Staples for my engagement ring. They could not have done a better job picking one out for me! The staff was very helpful and personable. They even helped me to resize it and gave me “bumpers” to help on days when my finger was a bit small to keep the ring from falling off. Almost a year later and I SWEAR by these bumpers. It’s so comfortable, probably more so than sizing beads and definitely more adaptable. I never worry about my ring falling off and I get compliments on the cut of my diamond everywhere I go. It sparkles like crazy in any light. I would recommend Staples to anyone looking to make a jewelry purchase. I anticipate us purchasing our wedding bands here as well.

Said they dont buy stones... Diamonds arent worthless. Lied and said 2 sets of jewelry I was selling didnt even have any. Called her on it. She looked again Said they where actually diamonds. Then still insisted they dont buy stones. Whether they buy them or not theyre Liars. Dont come here unless your desperate or just want to throw money away.

When my wife and I were planning our wedding, we looked at a few stores for wedding bands and then came to Staples. The staff were all so sweet and knowledgeable. Peggy custom created my wedding band to fit in my obsession with Star Wars. She hand fabricated a wax mold then with my approval and fitting, went on to cast the ring. She was even able to incorporate our still born daughters hair in my ring which I hold so dear to my heart.The store is always clean and welcoming. Their prices are among the best I have seen. Dan and the other folks at Staples Jewelry were absolutely incredible to work with! I took my broken amethyst wedding ring in and Dan was able to find the perfect diamond to replace it with. The repair was completed so quickly and efficiently! I will never go to another jeweler again. Recommend 10/10!

Went in one day to have my and my husbands wedding rings cleaned. Browsed while waiting and one of the ladies showed me some rings. I said I wanted to check with my husband and think about it. 5 days later, I now own a beautiful ring! So happy with my purchase, sales staff is wonderful 👏

They have beautiful jewelry but cause much inconvenience with their custom orders. I’ve made multiple trips to pick up an item after they said it would be ready when it wasn’t. Perhaps if they would do the work they were paid to do in timely manner they would recieve a better review. I’ll be looking elsewhere with my business.

Went in to sell a gold coin, a friend recommended this place, they took everyone around me. I was next in line and they took every customer that came in after me. I guess because I was dressed in jeans. I sell to another place around the corner who treats me as a valued customer. I won’t go back and told the friend that recommended them how I was treated. He was upset, guess I will give him the name of the guys around the corner too.

Went in to sell some sterling I have, first thing should of told me no was when they told me they can tell how much something weighted weighs by looking at it, anyone knows that is a guess and either there gonna loose money or your going to loose money and guess who i am sure looses the money you, they also told me a refinery does not pay 80 to 90 percent of the melt value which is not true, they acted like my valuables was trash and they was doing me a favor, they use pennyweight which is not as accurate as the metric system which the rest of the world uses,. and you can not just look at silver and say 100 Percent sure it is sterling when it is unmarked but they can, bottom line bad experience, arrogrant, rude, I will never go back. negative stars

My husband and I do NOT recommend Staples Jewelry on 9800 Shelbyville rd. The manager or owner whoever he is, played a dirty game with my husband. He hold on my ring for a few days, and made us to pay for a ring size that we do not needed, we do not wanted anymore. Horrible costumer service. we will never come back to this store again!!!!!!the management is HORRIBLE! They do not took a good care of us as a costumer, we bought my ring for almost $7.000, we deserved a better service!!dont waste your time going to there!
